I bout a house in Saratoga spring Utah at Clover Leaf way about one and half month ago. Now on the roof on the side of the house it already got ripped of and it hanging one of the piece. It is just above the gutter. I called yesterday to waranty claim and no body get back to me till now. Poor work can damage entire house. Also painting is not professioanl , lot of place has touch up which can be visiable on the walls.

Closet brackets cheap and rip out. Heating and cooling system inadequate. Basement floor uneven. Basement walls not straight.

Everyone working for the builder has done an exceptional job at taking care of our needs and experience.

It’s normal for a home buyer

The initial agent that we worked with put a bad taste in our mouth. But everyone else that we have worked with including the home building construction manager, mortgage agents, and now since we've moved in, the warranty team, have all been great to work with. During the walk-throughs before we moved in, they were all very happy to address concerns that we had with the home. Despite the craziness with how much home prices have gone up since covid, I feel like what we got was a good price for a brand new home compared to the rest of market. Love our new home! Lennar is good but you still need to make sure you’re on top of things. We had a lot of items that needed fixing in our walk though and even after they didn’t get everything- you need to be really diligent. We had some things come up after we moved in that needed fixing and Lennar has been really great about it. Very quick about fixes. A couple things are clearly pretty cheap like the carpet and the fake tile in the bathrooms but some other items are higher quality like the cabinets and hvac system. Lennar was a huge blessing for us in search of our first home. Not only did they have the best price around, but also were able to get us the best fixed interest rate around at nearly 2% below the going rates. The home was above par from finish work, lay out, all the way to outward street appearance. Our only complaint was the Lennar agent we worked with was often very hard to get ahold of to answer our questions or concerns. Other than that, it was a phenomenal experience for our little family.

I love the new home we recently purchased through Lennar. The value is great and was a dream come true being able to move in. I enjoyed working with Lennar, their lenders, and quality assurance team. They took care of us all the way through the process.

Lennar is HANDS DOWN the BEST builder we have worked with or come across. Their houses are gorgeous and the workmanship and list of inclusions is amazing! They make you feel valued and care about your home. However, our experience with their lender was horrible and I would suggest using your own mortgage company.

Everyone at Lennar is very friendly, this is my 2nd home - but my first time buying by myself - it is very overwhelming - they were always very patient with me - I went back to the model home quite often - just to make sure it is what I wanted - they do put you on a wait list - but keep you updated

Made home buying an easy process.

Internal Architecture and design on Living floor and Master bedroom are very well planned. Builder included most of the standard features and configuration without any additional cost( eg, Carpet, Quartz Counter Top, Vinyl flooring, blinds etc), this saves lot of time. Kids room should be slightly bigger. Lennar need to work on Garage design, Not possible to park two cars. also need to work on to get better appliances provided in home. Last thing that comes with Townhome is HOA, its should be well planned and should not be impacting the home owners.

To many people asking for the same information

Builder grade, entry level finishes and materials. Garage is left unfinished. The unfinished basement is a plus.

The warranty service is poor and so much of process even for the small fix.

Its was a good experience buying lennar home with minor hiccups.

Overall our home was built fairly well, but there were some issues we brought to the attention of our new home consultant that had to be brought up multiple times before anything was done. Some issues were not relayed to the construction crew/building manager, which led to multiple appointments for repairs after closing.

Great sales experience at first, but as the house progressed, almost ghost like experience. The site construction manager was extremely rude toward us when we hired a third party inspection company to inspect prior to close.

We purchased our first home with Lennar and our sales agent Cathy was awesome! We love our home and the builder's responsiveness has been great. However, the quality of the materials is not the best. The workers mishandled a lot of the materials used and went to extreme lengths to hide the damage, but as I started cleaning, it became visible that these items should have been replaced.

We love our townhome I would say if your a first time homebuyer like we were and you want to make it a special experience have a realtor because the experience it’s self didn’t feel very special and I will say every situation might be different but I would say they updated us on the progress but the whole time up until closing we didn’t even know for sure if we even got officially approved so we were more stressed than excited during the process. And we didn’t even get a key at signing we didn’t get our code until later the day we signed and the code they gave us first wasn’t even the right code so we had to wait out side of our new home until we got a hold of someone to open the door . They didn’t do any real kind of celebration for us so if you want a special kind of experience I would say use a realtor. But we didn’t even love our new home! ... More
