For the most part, kept up to date on progress of the house

LGI dose a great job making you feel important & that we matter as a whole! Overall my experience was such a blessing do to the fact that LGI never made us feel that it wouldn’t be possible to be a home owner threw them! The did a great job to explain everything even from the smallest detail. I’m very happy as well as my family!

I love my LGI Home. It's design fits my needs like a glove. The master bedroom in my 3 BR 2 BA home is spacious, quaint, and comfortable. The kitchen has the perfect layout for my cooking needs. One of the things I love most about my LGI home is the electrical outlets. There are plenty available for use. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Pretty solid house and neighborhood. Overall, the housing market is bad right now, so these houses shouldn't cost this much. But very good company and quality builds.

Why should you build with LGI Homes? Well, why wouldn't you? We went around to various Builders looking for the perfect fit. We found that with LGI Homes. We walked into the Sales office on a Sunday, with no appointment. They very easily could have told us that they were busy and we would need to make an appointment for a later date/time. They didnt say that. Despite being slammed in the office, Freddy sat with us for an hour and discussed pricing, locations, and explained how the process worked. Unfortunately, the Model that we were most interested in at the time was no longer available. Thinking that was that, we left thinking that would be that. A week later we got a call back from Freddy advising that another Model had become available. And, because it was in our price range, we set up an Appointment to go out and view both the model (to make sure we liked it) and then to where the House would be built (to make sure we liked the location). We loved what we saw and we very much liked the location. From there, we were put with Melissa. We cant even begin to shower Melissa with the praise she deserves. From the moment we were put with her, we received CONSTANT communication. Every Week. From start to finish. We were beyond thrilled to have not only found LGI Homes, but, to have been fortunate enough to have worked with both Freddy and Melissa. Cant go wrong here, no getting outbid with LGI. Pick your house and boom! Done and locked in, pending credit approval of course. Great, positive attitudes from everyone. Houses are similar to each other but spaced out and different enough. Leave you enough to make it your own. Very happy with my home and lgi.

They houses should have door bells

We had a really great experience, originally we were looking in elk river and then we Mentioned a townhome in Zimmerman and Herman made the extra trip let us look at a few of them and we fell in love with the home we have now. Small little strip of townhomes waiting to be filled, we were the first on the block. Excited to meet our neighbors! Herman was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome to our new place!!! Thank you a lot for your help on our first home buy adventure.

Once all the kinks are worked out I will be totally satisfied .. There are some deficiencies that have yet to be fixed in my new home

Beautiful homes, builder needs to use better wood for fence, first day both side fences poorly put together. I found myself redoing fences second day. But the house itself is a Gem.

The buying experience was great. I wish LGI homes offered some customization to the buyers. That would have been nice to put my touch on the house. But overall the finishes are good. Responsiveness to work orders could be better. I have reached out a couple times and would like some communication even if they received the work order and acknowledging it.

it was really great service they will do everything to make that happns! buying a house from them was smooth!! they really know what they doing, no the top of the line in disigne but value is great!!

LGI was a great team effort, every time I had a question and needed assistance they were there for us!!

This is my 3rd home from a new builder and these guys by FAR were the best I’ve ever worked with. During the whole process they addressed my concerns and issues in a timely manner and were there for me in every step of the way. Rich and Rick were fantastic!

Poor workmanship on all cabinet drawers. Heating vents not properly installed. Broken sewer pipe under house. Slow leak at water meter.

The quality and build of the home is not what i was expecting. There screws that were never patched up. There has been an ant infestation since day one. Thr door trim mold is very rough and was never sanded down when painted over. So if you touch it you will scratch yourself on it. I give the home a 4/10
