Seller was so patient with us, he worked with us and stayed in communication. Seller was very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was just the perfect size for me and my wife. Love the design and our back yard is massive. Would definitely recommend Lennar Homes.

I had a good homebuying experience which may have been better if not for the pandemic restrictions. Many of the documents were made available in digital format which made the lending and closing processes easier. "Everything Included" should have been optional since many appliances can be purchased at lower prices. The quality of the materials is good but getting someone to make modifications such as removing carpet were difficult. Overall I am glad I purchased a home from Lennar.

Don’t hold there trades to high quality standards of craftsmanship. My backyard is so lumpy & ungraded my I almost sprang my ankle when chasing my kid around the yard.

Don't buy Lennar

Between getting tossed around between loan people, the lack of communication, being stood up on inspection day, poor workmanship, not guaranteeing or covering the inferior products that they install, not installing basics like window screens, microwaves, a full yard of sod, sprinklers, more than 1 outside tap, or garage door openers, I wish I didn't buy Lennar. I feel like I paid full price for half of a house and the process was torture. So unhappy!

Pay close attention when having your home built, do your inspection throughout entire building. Hire your own inspector. The construction don't care about your home. The worst nightmare in my life. No respect toward the new homeowners..

Questionable Practices.

My initial experience was positive. Over time I began to see many issues, there was a lack of communication between Lennar personnel and the home finance company, as well as a lack of communication between lennar employees which caused unnecessary headaches. When we finally did get into the home, the final cleaning hadn't been done, the paint job was amateur: overspray over the side of the house and external paint over sprayed into the home as well. After the sod was put in, the yard was very uneven, there were several voids where no sod was put in and I'm still trying to patch my lawn up, ...

I had issues with floor. I feel that it should have been replaced. It still looks like the planks are popping up but they are not perfectly flat. Others issues were attended to and done very well. The maintenance crew and formen supervisors were very attentive to my needs.

Workmanship of the home could have been much better not so impress on how it was put together. Found to many defects backyard could have been leveled much better etc. Eagle Mortage office set me up for failure, informing and was written on my contract that HOA was paid monthly then I get a bill from spectrum stating I had a balance and a late payment fee added to my bill of $40. Spectrum has informed me HOA is paid annually. This could have been avoided if I was given proper instructions. Eaglemortage should be liable for the late fee, since I was not at fault. Issues with Air-conditioning unit and

The issues I ran in to was the dishwasher unit was leaking. I had to call and set up GE to come out and repair it. 2nd issue was a major one. The air-conditioning unit was leaking fluids from inside the walls of the house. They came 3 times until it was finally repaired. Not something I would expect on a new home. Total repair time was about a month. Luckily this all happened while we had cooler weather. Otherwise had it been in the summer then this review would be different..

Have had a few issues once I moved into the home. Was not too happy that my driveway is such a steep slope and that i have stairs going into my garage because it takes up so much space and not good for my son who has a disability.

I have been around home building my entire life and have never seen a house get built with such lack of care. There were so many things that stood out to show that one the contractor is either way to rushed. Or two they just don’t care. Walls with very little or no paint. Tile that didn’t get grouted in places. Brick work that looked like a little kid did it. List goes on and on. This is just the builder side of things. I have plenty of complaints for the entire company.

When me and my wife first met David, we feared that we would be filling out paperwork and then moving into a house that didn't meet our expectations and that wasn't the case at all!
