Pulte is an amazing company to buy a home from. Not only are their homes top notch, the construction manager we had provided a weekly update and fixed everything along the way. These are excellent quality build homes. I also wanted to advise ***** was wonderful to work with during the home buying process. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. She's beyond sweet, extremely communicate and we so greatly appreciated her through this experience. We loved working with our construction manager Jim as well. We’ve now been in our home for a couple of months, and we continue to be very happy with our experience. The quality of the workmanship and materials has met our expectations, and what has impressed us most is the exceptional service we’ve received from our site construction manager, Cole *****. Even after closing, he has remained available whenever we’ve had questions or needed something addressed. He responds promptly, follows through on every issue, and genuinely cares about making sure we’re satisfied with our home. From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our realtor put us in touch with Steve. The process of buying was very smooth and easy. The design center was great, they were very helpful and made it fun and easy. The building process itself couldn't have gone better. George was the best part of the process. He kept us up to date, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. Just The Overall Build Of The Home Is Good So Far. Me And My Family Are Enjoying It. Haven't Had Any Major Problems But If It Does Happen Hopefully You Guys Will Respond Fast.

We needed a larger home for our growing family, and looked at a lot of builders and chose Pulte based off the location of the development and the quality of the home and the thoughtful "extras" that were with the home. Generally have been very responsive to concerns before and after closing and we like the construction manager at our development. One thing I think could be worked on, and this might be just an industry thing because they deal with the process all day everyday. The buying of a home, especially new construction, is complex and somewhat a complicated process. This was the third home we bought so we were in a slightly better position but we had never bought a new home. It seemed a lot of things people assumed we knew, when we didn't. Escrowing landscaping items? Didn't know it was a thing until we closed. Adding items to the house purchase? Didn't know it was a thing. ***** rules? They are extensive. Overall a 9/10 experience. It's difficult to rate accurately given we've only lived here for a short time. However, our experience with our building manager, Edward, was fantastic. Edward was so supportive and helpful in going through our house and answering our questions, making sure we felt confident in the home we were buying. The main stressor was trying to get into contact with the main office staff. It was sometimes confusing knowing who to reach out to for updates, and the communication wasn't always consistent when delays happened for our closing date. Pulte is reputable and they responded to my concerns right away. Some were "fixable" some were "what I paid for." I am happy here - only issue is the extreme restrictions of the HOA (which they blame on Pulte) and the lack of HOA response.

Pulte uses cheap and unskilled workers to build the homes. It's clear that they care more about building homes as quickly as possible rather than the quality of the build. Any and all corners are *****. Tiles are hollow. Some rooms don't get air from the vents. Cheap materials for carpet. Almost none of the walls are aligned. Garage door not installed correctly. Stained floor tiles. I could go on and on as there are plenty more issues.

Closed with too much yet to be done. Once closed you have no leverage. We found ***** and ***** homes a better value.

This is my second time working with a builder and I have really struggled with the Pulte quality of work and lack of support. The walk through wasn't enough to document issues and not enough time to resolve all the documented issues. Overall process from sales had bumps and mis-communications. Construction was good with updates and responses. Designer was helpful. Customer Service after move-in has been poor and lacks follow-up.

Humidifier was never installed inspite of getting an upgrade. Major miss was the a/c duct was not connected which caused the upstairs without air . Upon the technician's arrival we got to know the duct was never connected . It is a horrible experience trusting Pulte to built the house. It's nothing but bad experience. CM manager never communicated with us with any updates on post closing or before with the construction process. As a result, the CM had been fired . It's been a very bad experience and will not recommend any of our friends go with this builder in future .

We were both excited and nervous, but our team made us feel at ease and supported us throughout the process. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ivette and Charles!

Great experience from the start to finish. Everyone we worked with, Ana, Jesse, were wonderful to work with and were very responsive.

We had a great experience with the sales man Ruben and Matt on the back end helped us with any minor issues with the home

This had been a long journey leading up to meeting Jason but at that meeting I never looked back. I am so thankful that I immediately knew PULTE was the best decision for me.
