Great sales experience, sales person found me a great place

The house is great, but after 4 months living in it, I still have unresolved issues. I've gone through 2 construction managers and 1 supervisor, and at this rate, I have no idea the status on anything... quite frustrating.

Excellent customer service! Very responsive

Multiple issues that took some time to fix. Slow response time. Paint is poor quality and they do the bare minimum. We moved into a smart house but it was a dumb house for a couple weeks due to no communication from builders and subs needed to hook everything up.

Overall adequate but not exceptional construction work.

Jaime was great to work with during the buying process. At closing, there were many items that needed correction like painting, wrong windows, landscape issues etc. I was working with Brian, the construction manager for our home. I had to keep reaching out to get him to come check out the issues. He came multiple times to inspect the same things. Weeks would go by without follow-up. Landscape was addressed poorly weeks later. It’s been almost 2 months since our last communication. I still have the wrong windows in my bathroom, among other things. Excellent customer care - warranty

Quick and simple.

I am very upset with how the property management has been handling our case. I felt very rushed during the walk through but they reassured that everything would get taken care of. I have now lived in the house for 4 months and there has not been an attempt to resolve any of the issues with the house. My doorbell doesn’t even ring. Lennar is not a cheap home builder and I paid a good price for a new house and wish someone would make me a happy home owner.

My wife and I were looking for a quick move in the North East area and found an inventory home that met mostly all of our needs. In general, we are pleased with the home - there are a few areas of the home that look like they were an after thought in terms of quality of workmanship. The previous home we owned was a Ryland, and we never had issues with workmanship/cosmetic fixes. We've only been in our new home a few months and they are plenty workmanship issues that we are not happy with. For the price we paid, there shouldn't be as many small issues as we have been finding (sloppy Job with trimming, paint, calking, etc). We did however have a great experience with the Lennar sales team walking us through that process. As for the final walk through and first 30 day time period, there were some hiccups but there was always an effort made to correct or make up for those hiccups. ... More

This new home is a great value for the cost. The personnel involved in our purchase and those who are on call to repair and resolve issues are all patient, kind, and highly competent. We are thankful for such a great experience in purchasing our first home!

Get it in writing or it is not true. Get contact info to Construction Manager as soon as you meet your sales person. Hire your own inspector period. Expect closing date to change at least twice. Get extended garage as their standard 2 car garage is smaller than other builders. Prepare for long battle. Over priced for quality you recieve. Not everything is included, not even the instructions or boxes devices come in. REGRET

Terrible buying experience on current house due to multiple issues and slow to respond to fixing issues!

My home buying experience with the customer service that I received from Lennar was A++. Everyone was caring, and really helped us with any information that we needed. Shout out to Niha Simmons and Pete for always helping us and making us feel valued in our new community!

Absolutely outstanding!! The sales, construction members and mortgage members we dealt with during the purchase process and after moving in was phenomenal. I could not be happier!!

We bought a model floor plan after bouncing back and forth. The place is great overall. Location in Bulverde/ north SA is great. The home buying experience is way easier and better than going through an agent for a used home. If we were to buy again, we’d leave the appliances out and buy our own due to low quality. Plan on painting your garage and installing your own door opener. The provided home wireless router is not wired in so you have to route your own power. The tile work in bathrooms is par due to broken edges facing out and uneven placement. Overall, my wife and I are happy due to the location, community, and convenience of a new home. Lennar was very diligent throughout the entire process, and even did follow ups after move-in. We are very pleased with our experience.
