We had a great experience getting out home! Pacesetters made buying a home easy and we did not have any stress or problems. The quality of their homes are great!

We walked in to this companies showroom to look at homes. We have been following them for about 6 months waiting on them to start taking orders after the land construction.. pleasant and they were ready to help… no complaints and the house is perfect and a tank… already been in two hail storms and no damage!

Home buying process was smooth, everyone on the pacesetter team assisted in any way they could. Overall this is a great company who builds good quality homes

The entire process was easy. We went with preferred lender. They did a pre-qualification for us and walked us through every stage. We were a part of our new build every step of the way. Mel our sales person sent photos not knowing I was visiting it almost daily.Rick our builder answered every question and built our home the way he wanted his own house to be built. On the day of walk through there were so few things to fix I felt we could have moved in that day. I had never really paid attention to Pacesetter but I accidentally found this floor plan while visiting the sales person Mel for work. We just started looking at houses and came across the meadow run community. First, we went to see another builder home and thought we would just have a look at the pacesetter homes, which is right next to the model house. Just like that magic happened. We just met with Bob, the sales manager, and told us our requirements, and he immediately showed a house that was just completed. Fell in love with the house and big backyard. Everything went very smooth within a month , we closed the house and moved in. Building quality is awesome ,every room is built perfectly. Even when we did inspection, the guys were shocked that there were no problems with the house... Builder is amazing...Will give 100 for the quality. ... More

Builder dropped the price 25k and gave us an interest rate buy down. The woman on site (Michelle) was very professional and knowledgeable. A minor maintenance issue was handled promptly. Everyone involved treated us like friends. Love the area and the quiet!

Our New home is Beautiful and stands out from all the other homes on our block. From the moment that we got our first call to come look at the plans, to the time that we moved in, Michele and Greg at Pacesetters have been absolutely amazing and a blessing every step of the way. There was never a time that we had a question a concern or didn’t understand something that Michele wouldn’t go out of her way to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the answers and to help us understand. The sales representative, David, and the project manager, Jeff, are absolutely amazing. During our purchase process, David was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us patiently. In addition, he was very quick to respond and resolve our issues. Also, David's friendly and warm nature made our experience less stressful and intimidating.

All team members are responsive, proactive in updating the status and provide guidance on each phase of pre and during home building journey.

I enjoyed every little thing and every little detail of how building the home with you guys went. I enjoy working with Tony and working with the builder Josh they did an amazing job to keep my sanity because it was very stressful due to me selling and building at the same time and I love the home that I’m in. I enjoy it every day and I love the floor plan as well.

It’s Beautiful home with Knowledgeable Sales person.

We loved the Pacesetters homes quality, the price what they sold for and the incentives what they offered to me. Bob was very responsive for all the questions that we had. He helped us a lot in all the ways to fulfilling our home buying dream in Meadow Run community, Melissa, and he is one of the main factors in fulfilling our home buying dream here.
