Document after Document requested,sometimes for the same Document. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now the house: Lennar took short cuts or cost saving measures. After moving in found no water spigot for the back yard, no towel racks in the bathroom, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom, poor workmanship in gluing floor, no insulation in the garage. Inspect the house very carefully before you buy.

Closing slipped 3 months from original closing date.

If I saw something that did not look right to me or if I felt uncomfortable with something, they went out of their way to correct or assure me that it will be okay and it will not be a problem.

I do not recommend! To any service member.

Our Lennar liaison, Lorena was great at resolving any issues we found during the third party inspection and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She also addressed any concerns we had along the way and was very prompt at dealing with issues.

They're trustworthy and overall I would recommend them to anybody.

The house was extremely dirty when we moved in. We had to spend an entire day sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down countertops and baseboards. There was unfinished paint, multiple nails sticking out of the porch ceiling that were just painted over like we wouldn’t see them. Caulking all over the was horrible, completely uneven and bunched up in many spots. The kitchen hood above the stove was left uninstalled with multiple holes drilled in the cabinet because they couldn’t find the outlet and it was just left that way. I had to fix the hood myself. It’s been 4 months and none of this has been fixed. I wish I never bought from Lennar! ... More

I which they had explained all the explained extras @ Such as the water softener and no set up, no screens on the windows etc. All things that raise the cost

Lennar has been fabulous to work with, I've purchased two properties from them and likely will do so again in the future!

Lennar is like any other big corporation once they get your signature they don't care.

Very poor experience in a 4 home Cash purchase!

The rooms are big, that was the best part I didn't have a good experience with lennar one loan agent dropped the ball and forgot about me and then the day before closing he wanted me to send documents that I had already sent loan Officer he didn't do his job here in Texas so they gave me 1 from California the one here in Texas never transferred my information over so I had to keep resending the same stuff over and over again then He told me not to trust the other loan Officer it was HORRIBLE! Then when I got the call to come close lennar mortgage didn't know why I was there when they told me to be there Never again you asked so here it is! HORRIBLE I will Honestly say I will never recomend purchasing a Lennar Home to ANYONE ! Have a Great Day! ... More
