I’m very happy with the overall outcome of my new townhome and the quality of workmanship. The only downside was that my closing was moved up by two months, which added some unexpected pressure to the process. Jeff and Gail were great to work with.

We were very happy with our buying process from start to finish! Everyone was extremely helpful during our walkthroughs and have been available for any issues we've had since we moved in. They even sent men out to check that I closed my garage door when I was running late for work and thought I had forgotten. We feel very taken care of by Lennar, and are very happy we went with them for our home instead of other builders in the area.

Closing team was responsive to questions and challenges. Settlement was long with more paperwork than expected. In spite of the volume, it went quickly. Could have been better had location been equipped with snacks and/or drinks. Maybe even something celebratory. Repairs and deficiencies are managed through a website - not sure how I feel about the presumption everyone wants to work on/with computers versus people.

MCcrea is refusing to fix vents in bathrooms that don't blow enough air, I went to the two model house and the vent in the bathrooms all of them blow strong air.

The home-buying experience was a pleasurable one with Lennar. This is my 5th home I have purchased so I have seen the good and bad. This was one of the good ones! The only thing I will say that disappointed us was the new home welcome walkthrough we were told we would have. We set the date for it and arrived and it was a standard home inspection and not the celebration-style walkthrough we were told it would be. We even brought our family along to celebrate with us. Outside of that one event ,everything else was above standard.

I have been having electrical issues since I moved in with garbage disposal, alarm, microwave, and oven. Things turn off on their own. Definitely a strong concern since this is a new home.

Started out great. Our application and special requirements all sent in to underwriters for review. About two weeks from our closing date, the woman in. Sales contacts us to let us know that they decided to relist our house at a lower price!!!! What the "f"? We were so close to the end of our underwriting, there was no reason to expect we would not close. We worked hard the entire process and did close on the home,on time. We did Not expect to have the house taken from us when we knew we had more time. Plus they listed it for cheaper. Touring new buyers through the house we already ...

Gerry my Lennar rep was very responsive and helpful even with a follow up call to ensure McCrea, HVAC company, was thorough and complete. Unfortunately, with design flaws in the system it will be loud and inefficient to service the home in winter or summer. Gerry later called back to provide all my paint colors since they were not in my closing packet. I certainly can tell Gerry is committed to his clients.

Our home came with flat painted walls, so when you touch the walls they become marked and need touched up. We had to repaint the entire home ourselves due to the cheap paint used in our brand new home. Since painting our walls with a sheen we now can see all the imperfections and patched holes in our walls. Drywall puddy can be found everywhere on widow seals, counter edges, door frames where it was never sanded down and just a glob of it that has been painted over. Lennar appeared to give a credit & made it seemed it was giving you a discount. The money i put back in this home including a deck & fence equals the same amount. Materials are cheap that's why it's warranted. Paint is horrible appliances broke & replaced less than 30 days. I've been here since October 30th & wish I could turn back the hands of time & brought with someone else. Please be careful when purchasing a home.Its affordable because it's built fast,cheap,& awkward.

The loan approval process was awful. Kept asking for same documents over and over again and approved my loan at 7 pm the day before closing. Moved our closing date a week ahead and had many issues in the house from the carpet to the paint. The worst one being no internet service. Been almost 2 months and we still don’t have home wifi.
