Builder dropped the price 25k and gave us an interest rate buy down. The woman on site (Michelle) was very professional and knowledgeable. A minor maintenance issue was handled promptly. Everyone involved treated us like friends. Love the area and the quiet!

The sales representative, David, and the project manager, Jeff, are absolutely amazing. During our purchase process, David was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us patiently. In addition, he was very quick to respond and resolve our issues. Also, David's friendly and warm nature made our experience less stressful and intimidating.

Amber was great, communicated through the whole process, she's the best. Alan also help addressing any issues pre and post closing, from installing blinds, windows repair and low voltage electrical issues, he's on top of it. Will see you in the next build.

My journey to my home being built has mostly been smooth. However, most of the things that delayed the completion of my home was out of the builder's control. From the snow storm of early 2021 to the inflated pricing of lumber, then we had lack of workers, then the supply chain disruption, I believe the builder did exceptionally well with all the obstacles thrown at them. My home is beautiful, it is well built, wiith very minor things such as touch-up paint. The builder's assistant was responsive to my concerns & addressed them quickly.

Despite that I was never left in the dark. Information was communicated to me clearly and regularly. I really appreciate that since this is my first time buying a home, much less building one!
