First of all we are so happy we found this hidden gem in Hill Country. We drive into the community at the recommendation of a realtor from Johnson Ranch. We met Debby at the models. Debby took us out to look at some homes that were being built. We found one with an amazing view out back. Not only did we get the home for a fair price, they paid all closing costs and paid down the interest rate. Although some of the craft mens ship was a little concern, all issues were resolved prior to move in. We could t be happier here. We love all of our new neighbors and our community here. We had a break into and lost a stove. Lennar should had more security the area!

The floor plan is what caught my attention. However, for the amount invested on this new beautiful home, I was a little disappointed that the house didn't and wasn't equipped with a door bell, a water spicket and lightning in the backyard.

Sales and maintenance men were very responsive to our requests

Most of the team of people we worked with at Lennar were professional, informative, also helpful and patient when we had questions (and we had a lot). When we had to leave voice mail messages they responded quickly, and that was important to us. Our home is beautiful, and only a few small repairs need attention, which they have already stopped by to see.

I really appreciate the quality work they did and any issues was Taken care right away The only issue is that hopefully we have some shopping stores around this neighborhood

My sales representative, Kim was amazing! I kept her busy for a year and it finally came through!

Great house. And excellent space

I had some issues with having minor issues resolved during the walk through. Places where I put tape were removed and not repaired. Complained on numerous occasions only to get push back each time.

I purchased home in my late 70s with my Wife. The only issue I have is I am not computer literate nor my Wife. Filling out a work order for a plumbing issue was a royal pain in the behind. Technology is great, but at my age and lack of knowledge how it all works makes it more complicated for me personally. I think another way of helping the elderly such as myself and many others would enhance the importance of your company's commitment too not just the young, but old as well in all communities they are building in.

I bought a home through Lennar- start to finish. I knew what to expect with this builder, so I am very happy with my home. Kristi R @ Lennar Mortgage was the highlight of the whole experience.
