Dayna is wonderful and a great sales rep from Lennar at Willington hights. She is always supportive and helps with fixing the issues faster . She is s good person and cares for the home buyers , shares best of the information that helps to make better decisions . I would recommend her for a promotion or salary raise for the wonderful work she has done for us.

Get involved with the process early. Take the initiative and initiate your contact with the builder. If you wait for Lennar to initiate your contact with the builder you may be waiting awhile.

This the 3rd brand new home I've purchased and by far the easiest one. That being said, I'm not sure what my 'concierge' was for? They were supposed to coordinate the process, but that didn't happen. I was always two steps ahead of them and they had an unprofessional and condescending attitude each time we spoke and never followed up with me on the list of questions. I kind of feel the same way about my loan officer with Lennar Mortgage. I never spoke to them once during the entire process. A few emails and I think one text message! Beautiful home but bad communication.

The home itself I think was built well as well as the price I paid for it. The communication, however, between the Lennar Mortgage and other people involved made the process of buying a home much more stressful. my suggestion to Lennar itself is make sure when people are going to purchase a home from you that you walk through the steps and the different people that they are going to have to deal with for example, the people in the showroom at the track, the mortgage people, the underwriters, and who’s in charge of HOA. There was way too many emails and phone calls from way too many people it ...

I have several issues with poor craftsmanship and poorly applied landscape. Also, Lennar was supposed to pay of my credit cards at closing and then sent me checks on their behalf. I them had to send those to the card company's and the funds never went through. My next stop is the attorney generals office.

Unresponsive mortgage company. Floors are crooked in home. A/C doesn't work well in home.
