It best I say notbing

Karl in big lake mn was very rude and threatened us with not being able to close due to a audit error. Never have came to the house to fix the problems. Such as the back door doesn't lock etc..

For the most part, kept up to date on progress of the house

Very disrespectful and always treated to back off for any simple request like out of town and need to move closing 2 days. Realtor rebate was excluded saying there system says it’s via internet and not applicable even after providing realtor details at the time if initial contract. forced to go with there preferred lender who have coded interest rate really high.

David was amazing knew alot and the LGI team help things go smoothly

LGI builder is true to the word. They have great amenities; such as Whirlpool appliances, a beautiful countertop, and wonderful floors. Very professional. And an overall great builder.

Will pleased nice homes good service

They were very helpful before we moved in. However, after moving in we experienced multiple issues and they weren’t helpful at all addressing them. We have been without WiFi for over a month and it may take another 3-months because the wires weren’t installed prior to building.

total disregard for a work order scheduled .

We purchased our home and we were able to walk through the home while it was being built. We pointed out a few flaws one of which was a hole in the subfloor on the second floor. Which was not repaired prior to carpet installation. We couldn’t find it during the home inspection but found it after the closing. They had to come out and remove the carpet in the area and repair the floor. The rear porch roof was missing tie ins to the support beams. The fixed prior to siding installation. During our first week in the home noticed Refrigerator door was bent and wouldn’t close properly. They had it out multiple times during construction and may have known that it wasn’t working properly. Warranty repair man ordered new door estimated 6-8 weeks before repair could be done no refrigerator during this time offered by whirlpool a gift card to purchase a small refrigerator until it’s repaired. Anticipated having walk up stairs to the attic as we were shown in the model got a boxed hole in the ceiling with limited access. Very disappointed at this point 4 weeks into the home poor quality for the price. We will be turning in the HVAC unit leaking all over little to no cooling upstairs. Windows are also poor quality. Elaine was outstanding, great customer services. She updated us throughout the whole process, gave pictures/video of the completion of the timeline. Because of her we bought our 2nd home from her again.

They should response well when we have complain on something rather thansayin its a Nature Cause. The soil was moved away by heavy rain before we moved in or before our closing but didnt get it done as they have said, they r not responsible. We have to fix our back yard by our self.

I had the most welcoming experience with LGI homes. Benjamin, and Dustin helped us with the tedious process, and were accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. If you're looking for great homes and affordable prices, this is the place for you! We moved into our new house a month ago, and Benjamin was more than happy to answer all of our questions even after the paperwork process. Thanks LGI homes!

It was a great buying experience.

Do not close on the house if there are known issues. On the walk-through, I was promised that the issues will be addressed before the closing. Unfortunately not. And severely lacking in response to my repeated requests to fix known issues.

The buying experience was fast and painless

This was our first time buying a home so we could not compare even if we wanted to. We experienced some patches but no matter the issue our salesman (Nick) was ready to respond and keep us motivated! Thanks again LGI we hope to do it again someday!

Don't expect repairs to be finished in a timely manner if at all. Their repair portal seems to go unnoticed, they knew for months (since end of april) about a broken window and as of 7/20/21 still not replaced

Would not do it again. No pride in their work, an astounding lack of quality control. They do everything just good enough to get by.

Wonderful process until I moved in. Various workmanship issues (no screens, garage door not working, ice maker not working, etc) and it is over a month and some still havent been addressed or even acknowledged.

LGI dose a great job making you feel important & that we matter as a whole! Overall my experience was such a blessing do to the fact that LGI never made us feel that it wouldn’t be possible to be a home owner threw them! The did a great job to explain everything even from the smallest detail. I’m very happy as well as my family!

Horrible experience. Was told we would for sure close in may but never happened as they informed me they could not connect power to house and it would take another 2 weeks. I called the superintendent of the electric company and they had power the next day. Once moved in the painter they hired did some of the worst job I have seen. I have family that own painting companies and they inspected it and informed me that this was shotty work. Paint spots on floor in bathrooms and you can see the drywall tape splitting in some areas. Wet spot in drywall garage as they roofers took a long time to install the breathing vent at the top. Very un organized and recommend before you move in check the homes they let you see before you by. I work for Charles Schwab and I have been telling everyone in my department on the horrible experience I went through. My next home will not be with LGI. ... More

it was really great service they will do everything to make that happns! buying a house from them was smooth!! they really know what they doing, no the top of the line in disigne but value is great!!
