Chance encounter turns into a lifetime change. At discount tires, replacing a tire that was flat. Only to to find out it wasn’t flat at all, rim was cracked. Discount already threw away 2 perfectly fine tires. Didn’t want to buy two rims to match, needed to buy all four. A gentleman named Jeff, who was in the lobby, overheard the ordeal and offered to give me 4 new tires and rims from his old car, for free! Sounded too good to be true. But indeed it was. After gifting me the rims and tires, we exchanged pleasantries and found we had alot of life similarities , and he asked if I ever needed help with anything else in life, don’t hesitate to call. Also, if I were trying to get a home, he could help. Gave me his number, met up, found out he worked for Lennar, and two months later, he helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Tears of joy all around. Off a chance encounter! Throughout the entire process, his wife and his team worked diligently to help us, along with Ryan and his team as well. They are so calm and patient, and ensured us every step of the way that this was meant to be, and they would help you with the new chapter of your lives, becoming homeowners! Kristin closed the deal with making us feel like we are apart of the family her warm introduction and tour of our new home. My husband and I just got into our lovely Lennar home and we are very happy with it and the experience of our purchase! I am a realtor myself and am always watching for issues, discrepancies and follow through....Lennars' home buying process was seamless! We were amazed when after using my favorite home inspection service right before we signed, they said they could find nothing wrong with the house! That was impressive as that rarely happens in my experience. We really enjoyed Jeff, our sales person, Ryan, Lennar's lender and talking with our HOA representee. All were very friendly and helpful! As a woman buying a house, I felt the salesmen were more comfortable communicating to the man. Have we not evolved. Women have jobs. They make $$$$. Lennar could work on this area. Be bold. Lead the way to treating all people as humans with $$$$$.

I can NOT say enough good things about Lennar and the team of VERY Professional people who work at Lennar Home, all are just BEYOND Incredible. From applying for my loan till the day of closing, all a very seamless process. I'm BIG on great service, and that's exactly what you receive from the professionals at Lennar. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have access to many new construction homes. When I stumbled upon Lennar, I knew I'd be making the purchase. As an empty nester, was thinking I wanted to purchase a townhouse and quickly realized that may not be my best option. My NHC asked me if I was interested in viewing the Daybreak community and I said yes. The floor plans were all BEAUTIFUL. I was really sold with the "Everything Included". Didn't have to worry about paying for any kitchen appliances, landscaping, or fencing. Most Builders nickel and dime you with all the add ons. I'm almost sure this will be my FOREVER home. Good quality homes. Nice neighborhood

Although the buyers experience was a little rocky, the responsiveness to issues in the new home have been great! We have had two issues, one with the thermostat and one with baseboard bowing… both were addressed and fixed in very reasonable time frame. Thank you to Ruby and Cody and the rest of the team!

First, the pros: 1. We love our house. The floor plan and lot size are perfect for our family. The interior color palette options are all very tasteful and cohesive. 2. We were primarily in contact with Marc and Ryan throughout the home-buying process. We really enjoyed working with them! They are both incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cons: 1. After we selected our homesite but before we paid our deposit, Lennar opened it back up for bid. Although all was well and we ended up with our homesite, it was a little frustrating though attributed to miscommunication. 2. The light switches are outdated (no panel switches) -, that was a surprise. ... More

Eldy was very helpful from day 1, worked with us all the way through and was always a great resource when we needed him, would love to work with him again. Ryan S. was amazing as well, loved working with those 2 gentleman. The house has been great so far, I only wish our floorplan was offered with an island.

Overall process was great with our lender and the overall walkthroughs and check ins.. they were very knowledgeable. My only gripe is that some of the issues we’ve found in the home that a worker cut corners and wasn’t found during inspection because they have a really great inspection process. We have a light in our pantry that turns on during the day when you don’t need it.. and doesn’t turn on at night when you do. We have a small wall that is not straight and and not level leading into the entrance to mother in law suite. Overall I feel the price we paid we should have gotten better quality from the individual companies that contract to build the home. Overall through lennar does a great job from beginning to end to make sure you see everything and know everything about your smart home. ... More

Heather with Lennar Mortgage was amazing, experienced and we were lucky to have her on the financing end of the purchase. The home is built beautifully, quality workmanship for a home that is built en-mass. The walk-thru staff member does not have me feeling happy however as it was quick, too much detail while closing is still occurring, poor communicator, and too quick to get buyers and their issues with the home off of his task list, asking you to docu-sign work not yet completed. Otherwise, the process of filing issues thru MyLennar needing to be addressed after move-in has been wonderful. Phil has been wonderful to deal with. We love our Lennar home, the neighborhood, development and the amazing greenbelt view! ... More

Good home. Great value for the money. Buying a home involves lots of paperwork. Would have been good to have a dashboard to track every document and its current status. Sometimes the Lennar portal didn't have things up to date. Construction finishes were not as clean as in past purchases with other builders. Cabinet alignment off. Dishwasher install improperly done. Construction equipment oil stains still on sidewalk. Cabling for internet. Took a month to get internet installed due to builder decisions. Home is beautiful. Like the floorplan.

