Aa great home buying experience !!!

Will (builder superintendent), Amber, Sara and Jodi (sales/loan team) were great throughout our home buying process. They were all professional and courteous, never treating us like it was about a sell but more about how they could be of a help to our family and addressing our questions & needs. We have had a few questions about after settlement and Will (builder superintendent) has come by to address our questions always providing superior customer service! Many many thanks to the Lennar team for their professionalism, promptness and the beautiful home for my and I.

My entire home buying experience with my LennarHome was a wonderful experience! My loan officer Allison was amazing! She explained the process and was always available for my questions and/ or concerns. The quality of the home and price for the options I chose was comparable to other builders in the community. I love my new home within an active adult community and would recommend others. I can’t wait until the entire community is built with the slated amenities to enjoy for years to come.

We have purchased several new homes from different builders. The quality of our Metro Walk condo is the best of all.

From the start, it was amazing. To be able to select what the inside of your home would look like. Picking out all the materials and colors. Creating your kitchen and bathrooms. First and foremost I have to mention Sam… he was so instrumental in the entire process. He worked so hard and included me every step of the way. I have picture from start to finish and have made a album that couldn’t be completed without him. He along with the entire team of professionals, made this process a fun and exiting one. The closing date provided was right on time as well and due to COVID-19. We had to wait 3 weeks later but that was not bad at all considering the unknown and they still made it happen with closing and the timeline. The All-inclusive part is already amazing and if anything need to be touched up after move-in, Lennar does it and that in itself is amazing. I’m still enjoying my new home and it’s my forever home so I appreciate the love Lennar put into it and I am enjoying this beautiful home. From the beginning to end, the entire Lennar team made everything easy. As a first time home buyer it was a wonderful feeling having such knowledgeable people on my side.

Given the fact that our home was built during a time that was tough to get materials they didn’t a great job. We were kept updated during the process and given a timeframe based on how things seem to be headed.

I’m very happy with my new Lennar Home that included high in items in the selling price of there homes.

We are close to the age of retire now, we don't want to spend the time to take care the lawn any more, so we decided to sell our single home and looking for the townhouse that is not too far from my work in Riverdale, MD. We put a contract to one townhouse (15 years old) in Lanham, but this townhouse did not pass the inspection, and the owner did not want to fix it. So we got our deposit back. Then we saw the advertise online about Lennar Townhouse in Beltsville, the unit was process to build and the same price as the old townhouse, but we need to wait for 6 or 7 months to be build and finish. We were not in the hurry so we stopped by the Lennar Townhouse office, toured the model home and we fall in love with the model home, and signed the contract and waited for 6 or 7 months to complete. Now we are happy to live in our new townhouse, everything new, close to work, and close to Mark Train station. We sold our single home within a week after we moved out, and put a new paint and new carpet for the whole house. I got the money from sell the old house and paid off this townhouse, so we don't need to worry about the monthly payment. Plus we do not need to take care our lawn any more because HOA will take care for us. Now we just focus on our job and take vacation as much as we can without worry about who will take care our house and our lawn. That is my story! ... More
