I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to close and just move in, being my 1st new home experience it was definitely a great one!

As first time home buyers, we have had an amazing experience with Lennar Builders. The service, the discounts, the quick responses, their accommodative staff, and not discounting the wonderful home that fits our need, have all made our experience a dream come through.

I had a wonderful experience with Jessie. I was actually looking for a property that I had an appointment for and i accidentally went to Lennar. Jessie was so helpful! He worked with me through it all and I did this alone. Leslie was my loan officer and she did a wonderful job! I love my new home. The only thing I would change would be the paint. It was flat white. I had to paint it satin. I wish it would have came that way because it would have saved me a lot of time and money. But, despite that, it was a very good process!

Great community although it’s still under construction it’s looking pretty amazing !

Great service overall. A few details were not taken care in the house but closing was fast and easy.

The home purchase process was very straightforward and my questions were answered quickly and completely. From beginning to end I felt validated as a homebuyer and was amazed at how easy the process was. I would recommend purchasing a Lennar home. Happy homeownership.

Joshua was the one in charge of my experience of purchasing my home he kept me informed of what was going on and what I had to do and it took me about three weeks and by the end of the month i closed on home and the people in the title office was very nice also,they just made my day and I just want to say thank you!!!

I saw a billboard for Lennar Homes while searching for a home. Went online to submit a request to pre-qualify on 1/9. Closed on my home on 2/16. The entire experience was seamless and the staff were very committed and supportive. My community is safe, my neighbors are great! My new home is just right for me and I truly am grateful and thankful for Lennar!

Seriously! If you're looking to buy a house at the same price point, why not consider a new house. You don't have to worry about fixing or updating a house, just move in and get to know your new neighbors.

With the market being what it is, my wife and I had become more and more pessimistic about ever owning a home. Prices are skyrocketing, companies would out-bid us on the homes we could afford, and we were getting priced out of shacks without roofs on the market. My wife saw an advertisement for Lennar specifically stating that if you thought you couldn't afford a home, to try them. We had low expectations, reality having cured us of those, but reached out anyway. In just a couple of months we were moving into our brand new first home. We're so dizzy and stunned over how quick and easy it went, it's easy to just gloss over how great Lennar was every step of the way. My experience with purchasing a Lennar Silo Home in San Antonio was a great experience. Nick and Chris were very responsive to all my requests and inquiries. They responded above and beyond their normal duties. Also Lennar Mortgage made my transaction very easy.

The financing part of purchasing and closing was very smooth. My loan officer always answered the phone when I called and was efficient. My CSR that conducted the Home walkthrough was fantastic and got all my concerns addressed. The only feedback I have is some quality of the workmanship could be improved. It appears some aspects were rushed to completion which caused a lot of rework and/or repairs. Not sure if they have it, but quality checks and reviews throughout the build process (such as plumbing), and before a client walkthrough (painting, trim, fixtures, etc.) would avoid so much re-work and back and forth. With that being said, everything was swiftly addressed, it just resulted in more of my time taken. The only thing that inconvenienced me was I only got 20% of grass in my back yard. My spouse and I are excited to have discovered Lenna Homes of San Antonio. As a couple in our late 50's and never purchasing a home before, the expectations when we finally had a physical look at our home were above reproach. The style, equipment, appliances size of front and back yards were more than what we expected. The staff at Lennar guided us through the paces and explained in detail what each step encompassed. We could not be any happier at this point. Thank you for fulfilling our dream as homeowners.

Love my home and the quality is fantastic, I had one issue with a light and they came out and fixes it the same week, I can't say enough about how much I love my home.

I chose a base model house and consider myself a DIY person . So I made quite a few upgrades myself. The guys at Lennar are helpful and reply fast to issues found.

Buying with Lennar was very simple and stress free. All staff I had an opportunity to work with were very friendly and helpful.

Overall great , except title was non responsive , eventually they did it right but communication can be better

The idea of buying a new home opposed to older ones has the great advantage of not to worry about whether the electrical and/or the plumbing systems have to be replaced shortly after buying it. LENNAR Homes are outstanding.

Over all everyone did a good job getting the house finished solid home so far .

Our Lennar liaison, Lorena was great at resolving any issues we found during the third party inspection and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She also addressed any concerns we had along the way and was very prompt at dealing with issues.

Overall feels great to own a Lennar Home
