We had a great experience purchasing our first home with Lennar. We're very happy with the quality received. We had great interactions with every employee we worked with along the way.

I enjoyed working with Lennar so much. I received personal attention and progress updates were sent to me regularly. I always knew who to call with questions. The team is very responsive and always got back to me quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and sincerely kind. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Lennar.

We absolutely loved working with Lennar! They were very easy to work with.

Home is amazing and beautiful. Very frustrated they put such cheap materials in wherever they could. Then when these cheap materials break in the first few weeks you have to jump through hoops to get them fixed. Everyone passes the buck and they make You jump through difficult hoops to get things fixed. They say they are so easy to file a home warranty claim, but it is time consuming. The follow up appointment with Josh was a joke!!! He acted like he was there to help you with all the problems you are having, but in reality he did not help us at all just said fill out a warranty claim. He only wanted to hear things were great instead or reality and feedback. That was not the helpful follow up we had hoped for. All of my neighbors complain about the very cheap closets. I know of three homes where they broke in the first week. The builder should be ashamed of themselves for building such a cheap closet in homes costing 750k+. We will love living here, but it is just a shame we are having to spend our own money to fix things that break because they were put in to save a couple dollars for the builder. The loan process was easy. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Even after we have moved in our new home everyone still helps!

Issues identified during walkthrough are still not all addressed almost two months after closing.

The lennar mortgage was terrible. No other way to put it. It wasn't just one person. The house is very nice, but not built well. For a house of this price I would expect better craftsmanship. Specifically the quality assessment. The house sounds like it's 50 years old when you walk around. I continue to find more poor build quality.

Great experience, patience is required for a new build. First time buying a newly built home.

Several items were pending by the time I signed, they promised that they will take care of those items pretty quick. Since then I haven't hear from them at all and I have been living here for 2 months now. I guess I will have to submit all those as warranty problems. Very Unhappy.

Lennar has nice front team. realtor team is great though there was no clarity on when you will be getting your home built. they communicated at times, could be bit better. Construction Cordinator and team is the worse team of Lennar. they don't do any coordination on work , no follow up on their unfinished work after sell, even they promised multiple time.It feels like they don't value your time, money and experience. Five star experience just tuned to 2 star with Construction project Manager negligence.

The location is what made us buy with Lennar. Lennar does not let you choose which lot you would like, nor the interior they just tell you we have this for you take it or leave it. One thing that makes Lennar stand out are the employees they are very responsive and helpful (appreciate the team)

The sales folks at Lennar were very kind and helpful through the initial stages. Our concerns with the quality of work began first before we moved in. We noticed a few weeks before closing that the wrong color front door had been installed. They put our door on the house across the street and that houses door on our home. They did a poor job painting over the wrong color instead of just switching the doors. Our front door also sits significantly crooked. Apparently it’s considered “within tolerance,” but it’s completely unsatisfactory for how much we’re paying for this house. One thing we thought we would get to use is the Level Lock feature that comes with the front door lock, however because the lock was installed crooked the level lock app is unusable. I have tried to fix the lock myself, but have not been able to. The doors throughout the house don’t close smoothly, and have chips coming off of the bottom of the doors. There is paint splatters all over our carpet and kitchen flooring. Baseboards throughout the house are wavy instead of nice and straight, and also have big chunks of missing paint. The main beam supporting the loft area upstairs is cracking at the bottom significantly. The placement of light switches was not thought out or designed well. The main floor shakes A TON even when my child walks past. It does not feel firm and sturdy (this is one of my biggest disappointments). There was no garage door opener pad installed outside of the garage. We were provided with the MyQ app we can use from our phone, but if our phones are ever dead we would have liked to just have a pin pad. Also for guests to get in the house. The plumbing of the water softener pipes was in a closet in the house instead of the utility closet in our garage. That made no sense to us or the plumber that we had come install a water softener. The list goes on unfortunately in regards to the poor workmanship and cheap materials used. We’re paying a lot of money for this house and worked hard to save in order to build, but we can’t say that we are satisfied at all. ... More

We had a mostly good experience with Lennar. The flooring that our agent told us we were getting ended up being totally different then what was installed. When we called out the difference Lennar only offered us the option to back out of our contract instead of fixing the problem or offering any sort of credit for the mess up. We were really disappointed with how the issue was handled. We made our decision to buy the house based off what was told to us about the finishings that were going in.

We had a great experience with Jen during the sales process. Linh was great to work with on the mortgage side. Jonathan has been great on following up on some issues that we found on our walk through and soon after we moved in. The one thing that could be improved is the landscaping. The landscaping could have been planned better so we wouldn't still have a dirt yard 2 months after closing.

Lennar was always very responsive to inquiries. The home is great, we love the home and community as well.

I really liked how they set up time with us to go in detail about our whole house and how to set certain things up. They have also been super easy to work with on any issues that have came up after moving in. They are quick to respond and have someone come check it out. Overall, we have had a great experience with Lennar

This was our first time building a home and Lennar made it really simple to do so. We would build with Lennar again, in the future. Highly recommend them. They are responsive, professional, and really know what they are doing.

My Lennar realtors Gina and Cathy where amazing to work with. They really help me through the whole process and contacted me in a timely manner any time I had questions or concerns. Tara my Lennar lender was also great and very helpful. the over all home is wonderful and I am very happy, my biggest disappointment is the paint quality I was told it was going to be Satin but its egg shell an nothing wipes off the walls. its very frustrating building a new home and already need to paint so it will hold up longer over the years and be easier to maintain. I have had to have several other small things fixed and the contractor and team where great to work with. ... More

The entire process from initial meeting to get on the waiting list to our final walk through, closing and getting the keys to our new home was seamless and an incredible experience. The quality of the home is above standard as we had walked through many competitor home builders and was always impressed with every detail and quality of materials Lennar has to offer. I can tell you as a new home buyer of a Lennar home it is so sound proof you can't hear a dog bark, a car pass by or playing neighborhood kids. You won't be disappointed in what Lennar has to offer.
