This was my first time purchasing a newly built home. We enjoyed the LGI salesman’s enthusiasm, which made our purchase experience easy and enjoyable. We received photo updates on a regular basis and experienced a good rapport throughout the process. We look forward to seeing the community expand and meeting all of the neighbours.

Pretty solid house and neighborhood. Overall, the housing market is bad right now, so these houses shouldn't cost this much. But very good company and quality builds.

Why should you build with LGI Homes? Well, why wouldn't you? We went around to various Builders looking for the perfect fit. We found that with LGI Homes. We walked into the Sales office on a Sunday, with no appointment. They very easily could have told us that they were busy and we would need to make an appointment for a later date/time. They didnt say that. Despite being slammed in the office, Freddy sat with us for an hour and discussed pricing, locations, and explained how the process worked. Unfortunately, the Model that we were most interested in at the time was no longer available. Thinking that was that, we left thinking that would be that. A week later we got a call back from Freddy advising that another Model had become available. And, because it was in our price range, we set up an Appointment to go out and view both the model (to make sure we liked it) and then to where the House would be built (to make sure we liked the location). We loved what we saw and we very much liked the location. From there, we were put with Melissa. We cant even begin to shower Melissa with the praise she deserves. From day 1, Trent at the sales office has been great and walked us though the entire homebuying process from start to finish, answering any questions or concerns I had along the way. Very responsive and made me feel comfortable with choosing LGI. The final walkthrough with the gentleman from construction was very informative and thorough. Overall, I've been quite happy with my experience with LGI so far.

I’m a first time home buyer and the whole experience from the start to finish was super easy and painless. From talking out logistics, to financing, to picking out the floor plan and walking through a show property. The staff was so helpful and responsive to all my hundreds of questions. I couldn’t thank Cristy and Amanda enough for getting me in a brand new home.

We had a really great experience, originally we were looking in elk river and then we Mentioned a townhome in Zimmerman and Herman made the extra trip let us look at a few of them and we fell in love with the home we have now. Small little strip of townhomes waiting to be filled, we were the first on the block. Excited to meet our neighbors! Herman was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome to our new place!!! Thank you a lot for your help on our first home buy adventure.

The people were great to work with and very friendly. The whole process of watching the house go from bare ground to complete house was exciting.

My builder was very informative, patient and worked to provide overall total satisfaction.

Everyone was very helpful, efficient and seemed to care to help anyway they could.

As a new homeowner I felt completely overwhelmed in searching for a home. The chaos of that experience ended with walking into LGI homes. My sales person kept me in the loop on every single thing and even answered my off the wall questions with ease and understanding. He called me every Thursday with an update whether it was good news or bad news on the process of the build. This was so necessary for my peace of mind as I was in a lease before closing in my home. The lenders stayed in contact with me as well and always returned phone calls, which is a scarcity this day in age. I appreciated not chasing after someone during my busy work day. When it came time to close …. the final work through was thorough regarding warranty and how to take care of important items in the home. However, I do believe there is room for growth in the area of follow up on issues seen during the final walk through. It is possible there is not a process in place to make sure that the problematic items mentioned on the walk are completed. I did find myself reaching out on these things to see when they would be handled, but the construction manager was on it very quickly. He even came by himself to fix my dryer connection which was simply above and beyond the norm. I have mentioned LGI every time people ask who I built with and tell them it was an amazing experience. I will leave one last remark… I feel all homes should come standard with handles on all cabinets…. I have already suffered broken nails and my little ones complained about the difficulty in opening the cabinets often. Clearly a man with no finger nails came up with this as the standard. Our home is perfect! The people were straight forward and explained everything to us as time went by up until we moved into our home. We worked with Lamar and he was awesome!

Lawrence was the absolute PERFECT person for the job in helping me purchase my home! He was made for that job. He kept me informed on every single detail of the home and everything in between.

Overall my experience was such a blessing do to the fact that LGI never made us feel that it wouldn’t be possible to be a home owner threw them! The did a great job to explain everything even from the smallest detail. I’m very happy as well as my family!

The process was very fast and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. The home was brand new and beautiful!

Rates are changing so rapidly even after we agreed for a rate verbally.
