Lennar, where to start with you!!!! ABSOLUTELY the worst home buying experience. It literally took my having to locate Greg (Lennar Homebuilding and Land Regional President) via his personal cell phone number while he was at home to understand how someone by the name of Kelli (Director of Sales & Marketing) could be such a heartless, cold, foul individual!?! I really have nothing good to say about the experience. Lennar is very slow to respond to issues. I would absolutely not recommend asking for any upgrades as I promise those will get screwed up too. They have already moved on to building the next phase of homes and see little urgency in helping to fix issues with their existing homes. I hope my experience is unique but I don't think it is from what I understand. Good luck if you choose a Lennar home - you'll probably need it

Poor customer service, repeated broken items and screw ups on the home. Sales representative quit responding to emails or communications the second the ink dried. Broken bath tubs, sinks that leaked and poor follow through. Made me police the situation the whole way the whole way through to get basic items an inspector said be should be done taken care of. Ridiculously stressful and completely ruined the new home buying experience and our holidays (we moved in right before Thanksgiving). I’ve reported issues prior to moving in that still haven’t been fixed! They keep changing workers that don’t know the previous reported issues! They used recycled wood to rebuild the house which ive asked to be replaced now three times. The cement has a huge bulge in the backyard and they spray painted the ground around the whole house and stained the cement! Paint wasn’t done and they say i have to use my one time touch up to fix it even though it was never done in the first place as well as the grout in the master bathroom. Back slider door doesnt close properly, trim around the whole house ...

Buying a Property from Lennar is VERY VERY STRESSFUL

The documents process was extremely slow. We had to speak with 8 different people for the proper forms and access to websites. Filed complaints against 1 woman who would not return phone calls and dragged out underwriting for weeks!!

Totally dissapointed with the entire home buying experience with Lennar

The entire experience was really bad for us On the day of “celebration” there was still fencing that needed to be STARTED apart from the many many issues that needed to be addressed in tbe house . On the day of handing over the keys , the house wasnt cleaned , fencing wasnt done . And AFTER we moved in , random people would showup at our house and start working on stuff .

Poor builder, quality and service

Major construction issue of water collecting in the crawl space. Unresolved after nearly three months. Customer service not responsive even to smaller issues. Walk thru are perfunctory. Explanations of home systems basic at best. They just want to slap up homes, push the sales and move on. Little care for customers who paid top dollar for a very mediocre product. Home marketing promises everything included but they excluded a refrigerator and air conditioning unit. What is provided is low grade as are the building materials.
