Our home buying experience was great. Ty was a pleasure to work with! Everything seemed great and was going as planned. A few unexpected things occured and fast forward to our home being finished - we feel that our home was rushed and the quality of the workmanship was out the door. We felt rushed upon our walk through "tape walk" a lot of things were pointed out but poorly fixed. As of today, we are still finding things that could've been caught and fixed upon their initial "QA" walk through which I believe never happened. But overall we are happy with our home despite the issues... Even if it's a new house I'd advise a personal inspection and make sure to keep a keen eye on any issues upon your walkthrough. ... More

Great staff and overall experience from start to finish!

I had a great home buying experience, the process was so smooth and seamless. the Construction Supervisor Brett is an awesome person, always present and ready to help. even after moving in he is always near by monitoring the other home builds and always ready to answer questions and help when asked. I am happy with the quality of work in our home as well, i have not had anything stand out yet. the Tough market was a bit of a negative factor, we had been first on the list for the desired Lot for almost 4 months but when the time came we had to sign a contingent offer, which allowed Lennar to bump us if some one came with out the contingency. The buying process at Lennar is seamless. From initial connect with the agent on sight to closing out on the mortgage, it’s a well oiled machine. The team was always in communication with one another from small fixes to scheduling walkthroughs, all worked seamlessly.

Great experience overall. Had a few small issues after buying that were resolved after a few weeks.

From the naked eye the home is gorgeous, once living here for almost a month I see tons of missed details that I can tell they sped up through in the finishing process. Holes in the closest walls where they were supposed to go over and paint, paint on the rear door because they were not being considerate with covering the doors, paint on the hardwood due to not being considerate of covering the floors.

A great place to buy a home for you and your family. Amazing folks working with Lennar from the builder down to the last person. They are all awesome.

These guys are really good at understanding your needs and work with you based off that, and they stand on their word and promises in all cases and situations.

We have purchased 8 homes over the last 40 years, 3 of them were new builds. This Lennar home is the best of all of them - the quality & beauty of the finishes really impressed us. The 30-day follow up customer service was very responsive - they came to us to see if there were any repairs needed, we didn’t have to hound them! Love our Lennar home!

I like other home buyers to go with the builder 100% not to worry about anything. I am happy costumer and am lucky to have a very good builder like this.

Countertop are horrible and respond time to get issues fixed is a little lacking. Overall I love my house and the sales team was great. I would recommend Lennar to other home buyers however, there is still some work to be done with in my home and Lennar claims they will fix all issues, so for now I'll have to trust them.

We are extremely happy with our new home. My sister recently purchased a home from another builder in the area and our experience could not have been more different. Everyone we worked with at Lennar is amazing, we cannot recommend them enough.

Quality control is poor. Workmanship is not good. Needs a lot of repairs and very sloppy work. Warranty specialist not doing great at following up.

Lennar was great from start to finish! The agents were so helpful and informative. The customer care rep is responsive whenever we need him. We love our new home so much!

Be sure you are totally aware of what you will get going in to avoid disappointment. Closets are outfitted cheaply with coated wire that will need to be replaced sooner than expected. Lennar placed houses without regard for privacy, butting patios and windows directly opposite one another and leaving new owners with challenges. Simple mirror image placement would have solved the issue, but there was no thought about that by Lennon. Similar lack of thoughtfulness was shown in our master bathroom design, where the door was positioned to open directly into the wall with the towel rack, result easy for Lennar inconvenient for home owner. I have had the best experience thus fat with Lennar. I really appreciate James, Yedi, & Brian for all their help through the process! James did an outstanding job keeping us informed and answered all our questions leading up to our closing date. Since then, Yedi & Brian have done a great job help us with some minor issues that come with a new build. I am truly thankful that we were given Yedi to help us through things after we took possession of the property! Our last home was bought brand new and once we closed, they were pretty much done with us. Brian also have been a great help answering questions and keeping us satisfied. Overall, Lennar is an excellent company and these 3 individuals are A+ team players in your organization! They should be commended! ... More

I love my new house

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ON SITE SELLING STAFF. HAVE NOW BEEN INFORMED IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE GRASS ON THE PARKING AREA ON THE STREET NEXT TO MY HOME. NEVER TOLD THIS BY LENNAR. NO WATER SOURCE NEAR THE AREA IF I HAD BEEN TOLD THIS I WOULD HAVE NEVER BUILT ON THIS LOT. NOW I AM GETTING FINED AS THE GRASS IN DYING.

Katie, Chuck, Brittney, and Steven are the best of the best personnel that makes our entire experience from purchasing, building, and living very enjoyable.

The paint and the painters they use are the cheapest possible, there are spots where there is barely any paint. We have had 2 major leaks. No pad and apartment grade carpet which for a house that is over $500k is very sad. They say they put your front and back yards in, ok yes they do but they are put in by people who know nothing about landscape. No soil under the sod, the wrong plants. They put trees too close to the houses that will grow way to tall, big and fast.

Lennar has not lived up to the standards promised with upkeep in the community. They were very happy to take money for the creation of an HOA, but there are no actualized benefits (i.e. common area upkeep, community monument), and so the community looks 'cheap' compared to those in the neighborhood. There are pros and cons to buying a cookie-cutter home, and just make sure that you are aware before committing your savings!

Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth. Never hear from anyone and close out tickets without following up to make sure the repairs were completed
