The initial purchase process was a nightmare. Steer clear of Michael. That being said, quality seems decent. There have been minor quality issues.

Everyone we have encountered during this experience has been wonderful. We are extremely satisfied.

The process with Lennar was fairly painless and the house has been great so far. The kitchen cabinets are the only thing that I don't love the quality of, but it hasn't been an issue.

During the home buying process, you have to be on top of them for everything or else you'll miss important details. If I were to buy again, I would use Lennar. Some of my neighbors were reached out to for upgrades and options, but a friend of mine and myself were never asked and we had to constantly ask for updates.

Unlike my experience with other builders who claim to be responsive until they have your money, when I have a problem with my Lennar home, they get it resolved immediately. While I wish that they hadn't cut corners on such a pricy home in the first place, when something isn't right they fix it, and they've even given advice when I was making changes. Overall, definitely recommend this builder.

Our overall experience with Lennar was smooth and we love our home!

Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. Our Electrolux dishwasher had to be replaced once and the door replaced again, it was almost two months before we had a usable dishwasher. We're still trying to get help with our Ruckus Wireless Connection that is malfunctioning. We hate the tankless water heater; the water in the mater bedroom takes several minutes to heat up both in the shower and at the sink. So, basically, I'm always washing my hands in ice cold water. Interaction and working experience was extremely smooth with Lennar representatives such as Gina and her team at front office and final walk through specialist (I forgot the name). But overall whole process was smooth and people were super helpful. Thank you Gina and the team.

Lennar’s sales and mortgage departments are amazing but that’s where the experience ends. Once you are in your home you are dead to them. If you need to get anything fixed GOOD LUCK !! It’s jumping hoop to hoop. You become a lot number to them #552. They make it so difficult perhaps so you will get frustrated and fix the issue yourself. My FRONT DOOR knob has been broken for 2.5 months. They even sent me an email asking me to write this review, that’s how obvious they are.

We have now been in our new home for 4 months. The home buying process with the sales staff was a nightmare. We have had similar experience with the home warranty staff. Claims have been submitted but many have not been fulfilled. We love the home, we love the area, but we wish more care would have been put into our home and the building process.

I was very satisfied with Lennar

I've had 4 major building issues that needed to be addressed. Furnace pipes installed incorrectly caused motor to burn out, dryer outlet was originally installed as a stove outlet and got that replaced, bur first it caught on fire, dryer vent not brought out correctly from sheetrock so my dryer wasn't able to work properly and my exterior vents were spray painted over causing my basement to overheat and water condensed on my pipes. Still lots of minor finish work that I'm hoping will get taken care of. I feel like once you sign your papers, you get abandoned if you need help afterwards.

Everyone we worked with from start to finish was responsive I love our home the construction manager was incredible he always answered the questions and anything that he saw that would make our home better he added that in for us.
