We're was looking since last April 2023 but Thank God we found something in February 5 2024 we had an amazing experience with Lawrence he told my husband and I to touch the For Sale Sign didn't know that day would made such an impact but it did !! I just want to share my positive experience during the process with no stress. Very diligent and responsible!!!

I was so excited to move into my new home; however, the craftsmanship is noticeably subpar. The paint job has been the biggest eyesore (missing paint as well as dripping paint in spots). There were also issues with a hole in one shower that was pitifully patched in an effort to hide it from the buyer which was very disconcerting and missing trim work that needed to be addressed during the final walk through. The house will hopefully be what I thought it would be, but not without my efforts to fix things that shouldn’t have been a problem from the get go.

I had the pleasure of meeting Steven. He helped me in such a great fashion. Yes it’s stressful but this guy was fantastic in my process and decision making. Love my new home.

This was my first time purchasing a newly built home. We enjoyed the LGI salesman’s enthusiasm, which made our purchase experience easy and enjoyable. We received photo updates on a regular basis and experienced a good rapport throughout the process. We look forward to seeing the community expand and meeting all of the neighbours.

While waiting for our LGI home to be built, the level of communication throughout the process was excellent. We received photos of the home on a regular basis as the home was constructed and we received a comprehensive walk through of the home and its technology upon completion. What more could you ask for?
