We have been in our home for a short time. We are loving our new home. There have only been a few issues and most were taken care of quickly by Lennar. We are having an issues with the landscaping and the grading of our yard. The builder wants to wait to do further corrections until yards are put in to see if the water drainage is fixed. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for everyone to do their yard as we have dogs. We are having to hire a different company to get our backyard graded so we won't flood.

I was a wonderful experience buying a home from Lennar! So happy with our place!

Lennar was a huge blessing for us in search of our first home. Not only did they have the best price around, but also were able to get us the best fixed interest rate around at nearly 2% below the going rates. The home was above par from finish work, lay out, all the way to outward street appearance. Our only complaint was the Lennar agent we worked with was often very hard to get ahold of to answer our questions or concerns. Other than that, it was a phenomenal experience for our little family.

Every builder will cut corners. Lennar is no different. The home is beautiful inside and out, but the way HVAC, gas lines, were ran will make it a huge pain to finish your basement if you ever decide to. Construction manager told me incorrect information about my home as well, so take their knowledge as a grain of salt.

I love the new home we recently purchased through Lennar. The value is great and was a dream come true being able to move in. I enjoyed working with Lennar, their lenders, and quality assurance team. They took care of us all the way through the process.

Will never buy a lennar home again , nor could I recommend anyone else to buy one

We picked a Lennar home because after looking at all of the builders in our area (and there were a lot!) We loved that Lennar's homes include everything and have a more upgraded feel to them. However, since living in the home, we do feel the actual quality is lower than our last home we lived in. We've had multiple cracks in the baseboards, some little issues with the towel racks and faucets and just a handful of small things that are a bother considering how expensive homes are and considering we thought Lennar was the best after looking into many builders. The good news is, the warranty has been VERY good to work with! They are quick to respond and easy to work with. Super kind and considerate. Lennar delivered our new home within promised timelines. They have a great team in sales and delivery and kept me posted on progress of construction regularly with pictures of my home. They are usually uptight about what they will deliver and do not take up any upgrades. While I understand this may delay the project but it would nice if they entertain upgrades. Overall I had a very good experience with Lennar and am happy with them. Their after sales services is also great and their construction manager on-site is amazing.

Shartel did an amazing job! She walked us through every model home and answered all of our questions. The buying experience was very smooth and painless. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase and my home.

We were the first to close in this new Heber development and couldn't be happier. Brett and Eddie running the site did an amazing job. The quality for the price is unmatched in this part of Utah. They have excellent subcontractors. They finished the build on time during one of the worst winters in decades. Would buy another home with Lennar in Utah. Thank you, Lennar!

We purchased our first home with Lennar and our sales agent Cathy was awesome! We love our home and the builder's responsiveness has been great. However, the quality of the materials is not the best. The workers mishandled a lot of the materials used and went to extreme lengths to hide the damage, but as I started cleaning, it became visible that these items should have been replaced.

As we shopped the crazy Utah housing market, we quickly discovered the Lennar had the location, finishes, and floor plan that worked best for us at a price that was the same as lower quality existing homes for sale. Really great value all around for new construction.

Lennar is HANDS DOWN the BEST builder we have worked with or come across. Their houses are gorgeous and the workmanship and list of inclusions is amazing! They make you feel valued and care about your home. However, our experience with their lender was horrible and I would suggest using your own mortgage company.

I bout a house in Saratoga spring Utah at Clover Leaf way about one and half month ago. Now on the roof on the side of the house it already got ripped of and it hanging one of the piece. It is just above the gutter. I called yesterday to waranty claim and no body get back to me till now. Poor work can damage entire house. Also painting is not professioanl , lot of place has touch up which can be visiable on the walls.

Its was a good experience buying lennar home with minor hiccups.

Overall our home was built fairly well, but there were some issues we brought to the attention of our new home consultant that had to be brought up multiple times before anything was done. Some issues were not relayed to the construction crew/building manager, which led to multiple appointments for repairs after closing.
