DJ (sales rep) and Anthony (construction manager) were great to work with- professional, knowledgeable, reliable. Overall my experience was very positive and would recommend Pacesetter. High integrity company and will work to fix any problems that arise.

Have a plan book for the owner. Outline task, provide doc with selections . Listen to hone owner.

Great customer service and support

Tina and Rueben helped me with entire home buying process with Paceseetter and made it easy. Tina was always available to answer questions and address any concerns with Reuben if needed, I appreciate their professionalism throughout the entire process.

Michelle and Greg are both responsive , I trust them . They have been a great resource , helped me at every stage and responded to my every query . Overall great experience .

Pacesetter (through onsite agent and construction lead) keeps their customers up to date with the construction progress. I really look forward to the weekly progress update call.

As a first time homebuyer pays sitter made a real easy for me too buy a home. My sales rep was really informational knew the area and was very responsive for when I bought a home that he was still there tell me out in anyway shape or form and has made it my number option, thank you. PS they also made a real easy for a military member to find his first home.

We are happy to choose Saddelcreek as our developer for our primary residence. There were many back-and-forth situations regarding the quality of the home but finally, we managed to close it. If I have to give one recommendation, then it would be to carefully choose GC who has not only total control over quality but also commitment to deliver as per the agreement.

A bunch of stuff was wrong or missing when I moved in months ago. Promises to fix it were not followed through.

Although it took time to get the house due to COVID situation, at the end of the end it was the value of the buck and beautifully built and well organized to sign up title

This was my first home purchase and Greg and Gabe did an excellent job representing everyone that had a hand in building my home. They were extremely responsive, both in time and thoroughness, to all concerns I brought up, which really boosts my confidence in the final state and integrity of my house.

Was very impressed with the manner in which they always tried to keep things as up front as possible in the months that there was so much uncertainty not only in the market of housing but on all fronts! Their staff was friendly and helpful as far as they knew what was going on! A very good company with great integrity I think!

Working with Garrett again was great! The buying process as a whole went pretty smooth. We worked with Anthony and Jay and both were great with helping with issues that came up. The quality of the build left a lot to be desired though. Specifically in certain areas it seems things were rushed and not taken care of in the best way possible. Overall we are pleased, but we wish much of the workmanship was better.

I purchased the home as finished by the builder. It's nice, and I'm happy with my purchase. Just a few things could have made it more perfect ... like putting ceiling fans in all the bedrooms; putting soft close hinges on the cabinets; using a windowed front door to illuminate the foyer; noting where two roof eves came together and putting a gutter in that area to prevent what became a river from the roof during rainstorms. Also finishing out the patio to match the end of the house wouldn't have cost that much more to do if done at the same time as pouring the rest of the patio. These are things that were noticed shortly upon moving in, and were remedied but at a cost to me that was certainly above what would have cost the builder. My only other issue, and this is entirely my error in reviewing the sales information, is that the community does not include a pool. Comparing the cost of the HOA dues to other houses I considered, I certainly don't see the benefit of the higher HOA dues if there are no community amenities. Not much I can do about that now and frankly, I may not have chosen this community if I had paid attention. I will make the best of it however. Perhaps it sounds like I'm griping, but that is not my intent. The house is just the right size for us, and we are happy here. Overall a pretty good experience

Overall experience has been great! There's been some issues that need addressing, a few of which have been fixed, the others are in the works.

Make sure you continue to check the home during the process and point out issues early to be fixed or they will make some excuse why they won’t fix it if it’s too late in the build or during your walk through. Be diligent as they told me they’re “not building a magazine home” so have a very high acceptance for not quality work.

Susan W. was a great sales rep from Pacesetter she guided us through the whole experience. She helped find the right home for us and was transparent and helpful along the way. It was a pretty seamless experience. We were disappointed with the quality of work done on our final walkthrough punch list items. Not even 2 months after closing, one of our "corrected" walk items, a leaky window, was discovered to not have been fixed properly and we are now fighting to get it fixed through warranty. Communication with the contractor/superintendent on some scheduling follow up items wasn't great. It's unfortunate that the window was not properly remediated before closing since it was our expectation it would be fixed prior to closing.... It seemed as if it was just painted over. Now that we have been in the home for a couple months there are some hardware items that are loose and of low quality. ... More

The experience was great, Jorge the salesman always call me to let me know how everything was at the house. But since I move they still own me a screen for one of my windows and some electrical plugs doesn’t work and they promised me to send the electrical guys but nothing. Just before you get your home check everything

Great floor plans and good selections, variety of materials. We have had problems getting things fixed that were not right from day one. The front door didn't fit the frame and wind blew through it. Windows were put in wrong, and getting things fixed in a timely manner has been a problem- especially with the windows. They come, say they'll be back and then don't come again until a new report on the same issue is sent in. Communication is the big problem. Other than these problems we are pleased with Pacesetters.
