Lily from Lennar Mortgage was absolutely wonderful. Jacob was also amazing. Unfortunately everyone else we dealt with made us feel rushed or unimportant. We love the house, which made up for our encounter or lack thereof. The home buying process was relatively smooth with a few to no issues.

Who ever the architects were they never owned a home. Appliances are cheap for the price you pay for the home. I have issues with my driveway. It’s a cheap pour. I’ve brought it up I’ve received nothing but crickets.

It was a great experience the carecenter was efficient and quick getting things repaired.

Overall we are happy with our new home.

My experience with Lennar was mixed. I asked about purchasing a five-bedroom home at the same price as a four-bedroom with a home office, but was told the incentives would only apply to the four-bedroom option. The home was already pre-selected, so I didn’t have the opportunity to choose finishes or customize features. I also requested doors for the office space but was told that couldn’t be accommodated. Overall, I would give the experience a rating of two stars.

It was unfortunate that we had to provide the same documents over and over again to the mortgage representative. We kept getting asked the same questions about which we’d already answered. The shower enclosure is not safe for folks who are 6’ tall and the builder would do nothing about it. The new home representative said I couldn’t park in the drive way because the driveway still belonged to Lennar. Overall a poor showing.

The homes are beautiful and the buying experience was really great. But after we moved in we found that there was a lot of attention to detail and uncompleted work. Good thing is that Lennar does react quickly to issues. I bought new instead of old home because I didn't want to deal with these types of issues.

We bought our second home from Lennar and we love it. Very nice floor plan and design, great location and overall good experience. My only complaint is the kitchen countertop. It has some big stains form installation that we didn’t notice on the final walkthrough and looks like are not covered by their warranty. So make sure you check everything it’s covered and address all issues before buying.

Be sure to check all the boxes in order to make sure you have everything in order. They are very thorough

The entire Lennar team was so extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire home-buying process with us. We are first-time home buyers, and the process was overwhelming, but every person along the way- Jeff, Chris, Jennifer- made us feel so welcomed and heard. They addressed all our concerns and needs and patiently worked with us and answered all our questions. We knew this was the home for us because of how smooth they helped make the home-buying experience.

I am a first time home buyer who is in love with Lennar and her new home! Everyone from Lennar has been fabulous. I sit in my home every day and can’t get over how much I love it. Lennar made everything so easy and showed me that I mattered to them. I would recommend them to anyone and I do recommend them to my friends all the time. The first couple months have been incredible. Thanks Lennar!

Great experience in the while buying process!

Over all I would say it was an excellent experience. The only thing I would say is that the man that was the project manager was, unprofessional and crossed a couple of lines during our walk through.

We love our Lennar Home! We loved working with our concierge Lauren, she was incredibly helpful. We were impressed with the process of buying the home. We were a little disappointed with the sales process because we were not aware of the lot price when quoted the price. The staff were very helpful; however they did fall short on getting the addresses updated with the post office. We would recommend them because of the quality of the house and the whole home buying process. We would rate them an A-.

Our house is beautiful. We could not be happier.

Very difficult to get questions answered. Need to figure out myself to deal with several associates to get issues resolved. Spent lots of time to find mail box key. Buying a house should be easy like before dealing with only one agent; all issues got resolved quickly and effectively. ONE STOP SHOPPING makes life much easier . My worst house purchasing. Avoid!

My only issues were the landscaping in the back wasn’t completed. Also all the wiring for a garage door opener was there. Not sure why they just didn’t install it. These two things I don’t understand just adds a few thousand more home owners have to pay out of pocket.

Everyone has been very helpful and supportive during our home buying experience. Should have done this sooner.

At first prior to going into contract, the sales team so super friendly and would always respond and communicate. I’ve you go into contract with them, it all goes away. Everyone on the office plays the blame game with no one taking accountability. They are rude and made our home buying experience very negative. David basically told us that his drive home was more important than us getting our keys and gave us all sorts of attitude. When he dropped off our keys, he did not acknowledge me but walked straight to my husband and only spoke to him. No one reached out to explain the closing process and expected us to know everything. I probably would never buy another Lennar home and wish I could have backed out after being treated like this. Their construction manager, Warlito was amazing and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and explained it to where we could understand. He answered all our questions and is more reliable than the sales office. ... More

Lennar does not offer options or upgrades which was very disappointing for me. Lennar wants me to buy what they offer which is pretty much its standard plan but added $10K to my purchase price vs the one that was released a week ago from my lot. Very greedy developer in my opinion. Lennar wants homebuyers to just eat up what they offer and tear their new home down if they want a different backsplash or paint color. Lennar shoves into new VIPs throats selections made by the previous VIPs (who backed out) for interior color, cabinets, carpet, flooring even if the lot has not started construction. The VIP who saved the day was left without any voice at all regarding her new house. Supposedly, you are to make homebuyers happy. But no! I had to eat everything up since my house in CA already sold and I need a new house in Graham quick. If KB has developments in Graham, I would have run to them in a jiffy. Then initial installation of ceiling and floor vent filters are not done. I was told those are maintenance items. Maintenance is to keep them maintained so there should be filters there to begin with to maintain them. Ceramic tiles are not sealed. Same explanation was given. Again, to maintain something, it should exist first. You make the homebuying experience frustrating and more stressful. It is already stressful to sell, move out, move in and you made sure we have to worry about air filters, about sealing bathroom tiles before we can even use them. I was experiencing breathing issues when I moved in. I was finding debris around floor vents. That was when I found out there were no filters, so dust and debris were being blown all over the inside of the house due to absence of vent filters. During orientation, I was told filters are to be replaced every few months. I was not told there would be no filters to replace unless I put them in. The duct openings all around the house are of different shapes and sizes. What filters do I buy?? Then, up to now, I cannot use the master shower stall since I could not seal the tiles yet. Thank you, Lennar. Sales and finance group are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. Title, however, almost screwed up my close. Title knew from the very start I was separated, and I submitted for the Title to be in my Revocable Trust's name. I submitted a copy of the Trust Agreement on the website. 2.5 months before expected closing sate. A couple of days prior to close, I was asked for Quit Claim from my separated husband, something I could not possibly conform to since I was not in communication with my separated husband. I called the cops on my husband for threatening me. Anyway, finance was quick to resolve the issue since Lennar already have a copy of my husband's Interspousal Transfer early on. Your customer service rep is not trustworthy. She lied about things that are supposed to be Lennar's responsibility and about what was said and arranged. She is nice and all but to make her job easy and also to cover for her mistakes she lied about stuff. She would say things like: Oh, that is just how that is done or that is just how it is. Turned out not true because construction fixed them. I was never sent email on actual timeline for closing except the very first one (with TBD dates). I was told it will be re-sent but it never happened. She would ask me to sign docs stating all walk-through items were completed before they were actually completed, with the promise she would make sure they were done. But some items were actually never done and I had to argue about them to get them done since I was naive to believe and sign docs before they were done. Nails in wood staircase handles should never be filled with grout or caulked but should be filled with wood fillers. Yours are very unsightly. On many occasions over the last several months there has been late night cars racing at high rates of speed through neighborhood. Groups of people building bonfires, leaving trash, firing guns, lighting fireworks and playing loud music in the vacant part of the development during the 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Lennar appears to now be taking measures to curb this criminal activity now. Time will tell if these peace disturbance, safety and nuisance problems are eliminated.

My floor boards are coming up and my oven wasn’t hooked up correctly and it took 2 weeks to find out from Lennar we have to call the manufacturer for it to be fixed. My hvac went out about 4 or 5 times because it wasn’t level and the coils didn’t set right. We been in this house 2 months.
