From start to finish the buying experince was outstanding! The build quality is second to none. Service after the sale is great, the few warranty items we had were fixed with in 2 to 3 days. Pulte builds a quality home and stands behind their product!

From the beginning Pulte has been exceptional! The sales (Morton) portion was great...perfect explaination of the process, the different homes, dates, incentives etc. The escrow, final walk through and construction manager (Walt) were incredible as well! It was an easy process with a great home!

Loved the experience—buying our home in Legado West was smoother than expected! My daughter and son-in-law picked the place, and we went from “That’s the one!” to keys in hand within 30 days. Seamless doesn’t even cover it. Big thanks to the awesome Pulte team (Lynn & Joey) for being so responsive. And the craftsmanship? Absolutely top-notch!

Morten was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful with the whole buying process. He is still quick with responding to any questions I may have.

We had an idea of the construction progress at all times and felt valued by Pulte! Their mortgage team and closing experience we also spot on, making sure we had our basis covered throughout. Relocating and building a new home was difficult but they did an amazing job focusing on our needs.

Everything went perfect. Joe (our super) did an amazing job keeping us informed and handling any and all problems.

August 2024: I walked into the front office stating just what I was looking for. Eric took us to a house almost completed. Being clear of distractions I immediately could see this is exactly what I was looking for. Small house with little yard. Two days later I chose lot and made a down payment. Eric offered up Bill’s name to help sell my current home. He and team were excellent with a quick sell. April 26, 2025 Sind escrow and paid cash for new home. My construction managers (2) were very helpful and informative. First was Billy then Danny. Danny was most helpful with the final walkthrough then after the move in corrected a few new problems that popped up. Whatever he said would be fixed, was and in a timely manner. All through this Eric was most helpful with all questions and gladly gave me keys to the house for my weekly inspections.also showing family members the new home. I love my house and the whole buying process was so easy, thanks to the Pulte team.

I interacted mostly with Nick and Morten. They were absolutely amazing. The process was smooth and if any issues popped up, they took care of it right away. Not only did they go above and beyond, they were professional and extremely friendly. I can't say enough about them and I'm and feel very blessed they were the ones supporting me through the process.

Josh at the Pulte sales office in Asante was great. He never pressured us, but just kept giving us information every time we requested it, until we made our final home selection. The sales team made everything flow seamlessly. We were able to do everything electronically since we lived out-of-state.

The financing process went smooth and have to give Bryan at Harvest community 10 stars. He really has gone above and beyond to address any concerns and questions that we have had as well as helped both my husband and I feel welcome.

Really impressed with our entire experience. Tyler was a great communicator throughout our purchasing process, and was very responsive. That continued at move-in. Walt is very knowledgeable about the Pulte home build process and any questions or concerns he has been prompt to address. We didn’t expect the follow through we have received, but it has really eased our minds and solidified that we chose a great builder and a quality home!
