I was excited about having an all-in-one home buying process. The financing side was easy, and the loan officers were helpful and responsive. The only issue I experienced during financing was the third-party verification process they would call and sometimes keep me on hold for hours while confirming information. It wasn’t ideal, but it was manageable. Unfortunately, my experience with the construction team and the overall quality of construction was much less positive. The construction manager repeatedly made excuses for repairs that were not completed on time. The paint work throughout ...

Ownership of issue and Trash Ownership

My tenant noticed gas leak smell at home and only resulted to finger pointing. Lennar pointing to Appliance Company and the Appliance Company pointing to plumbing and Gas Company. The Gas Company then pointing to the others. When nobody is taking ownership I expect Lennar to bring all of them together and get the issue resolved. My experience has been very painful 2 months into the purchase. Also at the purchase time I was not told that HOA is going to take trash ownership too. I was expecting trash to be another utility that the tenants owns and pays for. It makes no sense for it to be ...

After closing was a disaster, disappointing, the house was not cleaned. Mud on floor and dirty hand prints seen.. Was not like that before during the walk- through.

It took forever to get my closing amount I needed to bring. My closing date was moved 3 times. I received a phone call at around 8pm on a Saturday night to try to seta closing for Monday. The finishing detail work was at a level that moost companies would fire someone for.

I’ve had a great home buyer experience. The loan officers were great and very helpful in every way. Everything has been great, I’ve only have one issue that has arisen. My ultimate goal is this situation is to be treated fairly with the current issues dealing with, over a period of time. Thank you

From start to finish, the process was smooth and well‑organized. The Lennar sales, contractor, financial, and community teams were consistently responsive, helpful, and clear in their communication. Every step was well supported, and the staff followed through on their promises. Overall, it was a great experience that made the transition from buying to moving in smooth. My home is stunning, and I am very pleased I selected a Lennar property. Thank you!

It’s not the same as Arizona Lennar!

We bought a Lennar home in Arizona and we were very pleased about the quality of the home. Our experience in Texas has not been the same. Not one towel rack in 3 bathrooms. No loop in the garage for installing water softener or water filtration system. No refrigerator or laundry washer or dryer. No hooks in bathroom. Over $8000 in expenses. Plus no garage door opener or painted walls in the garage. No baseboards in the garage as well. I’m sure all these things left out will have an immense impact on Lennar’s bottom line. And no window covering over the back door. We use paper taped over the ...

The entire experience was trash from start to finish. Poor communication, wasted time, mixed messages, and zero follow through. I had to chase answers, repeat myself, and deal with unnecessary confusion that should never happen in a basic transaction. The only good part of this experience was Ana. She was helpful, responsive, and actually did her job. Without Ana, this would have been a complete failure. Everyone else dropped the ball. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience

Starting with the showing, i had a great experience. The mortgage originator was awesome. But the (concierge), was awful. Never returned calls. Not even sure what her purpose was. Now to the house, day of closing I go pick up my keys. I pull up to house, and cleaner was just arriving. She pulled in and blew through the house in 10 min. House is still full of dirt over a month later. I am still getting glue off of flooring through the house. The paint they use must be water color paint because you can not wipe it down. I need to clean the walls but if i wipe it with warm water, the paint comes ...

My experience was okay with Lennar. My biggest let down with the buying process was the closing. I closed online but when I came to get the keys to my home no one was there to greet me or thank or congratulate me. They just handed me a dirty envelope with keys in it. Such a let down after making such a huge purchase and it being my first time. I did express my disappointment but no one seemed to care after the paperwork was signed. As far as the home itself, there have been a few issues. Not big issues, but being a brand new home I didn't expect this many issues one month into my new ...

My only request during the whole home buying process was for the house to be cleaned prior to closing. During my initial tour of the home there was paint splatters/spills on the floors and in the showers, which I was told would be cleaned up prior to closing. The paint was still there during the new home celebration, and once again, I was told the house would be cleaned prior to closing. Needless to say, none of the paint was cleaned up when I picked up the keys after closing. Disappointed that they didn’t do the only thing I requested. Home buying process was very simple and quick!

The overload of everything Lennar was a nightmare; new grass layed on hard clay; high fee for changing HOA over to me with never ending fee for 60 plus years and no one controlling the rules or bylaws. Get your hands on the HOA bylaws before you buy wish I had. I will not be here in 5 years.

First off the experience was terrible. The only good thing is that the house is put together mostly right. Only here a month and a breaker went out already. I the buying process we had to drop 23,000 on closing costs because lennar did not cover anything. No offer or nothing to cover any of the cost on top of paying 261000 in a loan all because we did not use their loan officer or lender. We did not use their inspector either. The yard was done terrible and they only put in grass 15 feet from the back door. Our yard is at least 60 feet by 60 feet. The house was dirty when we arrived with dirt ...

Poor follow-through and disappointing quality

This home buying experience was frustrating from start to finish. The build quality did not match the price. Multiple issues showed up that should have been caught before closing. Finishes felt rushed and inconsistent. Communication was weak. Getting updates or answers took repeated follow-ups. Problems were acknowledged but moved slowly, if at all. Some items were marked complete without being properly fixed. Value for the price was disappointing. You pay a premium but still end up chasing basic corrections. If you expect strong attention to detail and prompt service after signing, you’ll ...
