Very easy to work with Lennar realator and the mgtm team that did the final punch list of items to be done before closing.

Everyone from the sales consultant to the closing agent, was thorough and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and swift. If ever something was misunderstood or there may have been a little glitch (nothing is perfect) it was handled quickly.

I was sold one thing the day of the contract and delivered another on closing day. Walls and ceiling look like waves. Unfinished walls and poor customer service.over 2 months after closing no solutions or repairs.

The LENNAR homebuyers experience was overall very good. The quality of materials used and responsiveness has been excellent. Our concern was an unexpected delay in the closing date and the lack of notification of the scheduling for the celebration tour of the home. A person in training accompanied us on the tour and we were not notified who would be meeting with in advance. Als a suggestion, it would be helpful to have the names and number of technicians/staff expected at your home prior to the repair. I really appreciate the help of Lennar customer care.Despite of some drawbacks, my experience with this builder has been positive.

I experienced multiple issues with the workmanship and quality of my newly built home; there were nails in the carpet, the paint job was poor, the garage door was derailed, the entry door from the garage into the home was dented, my electric front door lock was damaged, and the carpet on parts of my staircase was loose.

Unfortunately my Lennar rep was moved to another community and I didn’t have the onsite assistance I needed at times. Therefore I did not get to walk through my house until it was almost done.

We recently purchased a home through Lennar, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, they provided us with excellent guidance and support, making the entire process seamless. Even after we closed on the house, they continued to check in on us, ensuring our transition was smooth. What impressed us the most was their genuine care for our well-being. Our kids are thrilled with our new home, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Lennar, for going above and beyond to make our dream a reality

Great home buying experience

lenders dishonest and delayed, loss of income, horrible finished product, cheap and fast, nics chaulk, dry wall, carpet, worst experience start to now. will do everything possible forever to help others avoid the pain and stress.

I recently purchased a home in sycamore ridge, Lennar totally helped me to through this process, It is so smooth and clean process

Straight forward purchase with no surprises. No big issues with construction quality so far after six weeks. Would have preferred to see incentives not tied or not fully tied to use of Lennar affiliate companies. Lennar customer service exceeded expectations.

I really enjoyed the sales process, David was a total pro and was really responsive to all questions and helped us understand the options and features with each house we looked at. I felt like he was very honest with his advice and opinions and established and maintained a very professional and friendly demeanor with us throughout the process. The Lennar Mortgage experience was fairly painless as well with the exception of the website for uploading documents and such. The IT on the Lennar website needs attention, it doesn't work well and is not user friendly. My specific issue was it would not allow me to log in and would not allow me to reset my password, after numerous attempts over the course of several days, this was finally resolved. Some specific issues we experienced since moving in were the discovery that all of the faucets dispense water at such an angle that it splashes water out of the sink and onto the floor or onto your belly depending on where you are standing. They look nice but are not a great design for the sinks that were installed with them (which cause the splashing). I have replaced most of these already and it is a shame that the plumbers who installed them didn't identify and correct this issue (by using different faucets). The electrical (circuit breaker panel) in my house has been very challenging, popped circuit breakers have been an ongoing issue, specifically with the double ovens and the clothes dryer. We've had electricians out numerous times and also several dryer repairman visits to figure out what was going on. The dryer was popping the circuit breaker and was also found to have been wired incorrectly. They also have done a "max burn" on the ovens to help acclimatize the circuit breaker from what I've been told. The bottom line is this apparently is/was a known issue and should have been resolved prior to closing. And finally, the interior paint in this house was apparently applied while it was very cold which caused it to bubble and appear uneven throughout the home. This was noted during pre-closing walk through (home orientation and also celebration walk) and not corrected, actually many of the discrepancies related to paint that were noted during the walk throughs were not corrected. So overall, not especially impressed by the level of attention to detail and the thoroughness of the trades or post work inspection process. I love the house but I expected more from a brand new construction home than to have all of these issues after I moved in. ... More

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Lennar Homes are the most beautiful homes! I love my finishes and how spacious every area of my house is, plus it's a beautiful neighborhood. I will recommended home buying experience with Lennar.

Make sure all the issues are cover before you sign any documents, once you sign it will take a miracle to get something done when you want it I’m still waiting for answers on several issues

We got sucked into using Lennar's lender for money towards closing. If the housing market wasn't so tight right now we would have backed out after dealing with the lender Jennifer. She was unresponsive, unprofessional & lacked knowledge required to do her job. It was a terrible first time homebuying experience. If you can avoid this, go with Lennar, if not stay clear.

I never received a New Home Orientation. I never received a pre drywall orientation. The property was poorly constructed! Each day I’m discovering new issues and needed repairs in the house. I was so excited about purchasing a brand new home, which turned out to be a huge disappointment!

The homebuying experience was very easy and effortless. Since moving, the Lennar team has been quick to respond to any issue we have or work order we put in.

This is my second home that I have built with Lennar. The houses they build are built well and to code. This house will last me the rest of my life and will be past down to my children. The experience of being able to see my house being built from the ground up was an amazing experience and the crews who built it know their jobs and do it well. I would highly recommend Lennar to anyone and everyone. Every contact that I had through the process from Lennar rep, to the job foreman to the crew were wonderful to work with. The house is beautiful, no complaints on the looks. My negative is the lennar title company, the representative was in a poor mood and was trying to rush me out from buying my biggest purchase in my life. It’s unfortunate that you have to use their title company or you lose the incentive, so the company knows there is no competition or any incentive of hiring nice people to work there, just left a bad taste in my mouth since that is essentially the last person you interact with.

I’ve been terribly disappointed in the build quality of this house overall. The whole house feels rushed. The garage was left in terrible shape. The drywall tape isn’t fully secured to the wall. They used mud to cover big gaps around light fixtures, windows, and calk around door panels. The furnace was labeled incorrectly in the fuse panel, which was discovered because it kept blowing the fuse. When the electrician came to fix it he looked at the furnace and found it was wired incorrectly. Wires weren’t tightened down causing the power to arc, and trip the fuse. There is a full size wood nail sticking out through my stairs about 1.5 inches. The lamp post wasn’t completely installed, and tightened down. There was a bad electrical socket installed in the kitchen causing a loss of power to other sockets. The problem is the bad socket was covered with drywall so no one even knew it was there. The airflow on the furnace was marked the wrong direction so for 2 months I had the filters installed backwards. I’m pretty sure a light in the hallway is wired to the incorrect switch. I’ve been here for just over 2 months and every week there is a new discovery of a problem caused by poor craftsmanship. Big regrets buying this overpriced house. ... More

We had many discussions about the floor not being level because of flooring joist that were over cut and not supported properly. We have kitchen cabinets that don’t work and after submitting repair order they show up with no parts and say put another request in. Main bathroom above garage is not insulated. Huge temperature difference between the first floor and second. All concerns that were pointed out during construction and after with no corrective actions planned.

While there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed after move-in (which is to be expected with a new build), Lennar has been extremely responsive and timely in fixing these issues. The customer service is fantastic, and Lennar has made it easy to contact them when needed.
