We have issues outstanding. They were identified with the prior Project Manager in our neighborhood prior to closing. He was going to address them but he left. Now we had to resubmit through the warranty portal and it's been a nightmare. We've been chasing down resolution. I would tell anyone that your customer service after close is horrible. You are already aware of this so nothing new here.

Sabrina was awesome from the beginning. She answered all of our questions and helped with anything we needed. Jim was very responsive with any issues that we brought up.

I wish I knew beforehand the tile grout was not sealed and that I would have to repaint the house with a gloss. Overall buying experience was good.

Start to finish was great and easy to complete. House is very well built and had a lot of options. Only area that could improve is the underwriting team, they seemed to ask for items that have never come up in previous purchases that we not relevant to home buying. All worked out in the end and would still highly recommend Pulte. Building my manage Joe was amazing.

Pulte is an amazing company to buy a home from. Not only are their homes top notch, the construction manager we had provided a weekly update and fixed everything along the way. These are excellent quality build homes. I also wanted to advise ***** was wonderful to work with during the home buying process. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. She's beyond sweet, extremely communicate and we so greatly appreciated her through this experience. We loved working with our construction manager Jim as well. We’ve now been in our home for a couple of months, and we continue to be very happy with our experience. The quality of the workmanship and materials has met our expectations, and what has impressed us most is the exceptional service we’ve received from our site construction manager, Cole *****. Even after closing, he has remained available whenever we’ve had questions or needed something addressed. He responds promptly, follows through on every issue, and genuinely cares about making sure we’re satisfied with our home. Transformer box and plants issue is still not resolved

Overall I'm super happy that I went against my gut and purchased my new home. I am absolutely in love with my house but that's after me fixing a lot of things I felt should have been fixed by them and having to have the warranty people out here multiple time to fix things that I could not. The sales person was very responsive to us until we signed papers and put money down and then we seemed to become less important. There were times that I felt like they felt I was being a pain in the a** but when you pay this much money for a house you kind of expect it to be move-in ready. My Builder Geoff was awesome, he was responsive, informative and very easy to work with and understanding. I have had a few issues since moving in. It has been over 1.5 months and still do not have cabinets fixed. I have yet to hear from the warranty company about my roof and brick wall despite a few emails and 2 phone calls in the last 3 weeks. They are NONRESPONSIVE. The loan process was a nightmare, I was sent information that didn't belong to me, my loan processor was changed and was sent multiple documents that were identical, the overall loan experience was a complete joke. I was told I lied on documents, and when the supervisor got my documents from PULLING MY CREDIT, and my TAX DOCUMENTS there was no apology issued and it was brushed under the rug. The supervisor that I was in contact with during the home building process was awesome, Geoff was in contact with me the entire time, and answered all my questions, I did not think that Pulte could be such a dishonest company to buy a house from, and nor would I ever work with their loan team again. The best quality new construction I have purchased. I’ve previously bought new construction from several builders nationwide. Quality materials and attention to detail shine. Granted the construction process has improved greatly over the years but I had an opportunity to visit the construction site regularly and I was impressed. Pulte just built my last home and I’m grateful I chose Pulte.

Rubio was great in walking us through everything I needed for our investment property. Most guys power thorugh the walk, incase repairs are needed. Rubio did a great job at identifing the issues and taking action to recitfy the issues. All round we are very happy with the purchase and the transition was made very smooth.

Rj our sales agebt was top notch. Amswered all of our questions amd helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Cody who is our geberal foreman was also fantastic and answered all of our questions regarding the build. We are super satisfied with our home and the experience with Pulte and the team.

In my opinion, Pulte Homes did not meet those standards, as their quality and workmanship did not align with expectations. It raises questions about how certain inspections were passed. Before making a purchase, I recommend conducting thorough research, to include speaking with existing home owners.

Getting any issue fixed from Pulte is a nightmare and the customer service is very poor, They don't have required knowledge to understand the issues and they don't resolve most of the problems during the warranty period without arguments and multiple follow ups...

We cannot say enough good things about the buying process at Pulte in Merrill Ranch! From day one the team was warm, attentive and upfront about all the details. We never felt rushed or pressured and the multiple times we asked to see homes or see the same one over and over they were spectacular. The actual buying process with their lender was simple and easy to navigate and made the transaction very smooth! Each step of the way from selection to financing and title the team was engaging, supportive and professional. The whole experience with Pulte was fantastic. Their mortgage company was great to insurance also. Highly recommend!

We loved our experience with the sales team and project managers. Our home came out perfect. On the other hand, Pulte mortgage hands down was the worst thing experience with a lender we’ve ever had. A+ credit, seven figure income and enough assets to ultimately pay cash for the home and they couldn’t figure it out. Absolutely horrific experience.

Poor follow up with construction crews and poor quality of work. Basic things not caught prior to presenting my home to me. Multiple items pointed out and we were told would be fixed prior to move in and they were not fixed. These are basic and careless mistakes such as patching a screw hole and replacing missing cabinet hardware. As a home buyer I shouldn’t need to point out the obvious.

Best home buying experience ever. Pulte does an excellent job from start to finish. Also only Builder with a 5 year warranty for leaks. My next home will be a Pulte too. Thank you

The home inspection uncovered numerous problems, but they haven't addressed a single one. Many issues remain unresolved; they're simply stalling for time. If I had to choose again, I would absolutely not buy a house from this developer; they are absolutely terrible. I would also not recommend them to any of my friends.

Poor customer service, not responding to the issue. As the forgein buyer, they took an advantage and did not treat our concern seriously. We only requested the issue due to the different material was using in my new house and was not selected when conducting the upgrade at design center. We were not requesting to remove it but give us the certificate for the material, never heard any response back. Won’t recommend people buy their house .

We just remodel the yard and interior decoration , I think need some time for more feeling
