Totally dissapointed with the entire home buying experience with Lennar

The entire experience was really bad for us On the day of “celebration” there was still fencing that needed to be STARTED apart from the many many issues that needed to be addressed in tbe house . On the day of handing over the keys , the house wasnt cleaned , fencing wasnt done . And AFTER we moved in , random people would showup at our house and start working on stuff .

Worst experience ever!

Was promised several options for internet in this area by the customer support manager and PDF. Bought the home and moved in to discover I only have 1 option and it’s the worst internet provider in the area. After the initial work through areas that needed to be approved weren’t address by the time we did a 2nd walkthrough. I have coworkers that were looking to buy in the area and have drove them away from Lennar after my terrible experience.

Poor builder, quality and service

Major construction issue of water collecting in the crawl space. Unresolved after nearly three months. Customer service not responsive even to smaller issues. Walk thru are perfunctory. Explanations of home systems basic at best. They just want to slap up homes, push the sales and move on. Little care for customers who paid top dollar for a very mediocre product. Home marketing promises everything included but they excluded a refrigerator and air conditioning unit. What is provided is low grade as are the building materials.
