Overall from day 1 the entire process went great. Communication was top notch and when there was a problem, we were able to get it fixed ASAP. I am definitely happy we chose Pacesetter as the homes are definitely a spitting image of the model!

Pacesetter Homes has a great reputation for solid construction and unique design features. I have purchased homes with other builders and have been disappointed, but not with pacesetter. I highly recommend purchasing a high-quality home from them.

This has definitely been the BEST New Home Experience in our lifetimes! From the initial meeting with Tony to meeting again over a year and a half later and purchasing at that time. Josh was just as wonderful and so very easy to work with. After being in our home for only 2 months, we are so very pleased we made the decision to go with Pacesetter! Our best decision ever.

Roger and William were very welcoming and professional. They were extremely helpful throughout the build with questions, likes and dislikes and expressed their concerns and experience with you when deciding the direction the build should go. They were never pushy, always had your needs in mind and the craftmanship of the home was outstanding. Quality & Quantity for the money. Ventilation in the house. Usage of space. Options provided for buyers. It all makes me to buy the house.

House is great. The only problem is the warranty. I'm not satisfied with the response time and communication with prohome.

Everything about our home was exactly what we expected!

Great experience buying our first home. Everyone was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us in any way they could. We received updates every Monday during the building process, we always knew whether something was delayed or on schedule. Steve and Teri have been absolutely amazing to work with. We definitely got the A+ team. Teri is very responsive, knowledgable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Amber was great, communicated through the whole process, she's the best. Alan also help addressing any issues pre and post closing, from installing blinds, windows repair and low voltage electrical issues, he's on top of it. Will see you in the next build.
