They lied about the HOA, and a pool and club house.

The home and value of the home is good. The people. We worked with are lying sacks of scum. They didn’t explain the Master HOA. They lied about a pool and clubhouse just to get us to buy. Good home, dishonest workers!

Our home has been amazing for the 6 months we’ve been in it so far. We had 1 or 2 minor issues but the team at Lennar was extremely quick at responding and correcting the issues. They've also provided great follow up and check ins to see how we're doing. A+++ customer service

Lennar cuts every corner and does not honor its warranty. They are unresponsive, rude and do not do proper repairs.

Lots of issues in the fine details. We were missing a breaker for our air conditioner, several issues with doors in our home and slow when getting things addressed.
