The entire experience was streamlined and easy to navigate. Our loan officer Rachel S. Was always so kind and responsive she helped us get through the process seamlessly. It’s a one stop shop from title company to mortgage lender and even homeowners insurance. We love the house.

Every person at every level and every step was helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond. It made this very large process far more manageable.

Once I signed the purchase agreement, they shared with me steps and details of the home building process including the closing day. So they kept all what they said and it is up to a great standard I believe. Waiting to see your home completed is not easy though! So many emotional and financial situations may change during those times. So keep your financial situation under control and build your credit during this process to minimize the risk of not being able to close on time.

Our construction manager, Christopher, was phenomenal. The home warranty offered by Pulte, and their continued responsiveness, gives us peace of mind in the quality of our home. Pulte made the new home building process as easy and transparent as possible.
