Craftsman is poor . We have multiple issues with poor and uneven drywall . Nails protruding from walls poor finishes w cualk and paint . Landscaping for a home this price was poor . Even after the builders own warranty guy did his survey and noted the poor health of plants and lack of mulch it was never fixed . Same w broken sprinkler heads . Dead tree behind my house was never removed though promised at the start of our build

Construction good. Sales on site could you more experience at a site with more oversight.

So had great experience with Ashton our Construction Manager she was awesome. Sales side little shaky with the staff on site. Drywall should be fixed after electrical comes thought and mounts the vanity lights.
