Elaine was outstanding, great customer services. She updated us throughout the whole process, gave pictures/video of the completion of the timeline. Because of her we bought our 2nd home from her again.

I had the most welcoming experience with LGI homes. Benjamin, and Dustin helped us with the tedious process, and were accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. If you're looking for great homes and affordable prices, this is the place for you! It was a great buying experience.

His professionalism and personable interactions every step of the way made me feel as if I was "his only client". And, after closing, he has continued to provide unparalleled customer service. Along with Ryan, another amazing sales rep, they truly understand the importance of "after purchase" service. My construction manager, Mike, was also amazing. He has been top notch even after the sale and closing on the home days, weeks and even months after the completion of our home. We had a small issue on communication after closing but they took accountability and fixed it immediately. That's great customer service!
