Lenar is in it to turn over homes…it’s lost in the name. The workers who do as little as possible, the nails left after clean up, I’ll go so far as no integrity in workmanship… we paid for “luxury”. There is nothing luxurious about these homes especially the finished product. Location is wonderful…integrity is lost with these homes at closing

The new townhome we purchased seemed to be rushed. There were two contractors, the first one left. The quality of the finished work was not that of a professional organization. We have drywall corners, edges, etc that weren’t finished properly. When we walked and blue taped problems, some were fixed others just had the tape removed. After closing it took weeks to get all the final issues fixed. We’ll have to work on the drywall issues ourselves. Also, the HOA was more than we were quoted. I’ve been very underwhelmed with the entire process. I’ve been in my house for almost two months and still have outstanding issues that were identified at closing (some were noted at the required walk through seven days prior to closing). The people have been nice but your entire process needs to be re-engineered. You also need to understand how your process impacts your customer as there is a huge disconnect with your current process. If Lennar cares, then someone will connect me so I can share all the details….there are so many.

From the start the buying process was terrible. It took up until closing to know if we were good to go for the loan from lennar mortgage. We were originally scheduled for a walk through the beginning of May. When we drove 4 hours for a 9am walk through, we were notified on site at the house that the walk through was moved. No one communicated this with us. The only formal documentation was sent 24 hours after our walk through. Do not trust the settlement contact to reach out to you. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of construction in my brand-new home from Lennar. The HVAC system is not working properly and fails to provide adequate air circulation to the second floor, making it uncomfortably warm and nearly uninhabitable. This is a basic issue that should have been addressed before the home was handed over. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the builder has not provided a satisfactory solution. I expected much better quality and service for a new home and am very frustrated with this experience. I do not recommend this builder to anyone ...

I’m an investor and this is not my first purchase. Worst experience in dealing with loan officer. Never responds to calls. Rushes to closing date without properly checking all issues. House wasn’t even ready during final walk through.
