Relocated from northern VA to Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg VA the beginning of December. Our new house is well built and beautiful, and the construction supervisors excellent and incredibly responsive. We have been here almost 8 weeks and they still assist me with any questions or issues. Could not be happier with the sales, mortgage, construction team at Lennar!!

extremely poor performance on Lennar's part. the house is still not complete two months after "forced" closing. now paying on a property that we cannot move into since construction is still not complete. no response or follow up on their part. would not recommend this company to anyone.

We love the community and the floorplan of our home. The workmanship and some materials could be better. Construction Manager was responsive to all our concerns and request.

Community is very nice. House should Have lights in all rooms. Installing a fence is a horrible experience; Lennar should have system to get one in a timely, cost effective manner. Sale contracts are error riddled, impossible to understand, and so generic they have 50% not applicable. Have a contract for cash and another for financing.

I worked with an outside real estate broker who was fantastic!

Sales department was fine. Condition of my home was poor when I moved in. I scheduled some repairs but nobody showed up at the sheduled time. I spent my day waiting, finally somebody showed up late the afternoon took care of two simple tasks and left. no indication of when the important items would be addressed. I have waited to be contacted but have heard nothing. I will try and contact somebody today to find out the current status of my requests for service.

No matter how thorough you are on your new home final inspection, you just don’t catch everything until you lived in the home for awhile. Kudos to Lennar for establishing the Customer Care Center to address the “nits” you discover later on.

Overpriced, contractors should do the job correct the first time, problems should be fixed ASAP, communications need to be more verrbal. Just disaattiiffiied

I like my house, I regret that I wasn’t able to pick out anything. But I am content with my place and I love the neighborhood.

When moving into any new home you identify little issues that need to be addressed as you live in the home. I have been pleased with Lennar's responsiveness. We love our new home and the neighborhood and amenities are great!

No matter what they tell you, add three to four months to the expected delivery date. If you are waiting on a home to be built you must be proactive and engaging. Do not expect anyone to keep you informed about the progress of your build. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. The excuses you may hear range from late inspections, COVID manpower shortages, to supply chain issues. The overall construction is average this includes paint, flooring, and cabinets. If you are expecting a custom build with high-end performance, you can check that at the door. Lennar is an all-inclusive company - sales, construction, mortgage/lending that struggles with communication inside and out. The closing for the house was a nightmare; we hired our own attorney and it took two months for Lennar to provide all of the required paperwork. Carelessness of the workers created dissatisfaction and more work! Many items on the punch list could have been avoided. Primarily the painters. 7 weeks after signing still don't have our surround for the fireplace and master shower door!

It seemed like the finishing touches were rushed. But just minor details. The house and architectural detail are wonderful.

The folks that are assigned to help you with issues are so over extended that not much gets resolved Promised deadlines have not been met The quality of the buildings. On some things Are substandard

Quality is lacking in finished home -also lawn turf and sprinkler system was not done properly

I was disappointed that I was not given a chance to select my options, or even given an idea of what they were, until minutes before the builder needed them. Our street has been under construction for a year, and there are still many houses to be completed. The builder doesn't keep the street clear of workers' vehicles and debris; at times, the trash trucks and regular cars can't get through, so how would a fire truck or ambulance get through? Construction housekeeping is non-existent, nails in the street, lunch trash - garbage - in our yards, street, and common areas.

Design is functional and lovely. We love the solid and quiet feel of our home and friendly, professional staff. The project manager helped me set up the wi-fi when the local internet company didn’t respond.

Lennar exceeded my expectations. The sales person was very personable and helpful. My construction manager has been very responsive. The house looks great!

Quality and pride in workmanship today is not what it was when I purchased my first Colonial Heritage home 2009

Lennar mortgage took Forever!!!but maybe the pandemic played a part in it

The Staff was very professional and extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and concerns.
