Lots of things where damaged and done incorrectly when we moved in and NOTHING has been fixed!

If I would have known a year and a half ago what I would have gone through building this house with Pacesetter I would have run for the hills. Communication was abysmal throughout the entire process. We were given so much lip service and gauge information before our home was finally closed on. We had multiple issues after we closed that was promised to be taken care of. It took multiple angry phone calls to multiple people in order to get things fixed because we were blown off each time we asked about when the repairs would be done. For a brand new expensive home the semi finished product was laughable. You can tell that they rushed and took zero pride in their work. For example recessed lighting not flush to the ceiling, giant gap in between the wall and garage door, cracked door frame, upgraded electrical package not being installed, other upgrades being missed (ended up getting a refund check because I was sick of going back and forth over and over). This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have been through emotional, financial, and mental hell throughout this process. And all because of a severe lack of professionalism and communication. Pacesetter should be embarrassed. I will never recommend them or do business with them ever again. Do better. ... More

Not good quality homes. Too many items to fix for a new home
