Tess was the agent at the model home when we first stopped in, so she was the first Lennar contact and was very accommodating, dedicated and helpful in making sure our offer, and sales transaction was handled appropriately. She truly cared about us and it was evident in our interactions with her. Tess referred us to Linh right away who got us prequalified quickly and smoothly. Linh kept us informed all the way through the loan process. Linh knows her stuff and worked hard to make sure the process was seem-less and stress-free. Once the house was near completion, we met with Drake, the construction superintendent and his assistant Danny who were both very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the checklist items done right away. Drake was able to get the house finished early and Linh got the loan documents finalized so that we could close and fund on Friday instead of waiting until the following Monday. The initial agent that we worked with put a bad taste in our mouth. But everyone else that we have worked with including the home building construction manager, mortgage agents, and now since we've moved in, the warranty team, have all been great to work with. During the walk-throughs before we moved in, they were all very happy to address concerns that we had with the home. Despite the craziness with how much home prices have gone up since covid, I feel like what we got was a good price for a brand new home compared to the rest of market. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH LENNAR THE HOMEBUILDER AS WELL AS THE MORTGAGE COMPANY. THEY WERE SO EASY TO WORK WITH AND SO ORGANIZED. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A HOME AND THEY MADE IT SO EASY.

We love our Lennar home. The floorplan is exactly what we wanted. We were able to get a great incentives and an amazing interest rate to make buying a home affordable. Definitely recommend!

We got a great value on our home. Mike was very low pressure which we appreciated.

I did have a home inspector for the townhouse. He found some minor issues that were addressed, but would not have been had I not had an inspector. Including a broken ceiling fan. Although the terrible over cuts to install the floor were initially ignored and I was told they would not be fixed, It was a deal breaker and I was ready to walk away. Finally, after my agent, the selling agent and the supervisor were all together, a plan to fix the problem was agreed on. It was silly that I was told this was not something that would be repaired. It never should have happened, nor should it have passed. The floor installer made the same terrible cuts on other units. Possibly those buyers had no idea that this was unacceptable. Lennar offers competitive pricing, but you’re buying a cookie cutter town home with an okay attention to detail. It’s better than renting a random person/company’s place, but I wouldn’t expect a top tier home. In the end the are good homes. They’re not gonna fall apart and expose you to the elements, but they’re not a home you are going to want to show off. The Lennar team is great to work with. Easy communication and problem solving during each part of the home buying process experience. No question went unanswered, and it felt like they were on top of things.

I moved from California to Utah after living my entire life in sunny California. The busing process has been unexpectedly easy. I loved the models and the rest is history and it was fast and painless. I’m still getting settled in and I’ve notice a few small things here and there that need to be taken care of but if repairs and replacements are as easy as buying my new home, it will be easy, quick and stress free.

the house was Filthy, want a joke to not clean out the vents for cabinets. I would not recommend Lennar homes to anyone. Sorry but the truth.

It’s normal for a home buyer

We had a great experience we used all the Lennar products it made it easy to purchase from 360 miles away.

We love our townhome I would say if your a first time homebuyer like we were and you want to make it a special experience have a realtor because the experience it’s self didn’t feel very special and I will say every situation might be different but I would say they updated us on the progress but the whole time up until closing we didn’t even know for sure if we even got officially approved so we were more stressed than excited during the process. And we didn’t even get a key at signing we didn’t get our code until later the day we signed and the code they gave us first wasn’t even the right code so we had to wait out side of our new home until we got a hold of someone to open the door . They didn’t do any real kind of celebration for us so if you want a special kind of experience I would say use a realtor. But we didn’t even love our new home! ... More

My agent told me that my work vehicle would be okay to park in the neighborhood, but a week or two after moving in, the Hoa President stated that it was not allowed. Now we’re in a big financial bind to either find another place to live and move or to find a place to move my truck and end up paying a monthly rent for that. It was a terrible lie that got us in this place.

I haven’t had an issue with a single one of their employees. But Scott has been the best. He has been there whenever I’ve had any issue sometimes within hours of my problem. Several other places I went we’re not willing to help us out when Lennar was able to jump through hoops to make sure we could get what we needed.

I was only in town for three days looking at homes and was in a hurry to make a purchase, as I was moving to Utah within two months. In hindsight, I blame myself for not taking more time to inspect the home more closely. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would not have purchased this home. Lennar doesn’t put much thought into their home designs. The cabinets are cheaply made,two drawers fell apart within the first week. The shower glass in the master bedroom is too short, causing water to splash over the top onto the walls and floors. The closet rods weren’t installed properly, and my clothes fell to the floor the first night I hung them. Additionally, I’ve now lived in this home for two months and still don’t have landscaping. Lennar claims there is no water supply for landscape use in the neighborhood, yet they failed to mention this until after closing. Some homeowners in the area have been waiting over a year for their lawns, which is absolutely ridiculous. I could go on, but these are the worst issues. When you buy a brand-new home for $400,000, you shouldn’t feel the need to replace cabinets, shower glass, or fix closet rods within days of moving in. While some aspects were done right, the house simply isn’t worth what I paid. At this point, it is what it is, but my advice is to take the time to thoroughly inspect what you’re purchasing. Lennar uses low-quality materials, and their subcontractors clearly lack expertise. The craftsmanship is subpar, and I would know,I’ve been in construction for 35 years. Communication from loan officer was awful. When concern were brought up we received bare minimum responses. When the idea was brought up to switch lenders, loan officer became defensive and threatened to just cancel everything instead of trying to work it out. Terrible process of buying. The home has been great so far.

Closet brackets cheap and rip out. Heating and cooling system inadequate. Basement floor uneven. Basement walls not straight.

Good pricing, good support until you close. After that, it’s clear to me that the primary goal from the warranty team is to not do anything. Super different from previous home built with another builder that would go above and beyond. Have been waiting for almost 2 months for one issue.

Everyone was very kind to us and quick to respond to any situation. We were all under the gun to perform in a very tight window and everyone was brilliant in how they succeeded in that environment.

The repair crew is great but these are very basic townhomes with a lot that could be better. The home buying process was difficult at best and the finishes are low end for the price.

It was ALMOST perfect. Right at the end, I got conflicting messages about the move in date. Caused me a bit of stress and extra money. The inspection, mortgage, and closing process was very good.
