We just started looking at houses and came across the meadow run community. First, we went to see another builder home and thought we would just have a look at the pacesetter homes, which is right next to the model house. Just like that magic happened. We just met with Bob, the sales manager, and told us our requirements, and he immediately showed a house that was just completed. Fell in love with the house and big backyard. Everything went very smooth within a month , we closed the house and moved in. Building quality is awesome ,every room is built perfectly. Even when we did inspection, the guys were shocked that there were no problems with the house... Builder is amazing...Will give 100 for the quality. ... More

All team members are responsive, proactive in updating the status and provide guidance on each phase of pre and during home building journey.

I enjoy working with Tony and working with the builder Josh they did an amazing job to keep my sanity because it was very stressful due to me selling and building at the same time and I love the home that I’m in. I enjoy it every day and I love the floor plan as well.

I was kept informed weekly on the progress of the building of the house. Items that my independent inspector found were corrected. Dustin has always been happily ready to answers any questions I’ve had.

This has definitely been the BEST New Home Experience in our lifetimes! From the initial meeting with Tony to meeting again over a year and a half later and purchasing at that time. Josh was just as wonderful and so very easy to work with. After being in our home for only 2 months, we are so very pleased we made the decision to go with Pacesetter! Our best decision ever.

Quality & Quantity for the money. Ventilation in the house. Usage of space. Options provided for buyers. It all makes me to buy the house.

House is great. The only problem is the warranty. I'm not satisfied with the response time and communication with prohome.

Great experience buying our first home. Everyone was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us in any way they could. We received updates every Monday during the building process, we always knew whether something was delayed or on schedule.
