I had some issues within a week of moving but no answer. Window leaking air inside. pro home never responded our 30 days request.

A bunch of stuff was wrong or missing when I moved in months ago. Promises to fix it were not followed through.

Construction quality is below par. paint on exterior had orange peel. AC vents were crooked. Switches were mounted crooked. Exhaust Vent wasn't mounted until weeks after moving. Overall very low quality of build

Although it took time to get the house due to COVID situation, at the end of the end it was the value of the buck and beautifully built and well organized to sign up title

Our experience was a long 18 months Mt waiting but at the end it was worth the wait. The quality of the build and the constant communication and updates from our home specialist made it easier. They did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier!

This was my first home purchase and Greg and Gabe did an excellent job representing everyone that had a hand in building my home. They were extremely responsive, both in time and thoroughness, to all concerns I brought up, which really boosts my confidence in the final state and integrity of my house.

My experience with pay center homes was great. From day one Stephanie was. Full of great information. Sherri was also great. And my loan officer was also great. All the ladies were very, very professional. And very on top of what they were doing to get me in my home. Overall, I had a great experience buying my homes.

Was very impressed with the manner in which they always tried to keep things as up front as possible in the months that there was so much uncertainty not only in the market of housing but on all fronts! Their staff was friendly and helpful as far as they knew what was going on! A very good company with great integrity I think!

From the sales agent to the contractor, everyone was amazing, helpful, responsive, kind. I really appreciate the Pacesetter group, especially Tina and Reuben! I love my new home!!!

The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very attentive and timely. Unfortunately, this caused me to overlook some of the home's aesthetics. Many areas just seem to have been forgotten. Between Trim on the flooring not lining up properly, wholes near fixtures where they cut out too much drywall, and the backyard having cut wires, drywall, and roof shingles, there were a lot of areas that just didn't get the level of care and detail that you would expect from a new home. Overall, I am happy to have a place to call my own, and will take my time to make the improvements I care to put in.

Salesman Bob very responsive, helpful and available. Nice architectural features. Nice floor plans and curb appeal. Very poor selection of interior finishes (cabinets, counters, tile etc).

Working with Garrett again was great! The buying process as a whole went pretty smooth. We worked with Anthony and Jay and both were great with helping with issues that came up. The quality of the build left a lot to be desired though. Specifically in certain areas it seems things were rushed and not taken care of in the best way possible. Overall we are pleased, but we wish much of the workmanship was better.

I purchased the home as finished by the builder. It's nice, and I'm happy with my purchase. Just a few things could have made it more perfect ... like putting ceiling fans in all the bedrooms; putting soft close hinges on the cabinets; using a windowed front door to illuminate the foyer; noting where two roof eves came together and putting a gutter in that area to prevent what became a river from the roof during rainstorms. Also finishing out the patio to match the end of the house wouldn't have cost that much more to do if done at the same time as pouring the rest of the patio. These are things that were noticed shortly upon moving in, and were remedied but at a cost to me that was certainly above what would have cost the builder. My only other issue, and this is entirely my error in reviewing the sales information, is that the community does not include a pool. Comparing the cost of the HOA dues to other houses I considered, I certainly don't see the benefit of the higher HOA dues if there are no community amenities. Not much I can do about that now and frankly, I may not have chosen this community if I had paid attention. I will make the best of it however. Perhaps it sounds like I'm griping, but that is not my intent. The house is just the right size for us, and we are happy here. While we didn't go the normal approach of picking a lot and starting the building process from scratch, we had a pleasant experience during the purchasing process with Pacesetter. 3 months into our home and I would say that everything is going great. The only knock I would have would be that the quality of some materials such as paint, fixtures, etc. are adequate and wouldn't consider high quality. In addition the workmanship was definitely not 100%. I would say the team got the basics completed but couldn't get that last 10% of quality into their build.

It took over a year to have my home built, even though other homes that started the building process after mine closed before me. I closed 11/23/21 and still have outstanding issues which have yet to be addressed. A date was set on 2/16/22 for ALL issues to be resolved and 4 have yet to be completed. One of which is a hole in the siding outside above my garage. I’ve had numerous electrical issues with breakers tripping that is a huge concern. The most recent being the microwave which has been submitted to the Pro Home folks. Stay tuned…

Overall a pretty good experience

Overall experience has been great! There's been some issues that need addressing, a few of which have been fixed, the others are in the works.

Make sure you continue to check the home during the process and point out issues early to be fixed or they will make some excuse why they won’t fix it if it’s too late in the build or during your walk through. Be diligent as they told me they’re “not building a magazine home” so have a very high acceptance for not quality work.

Susan W. was a great sales rep from Pacesetter she guided us through the whole experience. She helped find the right home for us and was transparent and helpful along the way. It was a pretty seamless experience. We were disappointed with the quality of work done on our final walkthrough punch list items. Not even 2 months after closing, one of our "corrected" walk items, a leaky window, was discovered to not have been fixed properly and we are now fighting to get it fixed through warranty. Communication with the contractor/superintendent on some scheduling follow up items wasn't great. It's unfortunate that the window was not properly remediated before closing since it was our expectation it would be fixed prior to closing.... It seemed as if it was just painted over. Now that we have been in the home for a couple months there are some hardware items that are loose and of low quality. ... More

The experience was great, Jorge the salesman always call me to let me know how everything was at the house. But since I move they still own me a screen for one of my windows and some electrical plugs doesn’t work and they promised me to send the electrical guys but nothing. Just before you get your home check everything

The builders and office support staff communicate regularly.

Great floor plans and good selections, variety of materials. We have had problems getting things fixed that were not right from day one. The front door didn't fit the frame and wind blew through it. Windows were put in wrong, and getting things fixed in a timely manner has been a problem- especially with the windows. They come, say they'll be back and then don't come again until a new report on the same issue is sent in. Communication is the big problem. Other than these problems we are pleased with Pacesetters.

We bought home from pace setter and closed with in one month. It was almost ready built and some one backed out seems. the closing experience was great and quality of construction also good and however builder manager failed to educate us and address minor issue found in third party inspection. The response was not so great , may be I am not little Patient. But I waited almost couple of weeks.
