Nice and easy to work with

Everything was quick and easy really. Nice sales guy. Great finance dept., and very nice warranty team. So new is what I wanted and new is what i got. Didn't even really need a realtor honestly, it's best without one in my opinion, for new homes. Affordable, and my VA home loan worked great. I moved in in under a month. So I really couldn't ask for more than that. Thanks Again Lennar Homes!

Great service and very responsive people. Many people involve to help you with your home buying experience. They make sure you understand the home warranty and have a dedicated person. They have a walk thru to make sure you are satisfied with their product.

Not sure how may of you have experienced the cost of living in crease in NJ but I have worked 2 jobs consecutively the last 4 years and can not afford a home in New Jersey! I am constantly being outbid and priced out of the housing market. I have spent the last 3 years looking and finally said: I guess I have to move out of state. I found the new construction home back in March, flew down in April and fell in love! Told my realtor. THIS IS MY HOUSE! He continued to speak and I just stared and repeated.... THIS IS MY HOUSE! The people were very nice and helpful but buyer beware. Go over everything with a fine tooth comb. We have a cracked shower wall and the plumbing company that works for Lennar refuses to fix it

Sloppy finish work on floors and trim work caulking. Ramon very helpful in trying to resolve issues. Learned I really received NO buyers incentives of any value when it was all said and done. Love the community and Floorplan, but cannot say I'm over the moon happy with everything.

We were so excited to buy our first home. The price was right! The sales agent was very attentive. We were pre-approved and ready to get the process started. We paid our escrow and were committed. That’s where things started to go downhill. Because once they have that commitment they can do whatever they want and throw customer service to the wind. Our pre-approval turned into “you don’t meet all the requirements and will need a co-signer”. At that point we were invested and went through with it assured they would be left off the title and it wouldn’t affect them. After closing we find out from LENNAR Title that it was required for them to be on the title forcing us to forfeit our full homestead exemption. Then after some time living in the home we noticed one of our bedrooms was much warmer than the others so we contacted them and they sent out the company who installed the system. Long story short the Tech left while I stepped out and assured him someone would be there in 10-15 mins insisting there was no issue and everything met the required settings. No one listened. I was told I could escalate the issue and when I did received an email saying my request was denied. But the issue is still unresolved and they are not interested in doing anything about it. One thing after another every experience has been so frustrating. I’ve dealt with LENNAR title multiple times and each time I was told they’d follow up, after my homeowners insurance being unpaid for the first month of ownership and lost checks they refused to waive the fee for reissuing, no one ever called me back. I had to constantly reach out to get answers. I will never buy a home with LENNAR again or recommend them to anyone. Every interaction has been frustrating and my issues were never resolved.
