Roger and William were very welcoming and professional. They were extremely helpful throughout the build with questions, likes and dislikes and expressed their concerns and experience with you when deciding the direction the build should go. They were never pushy, always had your needs in mind and the craftmanship of the home was outstanding. Quality & Quantity for the money. Ventilation in the house. Usage of space. Options provided for buyers. It all makes me to buy the house.

House is great. The only problem is the warranty. I'm not satisfied with the response time and communication with prohome.

Great experience buying our first home. Everyone was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us in any way they could. We received updates every Monday during the building process, we always knew whether something was delayed or on schedule. Our overall Experience with Pacesetters home is great.

Amber was great, communicated through the whole process, she's the best. Alan also help addressing any issues pre and post closing, from installing blinds, windows repair and low voltage electrical issues, he's on top of it. Will see you in the next build.

My journey to my home being built has mostly been smooth. However, most of the things that delayed the completion of my home was out of the builder's control. From the snow storm of early 2021 to the inflated pricing of lumber, then we had lack of workers, then the supply chain disruption, I believe the builder did exceptionally well with all the obstacles thrown at them. My home is beautiful, it is well built, wiith very minor things such as touch-up paint. The builder's assistant was responsive to my concerns & addressed them quickly.

I love my new house. Pacesetter has been great to work with. Made moving in simple and easy.
