Customer care and attention to detail is the best!

I love my house because of the design quality and everything.

Everyone at Pulte was great to work with, made the homebuying process about as seamless as possible. All concerns are address and really feel like I've bought with a qualitybuilder.

Often times these days you’re faced with having to rank quality, value, and professionalism in the order of importance to you. With my Pulte purchase, I never felt like I had to choose…I got them all at one stop.

We had an idea of the construction progress at all times and felt valued by Pulte! Their mortgage team and closing experience we also spot on, making sure we had our basis covered throughout. Relocating and building a new home was difficult but they did an amazing job focusing on our needs.

Pulte provided all the services we needed to purchase our new home. The financing, insurance, and closing were all as painless as one could hope for. We are very pleased with the build quality, floor plan, location and style of home

Jon is the best. He's very professional, knowledgeable, nice and very caring! It has truly been great working with him.

From the beginning, working with Crista was fantastic! She was so attentive to our needs questions and wants! She was always responsive to all emails and phone calls and was truly amazing with the overall experience from beginning to end. Anthony our Project manager was excellent as well when we voiced our concerns and our needs, he was there to make them happen. The build process was smooth and our builder Ben was awesome through the entire build process. Great and frequent communication. Much better than any new build process I’ve been through and I’ve been through 4!

The builders team did an outstanding job of keeping in touch with me. Also, there were a few open items that they were able to take care of before closing. outstanding job by all!!!

Very friendly people, always willing to help, all explanations were clear and transparent. Yuli was extremely helpful and patient with us; he's very kind and helpful. We're very happy we chose PULTE.

Everything went perfect. Joe (our super) did an amazing job keeping us informed and handling any and all problems.

Very happy To be part of the Community but I am still missing my front tree

August 2024: I walked into the front office stating just what I was looking for. Eric took us to a house almost completed. Being clear of distractions I immediately could see this is exactly what I was looking for. Small house with little yard. Two days later I chose lot and made a down payment. Eric offered up Bill’s name to help sell my current home. He and team were excellent with a quick sell. April 26, 2025 Sind escrow and paid cash for new home. My construction managers (2) were very helpful and informative. First was Billy then Danny. Danny was most helpful with the final walkthrough then after the move in corrected a few new problems that popped up. Whatever he said would be fixed, was and in a timely manner. All through this Eric was most helpful with all questions and gladly gave me keys to the house for my weekly inspections.also showing family members the new home. We were very happy with the sales agent, Hanna! She was extremely helpful and was very responsive to our questions. The construction team has been very responsive as well.

We had an incredible experience building our home with Pulte, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From day one, the team, Nick, Alex, and Preston, was exceptional. They provided consistent weekly updates with photos throughout the entire build process, never missing a single one. That level of communication gave us total peace of mind. What truly sets Pulte apart is their unwavering commitment to quality. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect before move-in. A great example? When our appliance vendor failed to deliver the fridge on time, the team literally wheeled it down the street on their back just to make sure we had it for move-in day. That kind of dedication is rare. Time and again, they chose higher-end finishes and construction methods, even when the standard options were acceptable, because it was the right thing to do. They never cut corners, and it shows in every part of our home. I toured many builders in Spring Hill, and Pulte is hands down the highest quality option available. The fact that we were able to get a home of this size, with this level of craftsmanship, at this price, and with amazing amenities, is truly unheard of. Diane was our sales representative, and from the start, she helped us envision what we wanted in our house. She wasn't pushy, she was very nice. So, between Diane and Ray, we have a lovely home. Don't be afraid to ask questions if they don't know the answer, they will find out from someone.

Very good team that support the home buying experience from the first visit to the sales office to warranty repairs post closing. The processes and systems used to manage their home building experience are attuned to customer in all aspects. Open, honest, friendly and efficient team. Well done Pulte!

All of the Pulte representatives we’ve encountered, from Peter to David to Bryan to Mike, have been courteous, informative and responsive. Our list of issues at closing were a handful and all minor. Things were realized after closing, also minor, were handled in a timely manor. We are extremely satisfied.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had an amazing experience with Pulte Homes. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. The team was professional, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. I’m so happy with the quality of my new home and highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reliable builder and a great homebuying experience!

We’ve had a great deal of experience purchasing new builds and think that Pulte exceeds in many ways. Their level of customer service gave us a lot of confidence in them. Every person we dealt with, from sales to field manager, was responsive and knowledgeable. All calls were returned promptly and all questions answered. We felt part of the construction process and were kept well informed at each stage. If we had any issues or concerns, they were addressed quickly. Of all the homes we have built, all were built by tract or semi-custom companies. Pulte is far and away the best.

As indicated in the title of this review. Renee was thorough, responsive, and accurate during the pre-sales and contract process. Jeff was the best construction manager I've worked with (my 3rd new construction home with 3 different builders), always open in his communications and prompt to address any issues I identified during the build process, closing was seamless, and the few post-closing issues I've identified so far have been well-handled by Elizabeth and her team. While I realize that every builder (including Pulte) has teams of varying quality, I can state without hesitation that the particular team here at Pulte in Valleybrook has exceeded my expectations every step of the way. ...