Seamless experience with no regrets

From beginning tones the experience was exciting and amazing all the way through!!!

We put down money sight unseen, going off of reviews and photos of work (this was due to a last minute job transfer and needing a house for a growing family). From day 1 of speaking to the community liaison, we were kept in the loop of construction progress, fall backs, and Changes. When were able to finally see the place in person, we were not disappointed. Then come orientation day, and seeing the final product, we were over the moon with how perfect everything turned out. Outside of normal house issues (really just a few mail pops) the craftsmanship of construction has been phenomenal. Nothing major has gone awry since moving in and we tell ourselves nightly how appreciative, lucky, and how much we absolutely love our new home. This is our 2nd new construction home purchase experience. It was very smooth from beginning to end. Lennar made the process easy by preselected all color schemes and everything included package such as blinds and security system - which is super helpful especially for an out of state buyer like us. It’s unavoidable to find something that needs to be fixed but the team always responded quickly so far! We are very happy with the purchase overall.

Realtor team was good, one issue with Lennar homes is they don’t pay for your realtor. Builder seems to be looking out for themselves multiple issues came up had a hard time getting things fixed. Craftsmanship needs work attention to detail not high-quality products. Landscaping was mediocre already had to replace grass. Overall 3 out of 5 would go with a different builder if I can do it again.

I was very pleased working with my loan officer and the seller agent from Lennar, both were polite, guided me through the expectations and requirements in a timely manner. This is my family’s second purchase from Lennar and we will encourage our children to choose them when they are ready to buy.

Nice and awesome buying experience

At the beginning of our build, we were told that we would have a walk-thru during the foundation, rough phase and it not only didn't happen but was offered to view a like home rather than ours. The intent is to walk OUR home, not someone else's. On the day of orientation, we were reminded that it wasn't a time to find issues with the home but rather to get acquainted with the home's features. When we were told about our final walk-thru, we were told this was to review only items that we found that were apparent issues during the orientation. The experience felt more like a used car lot than a trusted builder as we weren't allowed to go through the home to avoid issues after we moved in. Painting and caulking inside and out seemed more like an amateur rather than an experienced painter, this is not to mention the poor trim work, which can make or break a poor or even quality build. We have owned multiple spec homes over the years and this has got to be one of the worst in quality and experience. ... More

It’s been a great experience for my first home. The quality of my home is superb

So I get that there is a shortage of supplies, but I know the houses closing after my unit has gotten their fridge and not the temporary one. It has now almost been two months since we moved in. I love to call Jorge the no answer, answer guy as he does not answer my questions, he gives an answer that is so vague and none committal that it's just crazy, I have to go around him to get an actual answer to my questions. I wish they would have purchased better appliances, for the price it should be much better than what we have gotten, I am not impressed with Electrolux or Frigidaire.

This was My 2nd time buying a home but the first time I did it without a realtor and Lennar made the experience pretty simple and straightforward.

Had a good perception about Lennar and liked the model home better than the community adjacent to Lennar. Sales experience was fine however effort to work with Lennar financing to avail credit did not materialize as the mortgage person was working from a view that with a 7k credit how can another lender match Lennar's financing. In the end I didnt use Lennar and credit was useless. Next comes the day of new home orientation, so many issues were identified 6 days prior to the home closing that I even thought of backing out of the transaction due to low confidence if this is what I am seeing, who knows what is the quality of the work which is not visible. Furthermore, AC and Fridge were on backorder and I was told will be provided by closing. Fast forward 7 weeks, AC is installed but still working with a replacement fridge with Lennar failing to confirm a date. While fixing the defects labor worked and then Lennar failed to clean the house upon closing. Despite repeated messages it was not cleaned and I end up paying Molly Maid over $400. Next is the time to lodge first warranty issue, the process was followed, all documentation provided yet it was a merry go round. I guess due to high demand the quality is compromised and its not a usual way of business by Lennar! At the time of writing this review I am still trying to figure out how to escalate my issues for resolution as I have serious communication issues with my assigned representative during warranty period. I hope with housing market starting to cool off, Lennar will have more time and strive to do better to improve overall customer experience. ... More

We still haven’t received all the items in this “move in ready” home. It’s been nearly 60 days and we still don’t have the advertised (and paid for). We’ve contacted the local Lennar reps several times over the past month and still haven’t received the fridge or an alternate solution to the problem. It’s an issue that would prevent me from ever considering another Lennar home or recommending one to a friend/colleague.

Marc keep me updated weekly. That was very important when it came to planning my move. The only thing Lennar could improve on is presenting a gift at closing. For example a bottle of wine and two glasses to say thank you and welcome to your new home. All homes I have purchased new provided a welcome gift. The apartment I stayed in gave a nice welcome gift.
