I love the community I love in here at Stonehaven. The homes are beautiful and the home buying process was made less stressful because of caring sales staff. The homes have great stylish modern features and both there town and singles are fairly spacious. Great location for shopping in all. I love my new home. Thanks Lennar!

Working with Lennar was very easy. Hebert sat us down and discussed all of our options. More importantly, what he said was going to be the final numbers, were indeed the final numbers! No surprises. No gimmicks or add-ons. Once in our new home we had a couple of small issues; light socket short circuit; garage door not closing; missing shelf. But once we put in a service request, I have to say they came and provided fixes to all of the things in the request. I was skeptical. . . VERY skeptical that we wouldn't have any problems but we have not yet. It's been GREAT!!

I was convinced that I would purchase a prebuilt home to manage costs and not have to pay for all the extras that most builders charge but after one look at Lennar everything's included options and the well designed luxury townhomes with smart home features in St Charles MD I quickly became a lennar homeowner. I was particularly impressed that after the sell both the sales team and customer care reps, especially Gail and Michael continued to go the extra mile and exceed my expectations in me getting settled in my new home. In my opinion Lennar builds more than homes, they build communities and their presence is felt in this county from sponsoring local baseball teams to organizing community meet and greets, lennar st Charles is NOT THE AVERAGE homebuilder and almost a year later after my purchase, they continue to exceed my expectations ... Great home buying experience

From the beginning, our sales representative understood the challenges we faced before and after the contract was created and approved. Sam's performance was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. Regarding the quality and artistry, we expected some flaws with a new build; however, more attention to details (small stuff) would be better for all concerned. Reference builder and team: we only had one encounter with the team supervision because we purchased a home build already. However, the Care Team has tremendously supported any issues after moving into our home. I love my home, it's exactly what I need and wanted. The construction and design is beautiful and comfortable. The team is phenomenal and very helpful in helping adjust and fix any minor issues. My loan processor was awesome, explaining everything clearly that I didn't understand. The overall experience was fantastic. I do wish that I could have receive some closing help before the financial crisis hit the company.

So far my homeowner’s experience has been awesome! My CCR Derrick is always responsive to whatever issue or questions that I have. I feel at ease knowing that the customer service I am receiving is on A+ standard! Thank you Derrick and Lennar!

I have to admit that the entire experience buying this home was absolutely flawless. Everyone was extremely cooperative and very punctual in assisting with my problems. I would definitely recommend all my family and friends to purchase their home through Lennar.

We had a great experience with the builders. Robbie did an amazing job of explaining the home and giving the right information regarding all the home’s features. He showed excellent commitment to customer service by his thorough walk through and knowledge regarding our property and the community we now live in. My only reservation was when we switched floor plans to the chatham II from the brighton II, you guys unfortunately took two weeks and half to re-do the paperwork, in that time interest rates rose significantly costing me ultimately. Besides that I wish we would have purchased our home sooner from you guys. In the end we had a great first home buying experience : from the front end office Carl, to the site manager/ supervisor Robbie, to Candyce our realtor everyone did their part to get us into the home of our dreams. Overall quality and good experience from the sales team, mortgage team, to the construction team. A few minor punch items needed to be addressed after closing which has taken a bit of time to complete, but overall good experience. Recommend Lennar, good builders.

The process moved pretty efficiently and I closed right when they said I would. Gail was great keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. Aaron the construction manager was thorough and efficient during the orientation and we were out at ease about everything. Any issues were quickly addressed and I appreciate that.
