Everyone was super helpful and made it easy from start to finish!

The experience was great. Everyone who was involved in helping me get my house was fantastic.

I got sold a pretty affordable home. I had to put in a warranty claim to fix the floors and it’s been almost two months as of writing this review and it’s still not done. I’ve attempted to get a hold of people from Lennar all the way up to the CEO and have had little to no communication. They closed the warranty ticket over a month ago while I’m still waiting on a flooring company to come and rip out all the LVP flooring and replace it. I will never suggest someone buy a Lennar home at this point and highly discourage doing so if you can help it. No one has reached out to attempt to make things right while I still wait to be able to move into a house I’ll be paying a mortgage on before I can live there. ... More

The house is really nice. You can tell some of the contractors just rushed the job and do not take pride in work. For the cost though it is worth it. For example, where the driveway meets the garage door is not level, there is spilled concrete in the driveway and near the garage door. Door hinges and screws are painted rather then be tape off when painted. All little things though.

This is my 2nd Lennar home and it does not measure up to my previous experience. I paid more for my current home and received less perks. The construction was also rushed and I have been experiencing problems. Granted the Customer Service team is quick to reply, I am just not excited when I find additional issues to report.

I wasn’t told that only primer was painted on the walls therefore I would need to paint the whole inside of the house. The house didn’t come with towel racks in the bathroom. The house floors were not clean. I had questions during closing but couldn’t ask any because they made me do my closing online and by law the lady couldn’t answer any questions. They put a mandatory tree in the backyard which only goes out 10ft. If this tree grows big the roots are going to mess up the foundation. Also, the grass they put down was already dead leaving several people with brown grass.

As a first time home buyer, my process was quick and smooth. The staff was very attentive to my needs and I am very happy to call this my new home. Gracias, Lennar!

I purchased this property as a single-family investment for long-term leasing. My buying experience with Lennar was good overall. Generally, there was someone at each step of the way to ask questions of and keep me informed as to what task I had to attend to next. My biggest complaint would be the length of time it took to lay the sod and put in the trees on the property. Their target was to have the sod and trees in "seven to ten days after closing". Instead it took them three weeks from closing which meant I was delayed that long in being able to show the property to prospective tenants. Other than that, the process was pretty smooth. ... More

Great very professional I felt very well taken care of

I had such a great experience, the process was so streamlined to where I had no stress.

The home is great, but having to deal with the HOA is a pain in the butt. I do not like feeling like a prisoner in my own home, not being able to do simple things without getting permission. Even though I just purchased this home, more than likely, I will find another area in Floresville without an HOA and move again.

I came in never expecting to buy a home.. I just thought being a single women with 1 income I could never afford it.. but I was wrong.. they gave me the tools to inform myself.. and made the home buying process easy.. and the payments very affordable., Thank you .. for making the home process easy and living my dream of owning my own home..

Lennar collects a vast volume of totally confidential information, much more than is necessary for me to be proven as a responsible buyer and payer. I do not believe this information is stored in a suitably secure manner. I worry about my identity being stolen by others or shared with others I do not want it shared with by Lennar. We sign waaaaay too many documents giving Lennar the right to own our lives. I do not trust Lennar!!!!!! Most of the staff we dealt with are great.

The best company and team I have ever worked with.

For the most part it went well.

I was verbally promised backyard grass and 3 trees upon moving in to my new Lennar build (as incentive). It’s been 4 weeks since move in and I have 2 trees and no grass in the backyard. Lennar will do the bare minimum for you as a customer because they only care about moving you in fast! Be careful.

About a year ago I started looking at Lennar. The homes seemed affordable. I submitted an online request and they called me at least two months later. I went in person to look at a model and I was able to talk with someone. They were very responsive and the process moved quickly. The loan officer and loan process was also great! The craftsmanship is not quality. The floors were dirty, we had to ask for them to be cleaned again. The lady came to clean and she cleaned about 1/4 of the issues I presented and just left. You get what you pay for. We have had several warranty issues resolved and investigated very quickly which is reassuring. The materials used seem of poor quality, like drywall. Not sure what kind it is because it seems to bend and chip in various places. I don’t feel comfortable using fasteners as I feel they’ll slip right out it’s already happened. Overall, I like the house but if I could afford a better home, I wouldn’t buy from Lennar. ... More

Everything was great especially communication

There was workers on the house after closing, the carpet on one of the bedrooms had stain that never was clean up properly, the electric company took long time to respond for eléctricas issues. Del hoyos did a good job.

I had the worst experience buying my house. Didn’t get to close on time because of lack of communication with lennar and their employees.

Overall, great experience everybody very helpful and knowledgeable, but a lot of details to fix in the house

Our first home, smooth sailing since we signed!

Cheap materials. Cheap solutions. Poor communication skills from associates. First time home buying experience was kind of sad. Only good is the response time on warranty requests. Would never recommend and regret my decision in purchasing a Lennar home.

I was told like many of my neighbors that we would only get 15 feet of sod. They got full sod and I didn’t. When I finally requested my sod installed… it was too late. There are other houses in the neighborhood that do not have their sod installed yet; but we are too late (don’t understand). The house did not come with towel racks in both bathrooms, no walk in shower door, no fans, no garbage door opener, no sprinklers, no doorbell, no water spout in the back of the house and the other frames of the windows were not painted. The fencing stopped short allowing people to walk to the windows of some of the bedrooms and the living room; things were not thought out with the owner’s interest in mind and alot of money was clearly saved by Lennar because of it.
