Nice community where it’s built. Difficult working through the mortgage process. Not enough help. Other than the mortgage people I found everyone else available and wanting to try to see my needs were met. Lots of items needed attention after a private inspection.

Our overall experience was good, the Lennar team at Hidden Trails have been very responsive and helpful and therefore, they've made things better. However, I feel some the sub-contractors they use are careless and sloppy. We've had a lot of issues, and although most have gotten rectified in a timely manner, they could've been avoided entirely with better workmanship and materials.

Constantly moved closing date. When we started closing we were told we must close on the 19th. They kept moving us back to a date of the 31st. We resent multiple documents. Some 3-4 times. Unable to get a hold of maintenance team for repairs.

Blue taped the house and still found blue tape after closing on the house. Never received the 30 day courtesy call after closing. Horrible LO and buying experience.

The buying of the house was quick and easy. Now if only the warranty work was as simple. Been waiting since we moved in in May 2021 to have the grading of the lot looked at since I have flooding issues from the neighbors sprinklers.

Model home of course will always look perfect to bring in buyers but once you get your home they will avoid issues with house , I was anxious n wanted in ASAP but counter is still bothering me and I don’t think all house are built that way but like I said , I wanted to move in already and tired of waiting . Don’t rush and make sure everything is just as model home was , perfect

Horrible service for landscaping, but other than that great experience. When you install completely dead grass after 6 weeks waiting for it, that sucks because the homeowners can’t get it to grow at all!! The worst with the added features!!

First time I called Lennar’s Waterwheel office I was told I couldn’t buy a home out of California where i was stationed as a Texas RESIDENT with a Texas drivers license where I was registered to vote IN TEXAS. Only bought this house as a temp with disabled VA loan will not be staying past 1 year. 0/10.

Love the neighborhood

The buying experience was a little frustrating due to being out of country and some of the sales staff was not super helpful. There has been has been a few warranty issues with tile work and the company sub-contracted with Lennar is slow to fix the issues. Love the neighborhood and looking forward to loving my house once issues have been fixed.

From the first time talking to Manny the process of buying a home was less stressful then I expected, on final walk thru to see the workers here doing the work as I pointed out what was wrong was a relief to know it was being done and even after I moved in the follow up calls were great to see

First I have to thank " James" in sales he was the best, help with each style of home and much more. He made sure we saw all available homes and explained each one. Great value for your money and there is no comparison to the other builders we looked at. Lennar makes sure everything is finished and looks great before you take possession of the home.

No attention to detail. Workmanship is poor. Grass they laid down is terrible. Damages were done after I closed to my property from a Lennar sub and Lennar told me to handle it with the sub.

The Lennar Title Company was non-responsive to my questions, emails and calls. They assigned my closing to three different agents before finally closing. I requested the closing settlement statement several times before I received it. My closing was remote with no personal interaction with a human being. I only met a Title representative when I picked up my keys. The Title Company is over worked, poorly managed and inefficient.
