We purchased a Bexley model and we love it. However, the building timeframe was riddled with delays. Constant pushes to the walkthrough and closing dates really worked up a bit of bitterness. The response of remedying issues uncovered after moving in has been decent. I think right now I'm mostly irritated at seeing trash in our walls. I'm not exaggerating. Ever run a LAN cable to get wired connections in a wall? Yeah well, when using a wired camera to guide it, we found beer and soda cans in the walls. Pretty disgusting. I'm half tempted to put in a request to get the trash out of our walls. I'm willing to bet the pile of trash we saw in the kitchen island, during an earlier walkthrough, is still in there. ... More

Not a positive experience. Would not recommend Lennar to family and friends based on my bad experience. Note that every neighbor I’ve talk to all expressed the same bad experience.

If at all possible stay away from a Lennar home! Very very very poor quality work, not responsive, and misleading, And if you still decide to buy from Lennar…. you best make sure you hire your own inspector!

Representatives are very responsive for the most part. Easy for us to drop by and check on house during process. Stuff does get hidden or rushed during build. Pieces of 2x4 split or broken thatbgot covered or up or just tossed away in the attic. Vinyl flooring lifting and glue left everywhere. Glue left on walls. Caulking is very poor on countertops. Exterior has many small issues as well. Dinged siding, bent trim. Paint on shingles. Door ways have air gaps. The worst so far is the yard work. The grading was not dont correctly. My fromt yard sunk by over 1 foot and split after rain. Yard is pulling away from the home foundation. The people of lennar are very nice. The contractors on the other hand are not putting quality onto their work. They rush everything they do. ... More

My mom purchased this house because she wanted something brand new, not old and in need of work. The house is nothing fancy, but solid.

i liked the design and layout of the house also the higher ceilings it gives a roomy felling

These are NOT homes!!!!!! They are just houses built by contractors that have no pride in workmanship! Would not recommend this builder.

Starts with sales and the construction Foreman with the walk through team all have followed through to insure our new house was built well and addressed corrected any issues . Very responsive and followed up on repairs with our warranty. They've made it simple and convenient. We are impressed.

To start off, our new home consultant was great. Once it came time to do the walk, that's where things started to go down hill. First off, walls were crooked. They stated that they have a certain tolerance, but the walls were way beyond that. They did fix the issue which delayed closing. Once you close on the home, you may as well not exist. A new home comes with a 1 year end to end warranty. I am currently in a fight with them to honor this. They have finally agreed to cover some things while still giving me problems on others. They do not seem to care if you are having issues because right now they are selling homes left and right. In order for them to consider your issue, you have to keep pestering them until it is done. Just today, I had a warranty appointment for grout repair and they were a no show. I understand the current environment and staffing issues with the pandemic, but at least let me know you aren't going to make it because I had to arrange to be home for this. I had a good experience buying except I wasn't given a key to my mailbox and have to run around trying to get one and post office is not helpful

We exptected better workmanship and quality from Lennar but ran in to so many issues and obstacles. Poor Construction Manager did not fiish up some of the work on time and we even extended our move in date to help accomodate their delays.

Buying home experience was great. Once we moved in found so many little things that need to be fixed. They are building too fast and cut corners.

Do not use this company, attention to detail is lacking, poor quality all around

Experience was okay. When I moved into the home I started noticing the workmanship of the home. I just felt like they rushed to finish the house

Home is brand new and has issues that have not been fixed. Minor issues but still haven't been fixed.

First time buying a home, wish I knew what to look for before signing off, lesson learned.

Have asked lennar to stop sending me these rating reviews, and emails trying to sell me new houses and show me what homes are available etcetera! If Lennar can't figure out I've already purchased a home 4 months ago and can't figure out I don't need to buy another one; then why would I want to do business with an entity that doesn't listen to its buyers/customers!

The closing date kept moving more times than it should have. One time it was moved 24 hours prior to our third closing date. This was due to delays by construction. When we finally got a new home walk through the house was in no condition to be viewed. There were people still working on the home. Toilets were still being installed as we were inspecting the home. No appliances were installed, no gas meter, no sprinkler, no sod and no fence, painting not complete to name a few. It was extremely disappointing.

Over all everyone did a good job getting the house finished solid home so far .

Someone forgot to schedule our closing, we had to scramble to get it it done on November 23, 2022. When we arrived at the house later in the day, the garage and front door we’re wide open. Don’t move into your house until the to do items list has been cleared. And don’t move in if the house is filthy, at this point we had no choice. We are still struggling to get the list finished. We are also struggling with a vendor whose representative decided not to process our warranty claim on a critical appliance, offshore call center handled call, obviously misunderstood what was being said to him. ... The process to buy the home was fairly quick. The underwriter required alot ofbdocuments to secure the loan but overall it was great. There have been a few issues that came up with the home but it is all covered through wareanty. They have been very responsive and helpful in making sure all the needs of the house are met.
