The entire process of having our home built by Mayberry Homes was fantastic! Communications throughout were way better than expected. We always felt like we were treated like valued customers. Jodi in Sales/Design was fabulous in giving us ideas and valuable insight in the planning process. Gary and his construction team were fantastic in getting back to us quickly with our questions.

Kelly and Gary have been wonderful to work with. Kelly helped with a lot of the design choices and made anything possible. Gary explained the build process, how to look after the home, and has been a great resource for assistance after moving in.

Had great experience from start to end.. To start with Mark, the Sales Manager. He is a gem of a person to work with. Very polite and provided all the details up-front and provided very detailed explanation for every question we had. Gary, the Site Engineer. Very well co-ordinated and discussed all the details of building process and timelines as needed. Accommodated our request multiple times even though those can be denied. Thank you so much and we are happy with the quality of the work you delivered.

As first time home builders, working with Mayberry was a dream! The entire team was friendly and fun and so helpful! Jodi in the design studio was patient with us as we made decisions, asked lots of questions and changed our minds many times! She had wonderful input and idea and helped talked us through some choices! The building team was friendly and worked hard and even got us in our house sooner than we expected! Mayberry made this experience one we enjoyed so much! We love our home and would only use Mayberry when we build again!

I had other family members that had a house built and they told me they never went through the experience that I went through and it was fantastic. Listen to all our needs and build the house that we wanted and checked on us and they were great. First time in building a house. I’m glad I went with Mayberry.

When moving back to Michigan became a serious consideration, my family knew we wanted to move into a new home. We checked out homes by various builders and the quality of work by Mayberry was apparent. We were fortunate enough to work with Mark when designing our home. He was patient and detail-oriented. He communicated clearly and went above and beyond. Gary took over for construction and truly delivered. He was accommodating and never made us feel as if we were burdensome. We received the keys to our house on time and are absolutely excited to call this our home. Thank you, Mayberry!

Building with Mayberry homes was the easiest thing I have done all year. From looking at floor plans to the final walk. They keep you up to date on every step of the way. They build a beautiful and energy efficient home.

Everyone involved in the building process was great. Contractors were awesome & respectful. The building process went faster than expected once the basement was dug. I had an extremely positive experience with Mayberry. My house is well built and beautiful. One of the ways Mayberry hit the mark was toward the end of the project. I asked my site manager if he had a recommendation for someone to build a deck later in the summer, and he said, "we can do that". He gave me a quote which was below what I thought it was going to be, and they proceeded to build the deck before closing. That was just one of many reasons I am completely satisfied with Mayberry. Amazing work these people do!

Just trust the process, Mayberry does a good job. Mayberry will guide you throughout the whole process, though you still need to have a list of things you want. Mayberry uses high quality material for its homes and finished product is outstanding. Special thanks to Kevin for the great communication and for working around my very busy schedule.

We are very happy with the sales and construction processes. The workmanship is amazing.

We started looking for our first house in a crazy market. After meeting with Mayberry and going over their building process we were hooked. We were able to customize our home exactly how we want. During the build process Mayberry was always communicating updates and sending us pictures. We were absolutely impressed with how fast they were able to build hour home and did not have any delays. We absolutely fell in love with our home. Thank you Mayberry!

Ability to keep the building process going in these difficult times. Changes and questions were taken care of in a timely manner. I was kept up to date on the process. I could not be happier with my home! I would recommend Mayberry to anyone building a home.

The house itself is amazing and the build quality was great. Mayberry is extremely flexible with custom options and design, which sets them far apart from other builders. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The speed and the quality of the build was amazing.

Process was overall great! Mayberry Homes did take great care into helping us make decisions and the building process was super smooth and went quicker than expected. I do wish even though we had taken over 3 hours at the initial planning meeting, there were several options or features we didn't discuss off the bat. You really need to go into that meeting knowing what's available out there and what you want so they can help you get exactly what you're looking for. While the house is fantastic, I am a perfectionist and I do notice several missed attention to detail spots. Things like some raised spots under the carpet that annoy me.
