We just started looking at houses and came across the meadow run community. First, we went to see another builder home and thought we would just have a look at the pacesetter homes, which is right next to the model house. Just like that magic happened. We just met with Bob, the sales manager, and told us our requirements, and he immediately showed a house that was just completed. Fell in love with the house and big backyard. Everything went very smooth within a month , we closed the house and moved in. Building quality is awesome ,every room is built perfectly. Even when we did inspection, ...

Builder dropped the price 25k and gave us an interest rate buy down. The woman on site (Michelle) was very professional and knowledgeable. A minor maintenance issue was handled promptly. Everyone involved treated us like friends. Love the area and the quiet!
