Everything pacesetter told me regarding the building process or the loan was exactly right. It was a long building process due to the pandemic but Tyler kept me up to date.

Every team member from Pacesetter(Sales Person, Office Manager, Construction manager, Coordinator) is Professional, Knowledgable, Friendly, Kind and show Great care to client!! Pacesetter designed whole community with EcoSmart system is Big plus!! They're #1 :)

Throughout the home buying process, our sales person Tina always kept us up to date and aware of any delays or things that came up. Tina was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. My journey to my home being built has mostly been smooth. However, most of the things that delayed the completion of my home was out of the builder's control. From the snow storm of early 2021 to the inflated pricing of lumber, then we had lack of workers, then the supply chain disruption, I believe the builder did exceptionally well with all the obstacles thrown at them. My home is beautiful, it is well built, wiith very minor things such as touch-up paint. The builder's assistant was responsive to my concerns & addressed them quickly.

Overall experience with the builder is good, materials and workmanship are good too. I recommend Pacesetter to our friends Thanks .

I enjoyed my experience building with Pacesetter. Sales team was great, and was always available to answer questions. The builder I worked with was responsive and worked hard to make sure that the house was completed on time and that everything was done. My only issue at all is the third party warranty company Pacesetter works with, Home Pro. I don’t understand why in the first few months of ownership they have farmed out this responsibility. Normally you would work directly with the builder in your first year. I have had multiple problems with them and because of that some people I have spoken to about my experience are now looking at other builders who do not do this. If pacesetter did their own warranty work the first year in house they would be a 12/10 in my opinion. ... More

We had an excellent experience building with Pacesetter homes. Our salesperson Teri was great to work with, made sure we were informed about the process during design, construction, and closing. She provided timely and knowledgeable updates as our home was constructed. Steve the Pacesetter builder was always prepared, diligent in the execution of the build, and delivered a really great home for our family. We would not change a thing about the process or our beautiful home. Great company and great product.

We had look at Pacesetter home a year and half before we purchased. We purchased a motorhome and traveled the US highways. When it was time to buy a new home we only looked at Pacesetter. We had had a number of new build homes in the past and new good builders from great builders. Pacesetter is a great choice for new home purchas.

I had a great experience with the building process. Building a home was stressful due to market trends, delays, and other things outside of Pacesetters control. Despite that I was never left in the dark. Information was communicated to me clearly and regularly. I really appreciate that since this is my first time buying a home, much less building one! I am grateful for Tina and Sergio’s professionalism throughout the process and even to this day, just checking in every once in a while to make sure I’m happy in my home. DJ (sales rep) and Anthony (construction manager) were great to work with- professional, knowledgeable, reliable. Overall my experience was very positive and would recommend Pacesetter. High integrity company and will work to fix any problems that arise.

Have a plan book for the owner. Outline task, provide doc with selections . Listen to hone owner.

Tina and Rueben helped me with entire home buying process with Paceseetter and made it easy. Tina was always available to answer questions and address any concerns with Reuben if needed, I appreciate their professionalism throughout the entire process.

Appliances and minor issues after closing. Pacesetter team was very helpful and informative. Pro home we do not have the best experience in timeliness and communication. Several days to verify and fix obstructed drain after months of waiting for pro home. Pacesetter was great experience but after closing pro home is a hassle.

Michelle and Greg are both responsive , I trust them . They have been a great resource , helped me at every stage and responded to my every query . Overall great experience .
