So far the only good thing is ,it was the cheapest home that was available. The longer we live here the more areas we see where the builders cut corners, did quick patch jobs or even tried to hide the errors made rather than fix them. if you have an issue there's a whole lengthy process to get it resolved. We were made promises that were not kept, discovered trash that had been poured over with concrete because they were too lazy to pick up after themselves. All in all, they did get us into a home quickly but if we were to do it again I would have taken my time and checked every little thing ...

For buying a first home, I had a very stressful experience trying to constantly prove that money was money was available because they couldn’t read. Not till I got my realtor involved the “issues” cleared. Quality and craftsmanship is horrible, no pride in quality of work. When you do need answers during the process everyone blames everyone and says it’s someone else doing it. Too many hands involved. I would never buy a Lennar home again.

The only people with Lennar I am thankful for is Bryan & Ken for being dedicated to customer satisfaction & Lou H. for how helpful she was with our loan underwriting. I wouldn't buy from Lennar Aston Park. From the get go, they did not appear trust worthy. The mortgage officer started out by misleading about the loan requirements. The underwriting process was cumbersome, and I had to basically do the job of the underwriter by writing all my income, sources, and how they were spent in the last 3-6 months in an email. Apparently, sharing my bank statements and other relevant official document was not enough. Walkthrough personnel was not polite. After closing, it was a hassle to get the keys. You have to be there at exactly 11am. Not before, not after. ...

Just not a good experience in any way except Travis our concierge. We feel mislead and ripped off. Delays. Horrible communication. We knew Lennar is not a top builder, but we’re not expecting this? Ever heard of closing at 11P? Ever heard of a builder trying to coverup a breakin during construction? You will.

Absolutely horrible experience all the way from the looking at the home to closing. Zero communication within the company, everything is compartmentalized. Straight up will lie to your face. Use FOMO tactics to get anything done. God forbid you call them out on the workmanship and they have to make repairs. Just easier to pay someone else after the process to get your home to where you want to be.

I want to say first how nice and responsive Amy and Stephen were that is who we dealt with most. They represent the company well. The problem I had is how much we were lied to. When we first walked in to view the house it was 281k and we were advertised a 4.25% interest rate. In a short 2 months it went up to 306k and 5.65%. We messed up and agreed. We got ripped off. The initial part of the home buying process was okay. It was until the inspection and after closing that the nightmares started to kick in. First, for starters, any real estate professional could see the gap between the foundation and the garage door. The seller failed to disclose everything that the house was supposed to have and they compromised on quality for the price. They should have been straightforward with me the first place telling me most stuffs don’t come with the house a week before closing date. I don’t think I can recommend or buy any other house from this builder

If Lennar can save a nickel they will. They did not seal the walls, I am not sure if they just sprayed the walls with texture or if they actually used paint. The landscape was a mess, and we still have problems with the sprinkler system. We have dogs, so every day we have to walk to the yard and pick up styrofoam cups, fast food packages, and other garbage left to the wind. I had to coordinate the mailboxes being put in, they did not know who the waste disposal provider was, and it was a battle trying to get sprinklers, fences, and lawn fixed. The buyer process was so many people involved, had to do too much coordination on my own. Too many different portals to do things in. Poor construction and was told “you can only call in 1-year warranty items all at once, only one time”. Never have heard that in any of my previous home buying experience. This has been awful. I have submitted a complaint to corporate already regarding the experience. We were lied to. Pressured. Lied to some more. Not given proper communication.
