LENNAR representatives from initial consultation, working with the loan officers to get final approval all the way to closing day. All the Lennnar Representatives were kind and efficient in all the process.

I was impressed with the initial process but I was given very little on what to expect once I receive the keys to my home. I received no welcome package or greetings from the team like I had received with other companies in the past when purchasing a new home. I signed the loan and they gave me the keys and sent me on my way. Typically I would be given info on who my utilities company contacts are, where to go to get my mail key. No instructions given to me for the ring. The key passcode to the garage key pad so I can reset it. Not even the website link to the portal for the home. I also didn’t have the HOA contact in case I needed to contact them later. I had reached out to the builder and the sales rep to find out at least contact info on who I can contact or direct me and I had to email them 3-4 times before finally getting all the info I needed and they took a screenshot while to respond. Very happy with our decision to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the material used and the details are very nice. There was some items that needed to be fixed and the responsiveness to those items was a bit longer than expected; however, happy so far with our decision to buy in this neighborhood

Everything was great throughout the buying process. Once you close, the attentiveness and assistance stops. Even trying to contact the closing department and get a callback or response is practically impossible. In addition to that, at times there are construction workers violating City of Laurel city ordinances by conducting construction before the hours that are in the ordinance.

This is my second home purchased from Lennar in four years. In both instances a water pipe was punctured multiple times when the microwave snd kitchen cabinets were installed. Both times my kitchen had water damage and I had to wait a month to have the repairs done. New kitchen- torn apart for a month- twice. My garage door opener still loses power. Not repaired. Two months in. Quality is poor. The price is lower than other counties but the quality control needs improvement.

Everyone at Lennar that we had dealings with were great. Always pleasant and did their best to resolve any issues.

Overall, our experience with the home has been okay, though there are several areas where we feel improvements could have been made. We were disappointed to learn that we were unable to select upgrades or customize the home, as we had hoped to personalize certain aspects during the build process. Our primary concern has been the condition of the yard. The excavation work appeared to be substandard, resulting in a backyard elevation that was noticeably steeper than what was initially communicated. Additionally, the turf installation was problematic. Upon taking ownership, we observed numerous dead patches, including a trench running through the center of the yard that was completely dead. During our pre-closing walkthrough, a significant portion of the yard was inaccessible due to a silt fence installation. This area required entirely new turf to be laid, which added to our concerns about the overall quality of the landscaping. We are also experiencing ongoing issues with the HVAC and air filtration systems. The fresh air system filters still need replacement, but both McCrae Heating and Air and the builder have declined to address this. Given the amount of dust and debris generated during construction, it seems likely that the filters were compromised early on, and we believe this should be remedied. The air conditioning system does not adequately cool the upstairs area. Despite adjusting the dampers, the temperature remains noticeably warmer than desired. For a home of this size, a dual-system setup might have been more appropriate. Lastly, we are encountering issues with hot water availability upstairs. A work order has been submitted, and we are currently awaiting a response to have this resolved. ... More

I contacted a Lennar representative about the holes in my backyard caused by the landscaping company. Customer care stated that someone would be out to correct the problem three weeks ago as of today 9-16-25 nothing has been done.

Appliance alarmed with code F202 over a month ago I have been unable to get it repaired or replaced.

The home-buying process with Lennar was easy and stress-free, thanks to the builder’s great communication and support. The quality of the home is fantastic, with thoughtful craftsmanship and great value for the price. The builder kept every promise, responded quickly to questions, and truly cared about making sure I was happy. We truly enjoyed the home celebration (walkthrough) of the house as we were shown how to operate all of the appliances and features. If you’re looking for a reliable builder who makes the experience enjoyable, I’d definitely recommend them!

From start to finish my experience was Phenomenal. Professionalism, knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. I felt truly appreciated.

I love my new Lennar condo, but like all new construction, sometimes there are things that need to be tweaked. There have been two times that I have reached out using the system that Lennar has in place, and both times the answers came quick and the direction was clear. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been friendly and concerned with my comfort and happiness.

I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a Lennar home, because of the quality of the homes that they build and the professionalism of the staff at Lennar.

We love our home and had a great experience once getting past the mortgage process with Lennar Mortgage. The sales and mortgage experience was abysmal. The settlement coordinator for Lennar was absolutely awful! The settlement company was great as well as the construction manager and the gentleman who explained the home and features before settlement. They are the only reason we are giving any stars. Don't be afraid to ask questions and request to be transferred to new employees if you aren't happy with the ones you are first put in touch with. We had to escalate our concerns to a manager who quickly got our concerns handled and moved from Lennar's settlement coordinator as she was the worst person I have ever dealt with in a professional manner. Calling it a "dictatorship" would almost be generous. Everything is on their timeline, not yours. Want to install a simple fence to keep your children or pets safe? You could be waiting months for “approval.” Instead of streamlining the process by coordinating fencing options pre-move-in (as any thoughtful developer might), Lennar stalls and delays, wielding unnecessary control over what you can and can’t do with your own property. From the beginning of the process with Damen the new home consultant, the experience with Lennar was excellent. Rodney the Loan Officer explained and delivered all necessary paperwork for our application approval. David our Quality Assurance guy was able to assist with our concerns prior to moving in. Once we moved in we noticed a couple of items of concerns and notified Ken the Customer Care Representative. Ken communicated with us immediately, stopped by to see the issue and contacted the appropriate person. He then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Our home buying experience was largely very positive. The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly, and I never felt like they were trying to pressure us in any way. Once we signed the contract, Lennar did a pretty good job of emailing us with pictures and a status update upon building milestones. When we got to the pre-dry wall inspection, our inspector found several minor issues and a few code-related issues, the biggest of which was a load bearing beam that wasn’t secured properly (all bolts missing at both ends). We pointed the issues out to Lennar, and they committed to fixing them. They largely addressed the minor issues, but we really had to stay on our construction manager to address the beam. It took several weeks of following up repeatedly, and even scheduling an impromptu on-site meeting with him, to finally get the issue addressed. That left us feeling like they were really trying to skate by and not do the work unless they absolutely had to. Thankfully it was ultimately addressed, but the hassle it caused us cost Lennar a star on our review. Since then, though, our experience has been very positive. There were again several issues we found during our final inspection, but Lennar fixed all of them (it was a different construction manager at the end, and he seemed much more thorough, even going above and beyond on some fixes). We have also had to submit a few warranty claims, but again, Lennar addressed them very quickly and satisfactorily. Overall, we love our house. I enjoyed the buying experience from start to finish. I didn’t even think I could purchase a new home, but Lennar process.

They give you closing cost assistance of 10k is fraud and scam . They force you to use their closing company , their lender and they collect hefty fees. Effectively taking back significant chunk of closing cost.
