I had a very pleasant and satisfied experience with Lennar’s staff during the home purchasing process. Particularly, I am very happy to work with the sales agent- Sean, the Homebuyer Concierge- Lauren, and the Loan officer- Nolan. They were not only exhibiting their professionalism and knowledge about their areas they also were very attentive and patient to provide detailed information to address all my questions and concerns. They went out their way to help me. For example, I had concerns with the carpet color. Lauren worked with the Construction Manager- Ed and the contractor to make sure the color was the correct color. It took Lauren a couple of days to research and contact relevant parties and provide me very satisfied answers. It shows Lennar has an excellent customer service philosophy reflected through it's staff. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. ... More

Our experience was really good from the beginning. The whole Lennar team was helpful and provide us all the information we needed. It was also a quick process, something that I really liked. We will be definitely buying more Lennar houses in the future

My home concierge Haley is very responsive. I am still concerned about my roofing in the high winds but every time I report a problem they are out here quickly to correct any problems.

I read some of the Lennar reviews for the southern states while I was in escrow when I got a little nervous. But the experience I’ve had so far has been really really positive. Lenna has been responsive To any request I’ve had which I’ve been for for things like sprinklers and landscaping, sort of things. As for the quality of the house, it seems very well done and up to par, but I just moved in. The process for the mortgage was seamless and very easily done. I love my house and I am so pleased it and with the location where I purchased. My friend also has a Lennar home in Carlsbad, California and he loves it and has never had any problems. ... More

Smooth process with with Lennar Homes.

Overall, we had a great experience with Lennar. We purchased our home in Hayden Canyon as an investment property, so this wasn't our first rodeo in buying a home. When we went to the sales office, Zach Cooper welcomed us. From there until he handed us off to the title company, Zach was truly an authentic sales guy. He worked extremely well with our agent and always made himself available to answer our many questions. He was never pushy as we were looking at several other new construction communities. What sold us on this community was that Zach himself purchased a home there. That speaks volumes when the builder's Agent purchases what he is trying to sell. The Cottage homes are super starter homes and a big bang for the buck. We got more square footage for a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath (2,000 sq ft!) than other similar new construction. Lennar also includes landscaping the side yard and a nice cedar fence as part of the home. What else? What builder ever includes a fridge in the sale?! Well, Lennar did. This may sound odd, but there are local builders that don't even include the knobs on the kitchen/bathroom cabinetry. But Lennar did! Let's talk about the inspection. We hired an independent inspector who had a long report (nothing really major). Travis was only about 5 weeks new to Lennar and he was nothing but kind and helpful. His team fixed everything on the list within one week of closing! They worked their tails off to check things off of our inspection. What I'm critical of is the landscaping. There are so many brown spots and "holes" because the landscaper didn't put the sod in correctly. The side landscaping isn't finished yet, which isn't our property but it abuts to our fence. I don't have any opinion yet of the Care Team, who will take care of items within the year of home purchase. Overall, exceptional experience. The team here in Hayden has been so professional. We even purchased homeowners insurance through Lennar's 3rd party and they jumped over the moon to do it in a short amount of time. They understand what a positive customer experience is and how important it is. I welcome Lennar into North Idaho to bring a solid product on the market. We had a good home buying experience with Lennar's sales, financing, and orientation reps. The mortgage financial agent was really very responsive and honest. We did have issues with the underwriters requesting numerous times to verify last and current residence. We had to live in a hotel for several weeks and the underwriter requested proof 3 times to include photographs of the room we were staying. (we sold our house on the east coast and moved to WA state) The only issue we're having now is getting the plumbers to checkout a possible venting issue in our primary bath. We have had to reschedule 3 times; and still waiting on a new appointment. We understand they are busy, but they scheduled the appointments and never showed. We hope it is resolved in a week or so. ... More

We had a pretty big mishap during the process of buying our home, which was pretty stressful, but Lennar stepped up and took responsibility for their error and made it right. The only issue we have encountered since moving in two months ago was yard drainage. It has been brought to Lennar's attention and they are currently working on a plan to fix the problem. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Our home is lovely.

The overall experience was good. However, the grass that is HOA controled is 6” long and needs to be mowed.

I am happy with my new home. They are beautiful and well-designed.

All in all the experience was good. Found a few minor details but nothing major. Maybe a little disappointed in the quality of the appliances. The range does not have a self cleaning option and no icemaker in the refrigerator. Also had to change out the shower head in the master bathroom due to very weak water pressure. Other than those small issues I am very pleased with my home.

Have not gotten a respose from John the "customer care" rep after 3 business days. We own a concrete company and know how far communication can go.

Consider the cost of add ons you will have to purchase on your own to your purchase price ie gutters, window coverings, finishing the fence, etc.

So far have had issues Seem to be responsive, but still waiting to see how things are resolved
