Have asked lennar to stop sending me these rating reviews, and emails trying to sell me new houses and show me what homes are available etcetera! If Lennar can't figure out I've already purchased a home 4 months ago and can't figure out I don't need to buy another one; then why would I want to do business with an entity that doesn't listen to its buyers/customers!

Lennar - The closing date kept moving more times than it should have.

The closing date kept moving more times than it should have. One time it was moved 24 hours prior to our third closing date. This was due to delays by construction. When we finally got a new home walk through the house was in no condition to be viewed. There were people still working on the home. Toilets were still being installed as we were inspecting the home. No appliances were installed, no gas meter, no sprinkler, no sod and no fence, painting not complete to name a few. It was extremely disappointing.

Someone forgot to schedule our closing, we had to scramble to get it it done on November 23, 2022. When we arrived at the house later in the day, the garage and front door we’re wide open. Don’t move into your house until the to do items list has been cleared. And don’t move in if the house is filthy, at this point we had no choice. We are still struggling to get the list finished. We are also struggling with a vendor whose representative decided not to process our warranty claim on a critical appliance, offshore call center handled call, obviously misunderstood what was being said to ...

The process to buy the home was fairly quick. The underwriter required alot ofbdocuments to secure the loan but overall it was great. There have been a few issues that came up with the home but it is all covered through wareanty. They have been very responsive and helpful in making sure all the needs of the house are met.

Document after Document requested,sometimes for the same Document. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now the house: Lennar took short cuts or cost saving measures. After moving in found no water spigot for the back yard, no towel racks in the bathroom, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom, poor workmanship in gluing floor, no insulation in the garage. Inspect the house very carefully before you buy.

The house was extremely dirty when we moved in. We had to spend an entire day sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down countertops and baseboards. There was unfinished paint, multiple nails sticking out of the porch ceiling that were just painted over like we wouldn’t see them. Caulking all over the was horrible, completely uneven and bunched up in many spots. The kitchen hood above the stove was left uninstalled with multiple holes drilled in the cabinet because they couldn’t find the outlet and it was just left that way. I had to fix the hood myself. It’s been 4 months and none of this ...

The rooms are big, that was the best part I didn't have a good experience with lennar one loan agent dropped the ball and forgot about me and then the day before closing he wanted me to send documents that I had already sent loan Officer he didn't do his job here in Texas so they gave me 1 from California the one here in Texas never transferred my information over so I had to keep resending the same stuff over and over again then He told me not to trust the other loan Officer it was HORRIBLE!
