For the price I am paying I should not have issues with my new house.

I’m not happy that I can hear my neighbors through the walls of my townhome. It’s like I’m living my college apartment again. I can hear foot steps, things hit floors, doors closing etc. This tells me that my townhome was either not properly insulated or cheap quality insulation was used. I’ve lived in multiple townhomes, and never had any issues like this. I’m not happy.

Original price of this house was 433 but changed by Seles person to 456,390 and said it was website glitch and somehow convince our realter as well and threat me if I don't promise to buy then she'll send to other Indian how will pay on cash, this house was sold 2 different people earlier and fraud with them and sell it to me. after I purchased this townhome, i was promised to get security system with Eero router, but I didn't get that and when i asked them they salesperson said we no longer providing anyone but i can see all other new homeowner still getting them, didn't get celling fan and blinds but others are getting them. ... The home buying process was fine; wish the price was lower than we paid. I feel that the house was built too quickly, we’ve since found some issues with one outlet, painting, and the carpet and padding feels cheap. This was a spec house so we had no say or choice in what was put on the house or included in the house.

From the beginning, our sales representative understood the challenges we faced before and after the contract was created and approved. Sam's performance was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. Regarding the quality and artistry, we expected some flaws with a new build; however, more attention to details (small stuff) would be better for all concerned. Reference builder and team: we only had one encounter with the team supervision because we purchased a home build already. However, the Care Team has tremendously supported any issues after moving into our home. The customer service is fair. Once you’re on your home, they don’t think repair issues are important. The person who answers the phone is rude. She acts like your issues are not a big deal.

Delivered on time and complete

The sales team was helpful and knowledgeable until the contract was signed. After signing their ability to respond to emails and provide answers suddenly disappeared. The construction management team was frequently dismissive about concerns and condescending in their responses. After closing, the entire Lennar team was slow to accept responsibility for workmanship and warranty issues that arose while Lennar was still in possession of the house but were not discoverable until after we moved in. Overall a poor experience with Lennar. The home itself is decent and has met expectations, but recommend regularly documenting in writing conversations with Lennar employees. ... More

I just purchased my first home through Lennar and I'm thoroughly impressed. We checked out a few builders in the area and Lennar was top notch. Since we moved in, we've had a few minor issues that Lennar fixed immediately. I'm impressed with how they setup a new home buyer for success. The only thing they are missing is a 'personal touch.' There are no flowers, welcome note or anything of the sort when you move in.

Make sure your 100% ready because there’s a lot of documents they need and it can make you frustrated but just know that all of this is a process & a journey to your new home @ Lennar

I've experienced some concerns but so far it has been a good experience - which could've been great if I didn't feel like I live in the middle of a construction zone. I realize that it is temporary, but it doesn't make sense to build houses on each side then build one in the middle afterwards. I'm awaken regardless whether I'm ready to get up or not. If I'm working from home I have to mute the calls, from all the continuous banging and knocking. I'm concerned about debris, dust, trash, materials and people always in my yard. Some of the grass in my back yard had to be replaced, and got messed-up again from construction run-off, there's a deep track left in the front of my house from a tractor that needs to be fixed. ... Great community to live. I’m loving it.

The sales, pre-construction portion, and final walk through went as planned. I thought that the mortgage lending office for Lennar was a bit pushy! Also, the fact that cable and internet services are still not available should not have been our concern and should have been coordinated by Lennar! It is simply unacceptable given the sales pitch we received!

Buying a home with Lennar was definitely exciting at first, but once I moved in, it wasn’t. The construction on their homes can be sloppy at times. They are building them too fast to check for simple mistakes. When buying a home be sure to have another home inspection completed before signing anything. Be sure to check for thing you would rarely look for (ceiling being leveled, paint missing on doors, neatness of caulk etc). Look for everything. Just don’t be fooled by the beauty of the home. Really look at what you’re purchasing. Even with many problems in the home, Lennar fixed everything I asked for. They went above and beyond to correct any home issues I found within my first 30 days. ... More

This is the worst experience! I've went so far as to send Amy Basne (Senior Advisor), Stuart Miller (Executive Chairman) and Rick Beckwitt (coChief Executive) an email requesting their assistance for home repairs.

This is our 3rd new build. Buying a home can be very overwhelming. Unfortunately we haven’t had the best experiences in the past. Would like to give Tom a great review for being responsive and professional. It’s nice to know you can reach out when needed.

We had nothing but good experiences with Lennar. From sales to closing felt like everyone worked as one team to get us across the finish line

Kara and Peggy in the sales office are BEYOND responsive and kind! They updated me every step of the way and demonstrated keen responsiveness to all my questions and were flexible and patient. Construction manager Mike also very amicable! Business office that dealt with the loan portion was a headache but all in all I got where I needed to be and LOVE my new home so far!

Getting customer care to take care of issues is a hassle when it shouldn’t be. The HOA is not the best. The amenities are not usable due to HOA rules and not managing the budget properly. The country should be able to step in and do something. They building all these homes but then after you buy you find out that you can't use the gym u can use the pool except for certain days now. It's just not worth the amount you pay in dues.customer service can be improved all the way around from construction manager to customer care.

Everything is okay, the home is beautiful.

I felt rushed during the initial and final walkthrough, and was disappointed at how much blue tapping was still needed on the day of closing.

I love my home, it's exactly what I need and wanted. The construction and design is beautiful and comfortable. The team is phenomenal and very helpful in helping adjust and fix any minor issues. My loan processor was awesome, explaining everything clearly that I didn't understand. The overall experience was fantastic. I do wish that I could have receive some closing help before the financial crisis hit the company.

DO NOT BUY WITH LENNAR. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST! GO ELSEWHERE!
