LENNAR CS team was happy to resolve my issue!

In our experience, you have to be diligent about following up on any service requests because they’ll easily be forgotten by the Lennar representatives. It’s best to maintain all records in the form of pictures, emails, and text.

This was my second Lennar Home purchase. I love the fact that most important elements are included. Great quality

Home builder companies have many obstacles that can delay the progress for the required regulations of homes. Builders may take shortcuts in order to meet contract deadlines. Quick homes are built but not completely polished. Homebuyers are dissatisfied that they have to repair or fix items like appliances doors tiles...Builders should thorough check for workable appliances doors leaks cracks prior buyers ownership. Homebuyers stress the importance for interior design being functional and presentable.

It was great overall, felt kind of lost when it came to knowing about our community and how to get information for that.

I love my house. As for quality of workmanship I gave it a 4 because If you look closely to the finishing of the paint (walls) they are not of high quality, a lot of areas are uneven and also the quality of paint. They easily scratch. They are very delicate that you always have to watch everything that touches the wall because it will turn black or create black lines. I also gave a 3 for responsiveness to issues because I am not happy with their response to the issue I raised to them.

Lennar was fantastic from start to finish with the building and purchasing of my home. As a first time homebuyer, the Lennar team made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I had a ton of questions and each one was answered with ease by the entire Lennar team. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable, which made for an smooth and excellent first-time homebuying experience! When I purchase my next home I will definitely be looking into what Lennar has to offer!

Overall I had a great experience. I’m a first time home buyer, and from the construction to the lending, everyone I dealt with was helpful and spent the time to walk through the process. I wasn’t a very needy client, but if I was they were so patient. In the 3 months I’ve only had 1 minor issue on a small leak to submit that was resolved within 24 hours of my conversation with the lennar poc. While we all want perfection that is not realistic, it’s more about how they’ve responded and have all good things to say about my experience.

The Sales and Customer Care team have been great to work with. They explained everything and helped with anything I needed in regards to my home fixes after moving in. The title company was my worst headache and very frustrating to work with.

It doesn't appear that the construction team did a quality check/inspection on all the sub-contractor work. Since we moved in this past January, we have had several visits from contractors to repair/finish work that should've been completed before closing. Cracks in windows, unfinished paint jobs, drywall issues. It is very noticeable to see the poor workmanship and lack of quality in how the work was supervised. We were not expecting to have all these issues within the first three months of living in a brand new home.

Everything is done with cheap materials, there are a lot of corners cut & small issues that add up to big issues

How condescending and demeaning the loan process was. How I thought I would be getting certain things in my home and didn’t. The poor craftsmanship and cheap materials from which the homes are built. The lack of security on the construction site during construction and after.

Lennar makes a good product, it pretty much sells itself. I would like to have more color options with cabinets, flooring, tile and backsplash. I would like more consistency on the mortgage side. When Katrina went on maternity leave we had to deal with 2 other persons that did not return calls or respond to emails and they were not as knowledgeable. It would have been nice if they were more personable as well. This is a large purchase and you want someone that is comforting and make you feel like it’s gonna be ok. Also more access to the home while being built. We were displaced while awaiting the build and were highly anticipating the completion. I know for safety reasons customers are not allowed to go in during certain stages w/o a guide but it makes it harder when you can’t see the progression at least. ... More

I would definitely recommend Lennar for your building needs. Our house is beautiful.

After setting high standards in building they did a well below average in land scaping. Ground was not leveled before placing the side on the ground

I will like to inform you that Rich and Sam both are awesome.

I had a great experience from start to finish and there were no delays at all. The weekly updates during the construction phase was extremely helpful. I also had a great experience interacting and working with all the individuals from different teams. The only time I felt a slight disconnect was during my closing which I feel could have been handled a little better. But considering the COVID situation, I think they did a fantastic job.
