Horrible I was going to move to California and buy an lgi home but now due to the bad experience never again.

The LGI representative I had contact with were not very customer friendly. The LGI representative I worked with to close on the property was much better. The first individuals you meet represents the company, my experience with Ms. Shereka and Mr. Jon was unbelievable. I a a busy professional and I could not believe LGI had these two individuals representing a company with a brand on the line. The only reason this deal closed is because of an urgent family need. I will not ever forget this experience, it was the worst and I own 2 other properties in NC.

Genuine people, quick service and honest and dedicated overall

LGI was a great team effort, every time I had a question and needed assistance they were there for us!!

Overall LGI was good to work with. However, there are some things I wish/hope this developer would do. For example, Saddle Brook will have 88 homes when it's finished but there are absolutely ZERO streetlights here. That's not good. Also, as of this writing, there is no signage indicating the name of the property. Not sure if they will. It would make it easier for guests and delivery drivers to find us. I hope LGI will think about these things in the future. Also, apparently they once had a security guard but have since gotten rid of them. Lastly, use semi-gloss paint throughout.

Workmanship very poor, resolutions to request for repairs is very poor.

I am impressed with the quality of work and materials used to build the house.is one of the reason I introduce my cousins to join me move into LGI homes.

Cant go wrong here, no getting outbid with LGI. Pick your house and boom! Done and locked in, pending credit approval of course. Great, positive attitudes from everyone. Houses are similar to each other but spaced out and different enough. Leave you enough to make it your own. Very happy with my home and lgi.

The buying experience was great. They was very understanding and open to listen to you. Very good at responding back. Would very much recommend LGI Homes. We love our new home.

My first home buying experience was okay. I had to have my closing date changed which wasn’t a big deal, but prior to closing I was told that my closing cost would go from $168 to $2900 due to the VA appraising my home less than what LGI said it was worth. I also didn’t get appliances in my home until the day after I closed. The home itself is beautiful and I absolutely love it! There were a few things that were missing or needed to be done (and still needs to be done). The VP of construction came to my home this week and also noticed the deficiencies in my home. I am still waiting on the flooring, painting, basement, and doors to be fixed. Again, I love my home, but there are a few things that still need to be fixed. I love my LGI Home. It's design fits my needs like a glove. The master bedroom in my 3 BR 2 BA home is spacious, quaint, and comfortable. The kitchen has the perfect layout for my cooking needs. One of the things I love most about my LGI home is the electrical outlets. There are plenty available for use. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Lgi is the best

The home is great. The problem is that there were things wrong with the home and when I ask when these things will be fixed I get " we will get it taken care of." then nothing. no call back no email saying this is where we are at and this will be resolved. NOTHING. Been going on for a month now...

There were a few minor bugs when we moved in but our issues were quickly addressed.

Put in a work order,3 weeks have past, still waiting to get it fixed

Went in to look, 30 minutes later we were moving forward on our new home. Fast, friendly staff that make you feel like you are more than just another sale.

Our experience purchasing a new construction home by LGI Homes has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We knew that no upgrades or customization was allowed with our home, but the builder used the cheapest possible fixtures and finishing touches. Though we moved in over a month ago, we still cannot use our master bathroom because the shower was installed improperly. They are unable to replace the one-piece shower (which we specifically wanted) and will need to replace it with a 3 or 4 piece shower (much harder to clean). However, having this issue addressed has required constant follow up on our end and an ability to meet staff and contractors during business hours. Despite constant communication on our end, no one can give us a timeline for replacement. We have also discovered that our backyard was over-graded, exposing the septic system. This will require new dirt to be brought in and our entire yard to be regraded and re-seeded, after we finally grew grass. Again, this has required constant nagging on our part to make progress. We are ping-ponged between staff, who constantly direct us to someone else. We cannot wait to have these issues remedied, so we can finally unpack fully and move on with our lives. ... More

There will be a number of people trying to sell you their products. Shop around and compare prices be deciding for the best and affordable deal.

We were very disappointed when we learned the upscale option package was not available at this location. The availability of this option was what was originally attracted us to your properties but we chose to settle for Keenesburg in order to achieve the square footage we needed. The sales guy/Hugh was excellent. We grossly underestimated the train/highway noise and the lack of infrastructure/services.

I hired a third party inspector to double check the work on this house and found it to be of quality construction. the home price for what they are in Colorado is fair but the whole housing market here is grossly overpriced. You'll be satisfied if you don't actually expect them to fix anything or follow up on warentee items. If you are a do it your self kinda person you can get a decent new home. Watch out for HOA which was established before the neighborhood and wants to be notified of every flower or blade of grass you plant in your yard. They don't get back to you quickly, nor do any of them live here so you can miss out on sale items if you want to do any of the required landscaping in your unfinished back yard. You also aren't provided with the covenants or restrictions at closing so you have no idea that you are violating any rules until you get a surprise notice from them. Chris, our sales rep was awful and untruthful throughout the buying process. It really made me question or decision to buy an LGI home. Our lender Dora was unresponsive and hard to get answers from. We were pretty much in the dark for most of the home buying process.
