I was convinced that I would purchase a prebuilt home to manage costs and not have to pay for all the extras that most builders charge but after one look at Lennar everything's included options and the well designed luxury townhomes with smart home features in St Charles MD I quickly became a lennar homeowner. I was particularly impressed that after the sell both the sales team and customer care reps, especially Gail and Michael continued to go the extra mile and exceed my expectations in me getting settled in my new home. In my opinion Lennar builds more than homes, they build communities ...

One level living is the best plan ever! Tall ceilings add to the feeling of a larger home. Everything you need us accessible but not crowded. Only downsides: wish we had an outdoor patio space and a longer driveway.

For the most part everything was great. There was some questionable stuff about picking items out which we never had the opportunity to do we were just given one package for our house. Once we moved in the house there was a lot of things that went wrong from plumbing, to electrical, and our drain getting clogged. I don’t know if this is normal since this is my first home I have ever purchased, however it can be frustrating at times especially when trying to get it fixed.

Todd the project manager is amazing!! He is always there with an answer and is quite helpful. I had a bird in my cold air return and he got it out. Couldn't ask for a better nite thorough guy!!!!!

My roof is leaking, light switches don't turn on anything, shower glass wall not sealed, air conditioning not cooling upstairs, basement walk out drain not draining well, water coming into basement. New construction needs a quality control staff to test everything in house for working order.

Once you’ve purchased and closed you are dead to Lennar and they move on to the next homebuyer. The sales staff is phenomenal, but past that it goes downhill.

Dream home turned into problem

I had an amazing experience with the salesperson and the Mortgage company when buying my home but the quality and craftsmanship of the home is very poor. I have had nothing but issues since the purchase of the home. the major issues I have is water getting into my homes from the roof and window. this has been an ongoing issue that I thought was fix but as of today with the rain, I found out its not. I am totally frustrated and can't seem to get in contact with anyone high up in the company. I would not recommend the purchase of a lennar home.
