This was a terrible experience and the home was not built well. Still dealing with issues. I would not recommend this builder at all. The quality of work, lack of follow-up for the builders and lack of professionalism/courtesy of Lennar Title.

This was my first home I have ever purchased and Lennar homes absolutely ruin my experience. First, the sales rep I worked with (Amber) needs to find a new line work. While my home was under construction, I would periodically reach out to her with questions and at first I thought maybe she was just having a bad day based on the attitude I got however, it became a re-occuring issue and I realized she was just a completely rude and nasty person. Was Not a Warm Welcome, treat like I was not a person or my wife as if you don’t care. Everyone room was decorated but we was put in a plain room with the notary and had to yell to Lennar person across from the room if we need questions answered so unprofessional all the way even when key was put on table not out hand so wrong in so many way not even a picture like the other people was doing and ringing a bell . Plus the Townhouse was not clean did not do what we ask on list so rude.

This experience was not one I would recommend. After all the trials and tribulations I still had work being done on my home the day I settled and it was like pulling teeth to correct what was identified was wrong. Not from just me but also my paid professional inspector. My upstairs primary bedroom makes popping noises as we walk across the “brand new floor” as does the steps. Feels like I’m in a old home. We had so many issues but didn’t get fix at all or on time I would never recommend friends to buy Lennar home because of all cheap material and price which is not worth it compare to houses we bought previously. Still waiting for garage door to be changed , loft to get fixed , front door key not working , cheap flooring to get fixed and so many other issues.

Don’t purchase a new house because they put them up too fast with many errors. The homes are not sealed and protected from outside rodents. Let wide open while being built and rodents nest in these new home and the builders deny resolving the issue.

I recently bought a home with Lennar and it was a horrible experience all around. Worst customer service but I could have been ok with that had the workmanship been up to par however when I did my walk through cabinetry molding was literally hanging from the ceiling, floors were the wrong color, tack strips were completely exposed under the carpets resulting is blood being drawn multiple times from stepping on them, no appliances or hot water, and that’s just to name a few of the many issues found just based on workmanship. Very unhappy with this community. Parking is horrible, walls are very thin, neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. Will be doing the very minimal time of my loan terms before I’m out of here.

From start to now my whole experience was horrible with Lennar. Still having issues. They sold me a house without making the proper drainage. Even the site work is not done yet. The house is falling a part. Will Never ever buy from them and recommend to keep away from this company. The problems never end. After the closing almost every day we are having a fixing job.for example I’m expecting another crew today...! Ridiculous..!
