Is a very nice house

The buying process was very easy. Everyone very friendly. The seller was awesome! The only down fall is make sure you get everything in writing. When i say that i mean any extra things they say they will do, such as, cutting existing trees, cleaning the sidewalk or driveway of paint splatter or pieces of cement left. When my grass was laid my fence was damaged and never replaced.

Most of the team of people we worked with at Lennar were professional, informative, also helpful and patient when we had questions (and we had a lot). When we had to leave voice mail messages they responded quickly, and that was important to us. Our home is beautiful, and only a few small repairs need attention, which they have already stopped by to see.

Make sure you ask what color your house is going to be. Didn't know I needed to ask what the color of my house was going to be painted, my bad for assuming they painted houses in neutral colors, which are more versatile. I wasn't shown what the color scheme was going to be so you don't really have any options to choose, it seemed it was either you buy it or someone else will. The construction manager is very responsive and hardworking, kudos to him

Builder's not doing a good job. I paid lots of money for my house and the finished product is bad. Lack of paint inside and out,etc...

This is my second Lennar home, first home in Texas. I was expecting more, my buying experience was better in CA.

We love our home and the community. We highly recommend Lennar for their home design and customer service.

Seller was so patient with us, he worked with us and stayed in communication. Seller was very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was just the perfect size for me and my wife. Love the design and our back yard is massive. Would definitely recommend Lennar Homes.

With home prices on the rise it was a good purchase. Very disappointed with quality of landscape.

I had a good homebuying experience which may have been better if not for the pandemic restrictions. Many of the documents were made available in digital format which made the lending and closing processes easier. "Everything Included" should have been optional since many appliances can be purchased at lower prices. The quality of the materials is good but getting someone to make modifications such as removing carpet were difficult. Overall I am glad I purchased a home from Lennar.

Don’t hold there trades to high quality standards of craftsmanship. My backyard is so lumpy & ungraded my I almost sprang my ankle when chasing my kid around the yard.

Between getting tossed around between loan people, the lack of communication, being stood up on inspection day, poor workmanship, not guaranteeing or covering the inferior products that they install, not installing basics like window screens, microwaves, a full yard of sod, sprinklers, more than 1 outside tap, or garage door openers, I wish I didn't buy Lennar. I feel like I paid full price for half of a house and the process was torture. So unhappy!

James has been great taking care of the minor repairs we needed fixed. Always fast response.

Good customer service and care

Pay close attention when having your home built, do your inspection throughout entire building. Hire your own inspector. The construction don't care about your home. The worst nightmare in my life. No respect toward the new homeowners..

My initial experience was positive. Over time I began to see many issues, there was a lack of communication between Lennar personnel and the home finance company, as well as a lack of communication between lennar employees which caused unnecessary headaches. When we finally did get into the home, the final cleaning hadn't been done, the paint job was amateur: overspray over the side of the house and external paint over sprayed into the home as well. After the sod was put in, the yard was very uneven, there were several voids where no sod was put in and I'm still trying to patch my lawn up, and they only cover 20ft of the backyard which everyone at lennar failed to inform me of and was not in the contract. Some of the positive notes I'd like to mention is that the Lennar maintenance team is very quick to respond to issues inside and outside of the home, the construction manager was helpful in getting us the info necessary to register appliances in the home as well. ... I just want people to make sure they do the inspection correctly and not to sign until everything is fix. Especially the floor.

Sales rep was nice but not very knowledgeable

I couldn't get hold of the office. I called alot. Had my loan sold to another lender. I was never told that. House is great

I had issues with floor. I feel that it should have been replaced. It still looks like the planks are popping up but they are not perfectly flat. Others issues were attended to and done very well. The maintenance crew and formen supervisors were very attentive to my needs.

Workmanship of the home could have been much better not so impress on how it was put together. Found to many defects backyard could have been leveled much better etc. Eagle Mortage office set me up for failure, informing and was written on my contract that HOA was paid monthly then I get a bill from spectrum stating I had a balance and a late payment fee added to my bill of $40. Spectrum has informed me HOA is paid annually. This could have been avoided if I was given proper instructions. Eaglemortage should be liable for the late fee, since I was not at fault. Communication with the buyer needs to be more clear and written as well from Eaglemortage. ... More

I really appreciate the quality work they did and any issues was Taken care right away The only issue is that hopefully we have some shopping stores around this neighborhood
